Greetings, Clan Mates.
It has been quite a long time since our last meeting. I decided it was best to take a break from having the constant bi-weekly meetings that ended up having little discussion and pointless posts. But in any case, it is time to get the ball rolling again and try to get some things together and start working on some stuff for the clan.
Some time ago, Sever (Savier the Cat) suggested an idea of sorts within the main body of the clan: the main thread. Located in this link; http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/clans-of-battle/the-royal-order-of-gaian-knights/t.29247497_71879/#71879 . The idea was explained as post-by-post action between a set of characters (fictional and non-fictional) that battle against one another. Since the idea is not mine alone to be made, I thought it would be best (in addition to saying this to Sever) that it would be held in a meeting.
To expand on this idea, I wanted to bring this to you and suggest having little events of our own within the clan. Actually, that’s wrong. It was Tony-san’s (I am Chimera) posted in the Crew Sub-Forum to have an Events section for the clan. We do have a blank Sub-Forum sitting. It’s been bugging me lately on what to do with it. Events don’t have to be centered on Gaia; they can be little User-run events for the clan members. Be it holidays, anniversary dates (like the clan’s and/or Gaia’s), and the list goes on.
I know for both myself and Tony-san, writing the fanfics has been draining. Myself, I have been researching for future plot-ness, while Tony-san has his own agenda. However, don’t feel like it is solely up to me and Tony-san to write something. If you have a fan fiction that you want to write, or even a manga, then go for it.
With zOMG! being out now for a long while, many of us have beaten the End Boss, while on the other hand, many of us have not. I am included in this. So, with the still “main” focus on getting every single clan mate to “complete” the game, I’m asking for members to post their time zones and play availability to get this task finished. It doesn’t have to be in a form, just post your time zone (EST) and play availability (6-9 pm).
And now, with the Clan Funds Report:

Anyway as of the last meeting the mule was hoarding 312k in pure gold. Well at this moment 93.8k was added to the total, bringing us to a total 405.8k.
Honestly it would have been more but some of the clan funds were used to buy some hermit cats for the clan aquarium."
With that said, if members have Aquarium fish that they don’t want, please send a trade to the mule. This isn't a mandatory request. We are just asking for assistance with the Mule's Aquarium. We will remember who has helped us out. Please note, DO NOT send a trade of Aquarium items such as backgrounds, statues, holiday trees, etc.
And, as always, there is Open Floor.
On a side note, all existing members please send a Friend's Request to the TROGK Mule. Thanks.

The character vote off contest soundls like fun.
As for zOMG, I have a long ways to go. I still have problems due to lag. I haven't even tried playing for a long time. I should give it a shot, to see how it is now.

Aside from the fanfic, I'm pretty much done with Gaia, so don't expect to see me around much.
Writing is slow due to classes, but it is on my to-do list, I promise.

Lets go through this in order:
Kinda confused on this vote off thing. hopefully when Savier explains it some more I'll understand it.
Having an events subforum would be great in my opinion. We did a halloween event in the main forums but didnt get far due to time constraints we do it in the clan forums we can always access it. in short i'm all for it.
With zOMG status in question i'm like kain I have yet to beat it myself and honestly the best chances to get me are usually thursday night unfortunatley I can't give a specific time at the moment.

Alright let me explain this once again.
Character Vote Off is a game that everyone can play. Each user(in our case members) have a set of attacks and heal. For example;
As of 10 March 2010,
Kain-Senpai has a maximun of healing and hurting (6).
Lets just say we have 5 characters, and each character has 10 life points to start with. With Senpain has not used her healing/hurting attacks she has options to attack and hurt characters.
Person A-10, Person B-10, Person C-10, Person D-10, Person E-10.
And so, if Senpai decides to attack Person A with the maximum allowed for the day which is 6 then Person A recieves 6 damage points against it's life points leaving Person A-4 points left.
Person A-4, Person B-10, Person C-10, Person D-10, Person E-10.
Note: She can attack more than 1 person, however she has to divide the given attack points to the respected person.
But she can also heal the same time. Say she decides to heal two person, B and C 3 points each so...
Person A-4, Person B-13, Person C-13, Person D-10, Person E-10.
Each user can post an attack/heal ONCE a day. It can be 24 hours after you last posted or right after midnight in your area.
We will start at 30 characters, once we reach 15 characters left, we will start the fast elimination. Which each user is given 9 attack points and 4 healing points. Who ever character is left is the winner. We also use honor system, so no cheating!

First off sorry I haven't been posting much, I'm trying to do better. sweatdrop
As for zomg, I haven't played since Halloween. If there is a event for easter I'll be happy to team up, but other than that I don't play.
Due to my lack of time on here not sure if I am up for a lot on here but if your short o people for something I'll try my best to help.

I'm generally available Tues all day, Wed before 730pm, Thurs before 530pm, sometimes Monday before 730pm, and Sunday when I feel like it. These times do not apply during the summer. Kain-Senpai However, don’t feel like it is solely up to me and Tony-san to write something. If you have a fan fiction that you want to write, or even a manga, then go for it. Fanfic wise, lately I've been in a rut for if I want to write anything. And when I was trying to come up with an idea for one connected to the clan, I ran into the issue of character permission. So basically it stalled when I only had a plot with npcs that weren't even connected to the clan, which would beg the question of if such a story was even about the clan in the first place... I've heard that vote off game called Hurt and Heal (when I was on gamefaqs looking up DDRX info). It seemed kinda silly.

Saiver should set up a thread in the clan explaining the rules for his game and then link it here in the meeting.
Then, anyone remotely interested can post questions/interest in said thread. Since this is something that seems to need numbers to be fun, he'll have to gage how many people are interested.
