  Guild Contests 
As a whole, TDM is hosting a set of pretty snazzy contests that each and every one of you should look into and enter. Among these, of course, is the guild-wide Spirit Contest--an opportunity for the teams of TDM to show their enthusiasm as they spread awareness for their respective cancers. And, heck yes, we want to win this year, amirite?
So, you ask, what are some things you can do to help Team Pancreatic emerge victorious?
One great way to demonstrate your team spirit is to dress in purple throughout the month of April. Let this thread be a sea of purple; Tektek one another, be creative! Some great items to show your team spirit?
 
Pretty awesome, yes? It gets more awesome: Your almost-fearless Captain is digging into her personal coffers to provide each and every one of you with either a Purple Pennant or a Purple Foam Hand. No excuses for not showing your purple pride!
While, naturally, it's entirely optional for you to ask for or to wear either of these items, if you'd like one and don't have one, simply send a trade labeled with the item of your choosing to our very own team mule: Frascal.
Another great way to get in the spirit is to create some team art! I'll host links to all pieces here on the front page, so be sure to post the products of your creativity here in the thread and to send a copy to Frascal. Please label your PM "Team Art" for the sake of organization.
And, of course, don't forget to equip your daffodil bouquets! Unfortunately, daffodils are currently unavailable in purple, but I've found that the blue bouquets serve as a nice compliment to our team color. Need a bouquet and can't afford one? Drop me a PM and we'll work something out. Team Contests
In addition to the contests hosted by TDM, Team Pancreatic offers a handful of opportunities for its members to win some not-so-shabby prizes. Tektek Contest
Using Tektek, create a Dream Avatar which exemplifies your purple pride and embodies hope. Avis submitted will be judged on a combination of creativity, interpretation, and aesthetics.
Rules
1. One entry per person.
2. To enter, send your entry to the ever-snazzy Frascal. Label your PM "Tektek Contest Entry".
3. In order to be eligible, entries must be received no later than 1:00 a.m., EST on Saturday, April 24.
4. A short explanation may accompany your entry.
Prizes
First place: 25k
Second place: 15k
Third place: 10k
Please note again, for clarity, that this Tektek contest is entirely separate from the Tektek contest sponsored by TDM and, as such, has different guidelines and procedures. Be careful not to confuse the two. IRL Contest
Show me your IRL spirit! Be creative with this one; make yourself up, put streaks in your hair, use your skin as a canvas for TDM-themed art or poetry, raid your neighbor's garden and make a daffodil sculpture on your head, whatever. This contest is meant to be fun and open-ended; hit me with your best shot! The most creative entries will win.
Rules
1. One entry per person.
2. To enter, send your entry to Frascal. Label your PM "IRL Contest Entry".
3. In order to be eligible, entries must be received no later than 1:00 a.m., EST on Saturday, April 24.
4. Your username must be visible somewhere in the photo; be sure that I can see it, or your entry will be disqualified.
5. This need not be a solo-entry; feel free to get other people involved if it suits your purpose.
Prizes
First place: 25k
Second place: 15k
Third place: 10k Page Contest
This one's pretty simple. First post on...
Page 20 gets 10k
Page 40 gets 10k
Page 60 gets 10k
...And so on.
Rules
1. Any one person may win more than once.
2. No bumping your way to the finish line.
