I removed the "Needing Acceptance" rule...
I'm hoping that the village leaders will check the profiles of all the people who try to join their villages.

Bull could I please have rasengan? There aren't many Wind Techniques that don't require elements I don't use or many that aren't rasengan related.
However if you think it would be better if I didn't I understand. 3nodding

For now, I'm reserving the right to use Rasengan.
If in the future, the Mist and the Leaf villages have an Alliance, and you go to Konoha for some legitimate reason, I may teach you Rasengan.
But, I don't want to see you just leave the Mist village to come over and have me teach you.
There are techniques that are unique to each village...
Konoha has Rasengan, Shadow Clones, and Things like Dancing Leaf Shadow, the 2 Lotuses, Thousand Years of Death, etc.,
Other villages have them too.

Pad Chief You know Zaine. If you were cool you could steal the Rasengan. No I wouldnt XD I can be paitient, he said that I may learn it eventually so that's all that matters to me ^_^
