Attack #1 (for senshi)
NAME: Chains of Repentance: (revised) conjures up chains that rise from bellow to tangle up his enemies, the chains cause damage on contact and restrict the opponent's movements for a short amount of time. The effectiveness of the chains varies according to the darkness dwelling in people's hearts and the sins they have committed. Because it is fair Judgment, however, the final blow can never be dealt in this manner -as no mortal has the right to judge in such an absolute level-. The worst that the chains can cause aside injury is the loss of consciousness, fainting.
Attack #1a (for Super) [not yet available]
NAME: Chains of Catharsis: same as with the basic Chains attack, only now the chains are swifter than before, bind tighter, are increased in number and can be held in place for a slightly longer time.
Attack #2: (for Eternal) [not yet available either]
NAME: Final Judgment, Just Blade: The sword of Justice that cuts down all those who have wronged becomes Ciel's weapon for this attack. It calls down a pillar of light from the heavens, which strikes the enemy much like an actual blade. The pillar's bright light may temporarily blind anyone within its area of effect. As with his 'Chains' attack the effectiveness here varies as well according to the opponent’s heart and their sins. As a result, one who is righteous and stands with light will not be harmed, even against Ciel's will. Unlike 'Chains' though, this attack can cause actual harm and can target more than one person that are caught within the pillar's range. 'Final Judgment' needs a 'charging time' prior to being unleashed during which period Ciel cannot attack making him an easy, vulnerable target.

Hobbies:
--cooking: it started as a joke when Ciel was around seven years old. His mother started a competition of who could make the best cake in the family; a competition, which she won of course. Ciel has fallen in love with the kitchen ever since, almost literally. He is the one to go on walks into town trying to find exotic and fascinating foods and ingredients to extend his repertoire, or spend countless hours locked in the kitchen trying to decorate that cake just right. He experiments a lot, yet most of the things he makes are edible.
--reading literature: Ciel's older brother had a thing for poetry, his father and mother liked prose, and so, when Ciel became of an age when he could read most of the book's kept in the family's bookcase in the main hall he found an abundance of reading material to lose himself into for hours. Having been taught to love and appreciate books ever since he was little this wasn't hard at all for him, but rather, came quite naturally. Ciel will read about anything however he has a strong preference for refined prose. By 'refined' he never blocks out any newer writers and if asked would say he appreciates the classics as much as he does modern literature. As long as there is substantial plot and a good deal of description so he can 'view' the writer's world he's heavenly content.
--studying: Yes, Ciel would probably include studying in his list of hobbies, if asked. He spends countless hours over his textbooks, notebooks and dictionaries, not complying once. While most students just sigh and exasperate over the homework and school workload limiting their free time, Ciel does the opposite. Even when there's no homework to be done, he will begin studying later chapters or will skip over to read the encyclopedia on random. He is happy to always learn new things and will readily agree on helping anyone study if they need help.
--fashion: While Ciel doesn't dress according to fashion all the time, he is one to follow the latest trends and keep his accessories, shoes, bags and general dressing code in the current fashion mood. There is no way he will blindly follow the fashion sacrificing his favorite clothes for it, however. He doesn't reprimand anyone about what they wear, however take him with you for advice during shopping and he might end up giving you a lecture about the current fashion so you're not left behind.

Virtues:
Adaptable -- Ciel will survive in any kind of environment no matter which way you toss him in it, albeit complaining about it -to others, to himself, the neighbor's pet cat... someone-. Being communicative and sharp he easily grasps words, meanings and what others expect of him so he tries his best to comply, changing his ideas and values when need be.
Loyal -- One of Ciel's greatest weaknesses is the loyalty he shows to his friends and people close to him. He appears unable to abandon a friend in need, which can be used against him to gain an advantage of the situation. He will also refuse to fight against one of his friends, which can lead to his downfall someday. He appears greatly attached to every and all relationships he forms -even those that are with people being rough on him, or that he was mistreated by- and when one comes to unfortunate end or is otherwise by any means damaged or broken he may fall in a 'hibernation' period, mourning over it.
Workaholic -- As much a virtue as it is a flaw, Ciel happens to be workaholic. When concentrating on a task he tends to forget the world around him giving said task absolute priority, to the point of neglecting to eat and sleep until said task has been fulfilled to perfection. However, this has helped him achieve top grades in school and helps him excel in almost anything he tries.
Mature -- What does it mean to be mature, really? Does it mean you have to be adaptable, logical, composed and calculated? In fact, yes, it does. It entails a lot of things... such as growing up early but some things that you can avoid, you can avoid... and some others that you can't, you just can't. And so, Ciel, a person who has learned to take on many faces in order to change himself and adapt by logically looking over every situation and environment, who is loyal to his friends and values them as priceless jewels, and is dedicated to his cause can also be viewed as a mature person. Most aspects of his virtues stem from here. Being mature is helpful with about everything in Ciel's life!! He has to be able to take care of his younger sister, attend school and in the meantime juggle around relationships, good grades, friends, enemies, not to mention being a senshi as well! Being mature helps him overcome difficulties, manage his time and lead a generally good and happy life despite his problems.
Flaws:
Easily Intimidated -- However flexible Ciel seems to be, he has the tendency to become incredibly nervous to the point of being neurotic when pressured. Having to take difficult decissions is one thing, and another one is being made to take them. When confronted about things he is fast to loose his cool even when he never did anything wrong. It is quite commonplace to see him exasperating, stuttering or getting angry at things beyond his control.
Stubborn -- When Ciel decides to act he acts. This usually occurs when he's cornered to a point of no return or frustrated -hence, it is a personality trait not many get to witness as his usual composure is that of an overly meek person- but when he snaps, he snaps... and it doesn't matter whether its right or wrong, moral or not, the thing he is going to do. When he has his mind set on something he will do it no matter what others may think of it. Oppose him for too long when he's in this state and he'll probably run away and do things his own way on his own.
Indecisive -- A personality trait that goes hand-in-hand with his nervousness, Ciel often appears unable to make a choice as he trips over whether it is the right or wrong one and how this will affect everything else. He also seems to change his mind a lot, the one moment agreeing to something while the next he might complain it's not right.
Shy -- Another trait of his personality that can be considered a flaw is his shyness. Ciel is easily embarrassed and will blush fiercely at situations where other people often fail to understand what is there to blush about. This might also be due to him having a slightly -or not so slightly- dirty mind from having to deal with boys his age so he might interpret a lot of things as innuendo.

Family
James Southworth: Ciel's father. He is a man that cares deeply about his family but may often come through as cold and/or absolute. This is because he feels he should protect his family from doing things that could prove wrong or harmful for them. He hasn't been home much as of lately due to a promotion in his work and have been fighting a lot with Celine much to his children's dismay.
Celine Bontecou: Ciel's loving mother. She is from France and met her husband in the bakery she worked many years ago. She still runs a bakery nowadays resulting in her being out of the house for extended periods of time. This leaves Ciel to care for himself and his sister alone for the most part of the day. Celine loves all of her children equally and tries to make them happy any way possible. She wishes that her older son would visit a little more often...
Joshua Southworth: Ciel's older, secretive brother. He was always a withdrawn, distant figure in the family but that doesn't mean he's necessarily bad. He was also called 'Raven' in highschool because of his jet-black hair and eyes. He has been studying abroad for the past several years. To Ciel, he's a bit of a stranger.
Alexis Southworth: Ciel's younger sister. She's a happy, carefree girl about fourteen years old of age. She likes ice-cream, shopping and ditzing school much to her parents' dismay. She would like to be a taylor when she grows up and launch her own clothing company. Her strong subjects are communication and interpersonal relationships while her weak ones are anything that requires her to sit in one place without doing something creative for more than thirty minutes.

Friends and People:
Nevaeh Roberts: The Southworth family's neighbor when they first moved into the city and Ciel's girlfriend for almost a year, she recently left with her family for another town. She has kept contact with both Alexis and Ciel and mails them every so often.
Xiu-Lin Liu: One of Ciel's classmates and his personal, self-asigned tyranical coach. She makes him do all sorts of weird things from chores to about anything while sitting back and watching him struggle. Despite her seemingly cruel demeanor she DOES care about him.
the siamese: A siamese cat that has been sighted around Ciel's neighborhood as of lately. It doesn't seem afraid of people but in the same time it won't let anyone touch it either. Ciel has made it his goal to manage to befriend it, but considering the moodyness of said animal it doesn't seem bound to happen anytime soon...

Vega; Alpha Lyrae
About: Vega (Alpha Lyrae) is the brightest star in the constellation Lyra, the fifth brightest star in the night sky and the second brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere, after Arcturus. It is a relatively nearby star at only 25 light-years from Earth, and, together with Arcturus and Sirius, one of the most luminous stars in the Sun's neighborhood.
Vega has been extensively studied by astronomers, leading it to be termed, "arguably the next most important star in the sky after the Sun".
Physiology: In terms of years, Vega is only about a tenth the age of the Sun, but it is evolving so quickly that it has already approached the midpoint of its life expectancy, as has the Sun. It has an unusually low abundance of the elements with a higher atomic number than that of helium. Vega is also a suspected variable star that may vary slightly in magnitude in a periodic manner. It is rotating rapidly with a velocity of 274 km/s at the equator. This is causing the equator to bulge outward because of centrifugal effects, and, as a result, there is a variation of temperature across the star's photosphere that reaches a maximum at the poles. From the Earth, Vega is being observed from the direction of one of these poles.
Based upon an excess emission of infrared radiation, Vega has a circumstellar disk of dust. This dust is likely the result of collisions between objects in an orbiting debris disk, which is analogous to the Kuiper belt in the Solar System.
Vega's spectral class is A0V, making it a blue-tinged white main sequence star that is fusing hydrogen to helium in its core.
Cultural significance: Each night the positions of the stars appear to change as the Earth rotates. However, when a star is located along the Earth's axis of rotation, it will remain in the same position and thus is called a pole star. The direction of the Earth's axis of rotation gradually changes over time in a process known as the precession of the equinoxes. A complete precession cycle requires 25,770 years, during which time the pole of the Earth's rotation follows a circular path across the celestial sphere that passes near several prominent stars. At present the pole star is Polaris, but around 12,000 BC the pole was pointed only five degrees away from Vega. Through precession, the pole will again pass near Vega around 14,000 AD. It is the brightest of the successive northern pole stars.
Among the northern Polynesian people, Vega was known as whetu o te tau, the year star. For a period of history it marked the start of their new year when the ground would be prepared for planting. Eventually this function became denoted by the Pleiades.
The Assyrians named this pole star Dayan-same, the "Judge of Heaven", while in Akkadian it was Tir-anna, "Life of Heaven". In Babylonian astronomy, Vega may have been one of the stars named Dilgan, "the Messenger of Light". To the ancient Greeks, the constellation Lyra was formed from the harp of Orpheus, with Vega as its handle. For the Roman Empire, the start of autumn was based upon the hour at which Vega set below the horizon.
In Chinese mythology, there is a love story of Qi Xi 七夕 in which Niu Lang 牛郎 (Altair) and his two children (β and γ Aquilae) are separated from their mother Zhi Nü 織女 (Vega) who is on the far side of the river, the Milky Way 銀河. However, one day per year on the seventh day of the seventh month of the Chinese lunisolar calendar, magpies make a bridge so that Niu Lang and Zhi Nü can be together again for a brief encounter. The Japanese Tanabata festival is also based on this legend. In Zoroastrianism, Vega was sometimes associated with, Vanant, a minor divinity whose name means "conqueror".
The name Wega (later Vega) comes from a loose transliteration of the Arabic word wāqi meaning "falling" or "landing", via the phrase النسر الواقع an-nasr al-wāqi‘ "the alighting vulture". The constellation was represented as a vulture in ancient Egypt, and as an eagle or vulture in ancient India. The Arabic name then appeared in the western world in the Alfonsine Tables, which were drawn up between 1215–70 by order of Alfonso X.
Medieval astrologers counted Vega as one of the Behenian stars and related it to chrysolite and winter savory. Cornelius Agrippa listed its kabbalistic sign under Vultur cadens, a literal Latin translation of the Arabic name. Medieval star charts also listed the alternate names Waghi, Vagieh and Veka for this star.
