personality: Johnny's a bit of a loner; of course, that said, it's actually quite easy to win him over so long as one is willing to look aside his odd and almost unpredictable mood swings - the good news is that it's almost all within the spectrum of happiness (Johnny rarely finds himself blue and prefers it this way) and other such pleasant emotions. Ones that know him well might have picked up a few cues of when his emotions will change and what they'll change to. He's, in general, fun-loving and a joy to be around; however, he seems to misunderstand what is appropriate, at times, and what is not - this can often lead to trouble when one's dealing with him. But, that said, if they can look aside his flaws and accept Johnny, they're nearly certain to find an undying friend in him.
He's also, however, quite vindictive; if he feels he has been wronged, that's most likely the end of any niceties between that fox and him - just because Johnny never feels blue doesn't mean he isn't capable of feeling red. Though those that he cares deeply for - his friends, his mate, and so on - would find it almost impossible to get him to this point, and would certainly have received lots of warning signs to please ask (perhaps even beg) them to stop by then.

personality: Slayde is very pleased with himself and this is apparent in his demeanor and carriage; he's polite, but not overly so, and is a general pleasure to know and consort with. However, despite this amiable facade, it's also easily said that it's quite difficult to get to know Slayde, quite difficult to get him to trust someone with a secret more meaningful than what he ate for lunch a week ago. He's distant, and this shows, and as much as he tries to push other modis away, he would like someone to be trustworthy enough to make him feel confident telling his life story to. He enjoys the company of modis, though he'd rather sit silent and listen to them talk than join the conversation himself.
It could be said that his entire mood is a facade, one so deeply ingrained that even he has come to believe it, and somewhere so deeply buried, buried so that even he doesn't notice it, is the nagging feeling that something in his life is not quite right; at times, this belief will almost surface, and it results in a twitchier, more moody Slayde - however, this doesn't happen often, and is often mild, so that only Slayde is left wondering why he can't sit still.
A wanderer in personality, it's rare that Slayde is found not moving somewhere; though he aches to settle down somewhere, as it is, he never stays in one locations for more than a few days - and preferably, it's only a few hours. He sometimes finds it hard to focus if his paws are itching to hit the road again, and though he strives to be polite, it's only when he's caged to one area for an extended period of time that any modi, save those who've known him for quite awhile, can figure out when he is less than pleased, as he is predisposed to snapping or getting irritable when in this mood - which he instantly and sincerely apologizes for, but the point remains; without wandering, he has little idea of what to do with himself and has planned on deciding when he finds that one home that makes him want to stay.
history: Slayde was presumed, as a BCR, to be dead - as such, he was left on his own (because what could his parents do but care for their moving children?) when he popped from it; he was but a kit, alone and confused. He knew he couldn't stay where he was, though he wanted nothing more than to merely curl up and call out, pleadingly, for his parents - for, for anyone, really, just someone to take care of him, because it was ... scary on his own, for he was so tiny and the world so big. He can't recall how long he laid there, curling up tighter and tighter at each noise, but, at some point, he decided enough was enough.
Eventually, he kicked the fear, the sense of longing, and the sense of... pure wrongness from his head - he told himself, "You can't be the first kit to have been on their own, so you need to suck it up!" - and from there it was as though he were already mature; he, on his own from the time he popped out to the time he was a fully grown adult, spent most of the time on his own, and this irrevocably shaped his personality to be that of a loner.
As an adult, he wanders to and from places, searching for someone that might be related to him; it's a deep-rooted curiosity to know who it was that ... made him and why he was left alone.
His adult life, however, is largely uneventful; as he does little, one cannot expect life-changing and -shattering events to occur to this generally solitary modi. He has no events to speak of, though he can most likely recite all instances in which he's stumbled upon another modi and was allowed a brief conversation.
For the longest time - he no longer notes nor cares of time - he has walked to and fro, in what might be a large circle (he'd never know; never care) or a straight line; until he finds somewhere where he is accepted and somewhere that tugs at him to stay, he won't cease to walk.

personality: Chiara's most notable for one simple fact: if no words are required, Chiara won't fill the air with meaningless noise. If there's something that needs to be said, she'll often do it in the least amount of words possible. It's not that she doesn't know how to speak or her voice is unpleasant- no, she's could be eloquent and not short, and no, her voice is soft and flowing, a bit like music. It's merely that if there's nothing that needs to be said, then there's nothing that needs to be said and pointless babble is irritating.
It can also be found in the social order; though she'll 'Yes sir,' or 'Yes ma'am,' and do whatever she's asked to do, it's doubtless that she's still her own modifox; though she relents, she'll never allow them to entirely overcome her, and that's all that matters. She values her independence and dislikes being figuratively (or literally) caged.
Chiara is - or rather, she likes to say she is - independent. She claims she doesn't need anyone and she's fit to live on her own, by herself, with no one -- something she's claimed since she was young. She has a feeling of security in herself that she doesn't need anyone, though in reality she can actually be quite dependent. Her supposed diminished necessity for the company of other modifoxes actually stems from her own (though she's buried the fact she knows of them) social inadequacies. Other foxes often scare her, and she has the urge to hide from them.
This too is also a reason behind her other notable trait, her silence. As she has no idea what to say and spends a good deal of her time and effort quelling the urge to high-tail it out of wherever she is, she stays quiet. But once Chiara feels comfortable with a fox, she often morphs into a decently talkative and nice young vixen.

personality: Pyrite is a good guardian; he's fair and loyal, with no tolerance for behaviour that shouldn't be allowed - he refuses to play favourites and treats all that he should be guarding equally, no matter how hard this is at times. He can border on harsh with some of his words, but this is often not meant and profusely apologized for.
He tends to be humourous and a good guardian to be around; as well as protecting, he also has talent at listening and loves to listen to the modis he so protects. Secrets are safe with Pyr, as he would rather, and would, die before sharing a single word.

personality: It's not exactly clear what made the sensitive and shy kit turn into what she has, but God knows Ate's hardly the same modifox she was when she was younger - in fact, if it weren't for her markings, her previous self and her current self would be almost different beings. The current Ate has no problems with flirting, with showing what she has (or rather, what she believes she has).
Even though she claims she has no problem with this, she desperately wants someone to settle her, to take her heart and make her obey - or want to obey, as her spirit is too fiery to ever be completely tamed -... She just has no idea how to find this and has long since given up hope on ever finding that particular fox.
She's an opinionated vixen, when she's calm enough and not trying to get her way with her wiles, and she's never hesitant to say what she feels, generally without regard to what else is happening around her. Still though, she tends to care about others' opinions of her - again, it's merely that she doesn't know how to go about acting upon those.
It could be said that the root of all of Ate's problems is not her promiscuity, but rather the awkwardness that somehow led to that lack of caring due to an inability to deal with how much she did care - confused yet?

personality: Really, obsequious could not be a better descriptive word for this vixen modiphim. She seemingly bows and bends to every whim that is expressed to her, beyond even what is good and healthy for her. She's quite a loving thing, when her fears are calmed, and it could be said that she loves too much, as her love and compassion for every living thing is the reason behind her subservient nature.
She's pleasant and agreeable, though perhaps too much; at a certain point, her willingness to declare herself wrong is a bit nerve grating. She does try to not be too overly agreeable, though it's almost a built in habit.
Daciana is kind, above all else; she cannot - will not? - leave another fox without assistance if they ask for her to help them. She's also quite loving, and looks for various outlets to express this; she's not, however, anything but serious about her emotions - if Daciana says she feels something, it's very likely she feels it.
Surprisingly for - or perhaps because she is- such a kind 'phim, she has numerous trust issues and doesn't easily open her shell - and until she does, it's almost as though Daciana lacks any opinion to call her own and merely follows that of the foxes, phims, or daevas around her.
She's been hurt before, rather deeply, and it affected the way which she viewed the world; instead of eyes shining kindness, they're merely blank - she refuses to let her feelings show until she's entirely sure that she's safe doing so-- and of course, she's still wrong on occasion and can still get hurt by a careless modi, sometimes one who hasn't even realised what s/he caused.

personality: Izzy is a momma's boy. It's as if he /really/ knows how happy his mere existence makes Thea and strives to make her all the happier by being the bubbliest, cutest little thing he can be. He's loathe to do anything mean-spirited or violent - if it would make Thea unhappy, he doesn't want to do it. This belief as a kit seeped into his brain, and now he's an incredibly sweet Modifox, one who takes the feelings and emotions of other Modifoxes above even his own. He's quick to love and slow to anger - it's easy to make a friend of the effeminately coloured male, but it's hard to make an enemy. It's also easy to get a crush out of him - he often finds himself falling for two or three Modis at a time, but is far too shy to do anything about 100% of them. It's highly likely that Izzy's almost dream-like manner has set him up with higher expectations and perceptions of the Modis he likes, and thus he is easily hurt. But he's a tenacious little bugger, at the least, and bounces back quickly and seemingly with no adverse effects. Even as an adult, he sees no shame in spending time with his mother, and still considers her one of his closest friends. However, he /does/ wish he knew his other parent, although he has no idea how to go about finding him or her, and this could be said to be a major life goal of his and a huge motivator.
