River's diary is a simple sky blue book which is spiral bound. The front cover has a picture of a cloud on it. The cloud has a happy face drawn onto it. Inside, the entries are written in blue, or sometimes gray.

☁ Personality ☂
River is conflicted, a lot has happened in his life and he is still unable to process it all. He's trying to look at the silver lining of it all-- everything is starting to get back to normal, but he still feels like something is wrong. His moods fluctuate, but lately he's been more of a low energy kind of person. He's quiet, and shy, sort of anxious in big groups, but he feels like that's not the "real" him.
☁ The Good ☂
Empathetic/ River has a natural ability to sort of "sense" a person's emotions, and so he's generally pretty good at shaping his behavior to either help cheer someone up, or keep up with their pace.
Levelheaded/ He's generally pretty good at keeping his cool, and staying calm in stressful situations.
Honest/ River is an honest person, but he's nice about it. He only time he lies is if he thinks its for the betterment of whoever he's lying to/for, or if he's very much afraid of the consequences of the truth.
☁ The Bad ☂
Hyperactive/ There are times when River becomes so wound up he cannot control himself. He usually avoids others when this happens, but he can become a chattering lunatic and accidentally shock people he comes into contact with when this happens.
Pessimist/ When he gets down, he gets really down. Its not hard to tell when he is sad though, a rain cloud forms over his head. He can get stuck in moods like this for days, if not weeks.
Vacant/ Lately he's become a bit of an empty shell, of sorts. He doesn't have much of a personality these days.
☁ Pastimes ☂
Reading/ River loves to read books, mostly fairy tales and fictional stories, but interesting books on non-fiction subjects with plenty of pictures can keep his attention.
Swimming/ He's not the best swimmer in the world, but River loves being in water.
Cloud watching/ Sometimes when he's feeling particularly calm, River likes to pester Eno into watching the clouds float by with him.

The Metal Tiger
The Metal Tiger is definitely not a reticent type. He is bound to be active, aggressive and passionate. ☁ Abilities ☂
Name/Level/ Description
Cleansing Rain/Level 5/ River summons a little raincloud to wash away wounds that would normally require stitches, and flu like symptoms.
Lightening Strike/Level 5/ If he wants, when making physical contact, River can send a light shock to whoever he's touching. It feels like a sudden jolt and burns quite a bit afterward. Can only be used 5 times per day.
Light as a Cloud/Level 4/ River is naturally lighter than other Metas, making it easier for him to fly or be carried places. This also makes it harder for him to stand his ground, though.
Water Manipulation/Level 3/ River can command small puddles of water to do whatever he wants for 5 minutes. Can only be used 3 times per day.
Storm Clouds/Level 3/ When extremely upset or depressed, storm clouds form where ever River is present. Currently all they do is sit there and look menacing, since they block out the sun, but no rain comes from them. River has no control over this ability.
☁ Passive Abilities ☂
Fly/Level 5/ River has finally learned to fly, though since he's so light he has to be careful not to fly on extremely windy days.
☁ Weaknesses ☂

Ground-Rock-Earth/ River's lightening is absorbed by these, making his primary offensive move ineffective.
Strong Winds/ Strong winds will blow his clouds away, leaving him defenseless. Not to mention, since he's lighter than the average Meta, strong winds could possibly blow him away.

Water/ Clouds ARE water! River is resistant to water attacks level 1!!! Water attacks level 2 and up are steadily more effective!!
Electricity/ He produces it!! Therefore River is mostly resistant to electricity!! Level 2 and up attacks are steadily more effective!! [NOT IN EFFECT]
Fire/ River gets his powers from water!! Fire attacks his current level and below are ineffective!! The stronger the attack, the more effect it has!!
