Intercity 280 North This is the highway that connects Carter City to its neighbors. The four-lane freeway is 20 feet above the ground, and the only way off of this section is to jump. Be careful.

Alan ran along underneath the highway, staying in the shadows and making almost no noise at all in his soft boots. "This place looks deserted too, I wonder where everyone else is. We're heading to the powerplant from here right?" He kept running towards it as the powerplant came into view from under the bridge on his left.

The question played in his ear before he responed. Remebering the map he had seen before being dropped in he nodded while adding a semantic yes over the headset. Into the area he came and Alan was right, it did look deserted. Over the headset, "Okay folks, keep warry, we know people are out there, but we don't know where they are yet."

Following the ones infront of him, the man in the armor and the others one who appeared to be a scout by the way he moved around. He quickly took refuge under the interstate it was so very quite and every movement caused an echo from the sound wave s bouncing from the top to the bottom of the ground. That sadistic grin still painted his face and those thoughts still loomed.

"Yes, the powerplant, go there quickly, go with God, we may have pursuers soon if Fischig was right. We've got someone pulling some invisible voodoo-stuffs on us, and it's not metaphysic." He said quietly, following the sound of the man's footsteps under the highway.

Trekking across the open area but him in a state of concern. Always looking around he almost wished he had a rifle with him. Instead the flamer was held upon his strap while in his hand was the revolver he had relieved the dead a moment ago. Some time passed and they were to the other side, "Okay, there's the power plant, let's move it."

Nascen followed quickly, running as quietly as could and crossing himself again, one hand on his gun and the other on his cross.

Alan ran up to the powerplant gates. Locked of cource. He jumped up and grabbed hold of the chain link fence surrounding the exterior and clambered up it. After dropping down to the other side he raced to the lock on the gates. He reached into his pockets and pulled out a pair of long twisted metal rods. He stuck them into the lock and pressed his ear against it, wiggling them untill it clicked open. "Hurry up guys, and lock the gate on your way in." He said while he stuck the rods back into his pocket.

He followed them all as got to the end of the interstate and came upon the large broken powerplant. It was a miracle that it hadn't exploded in someway.. an ill forgotten miracle.

A large black cat walked nonchalantly down the highway, her green eyes darting from side to side, trying to figure out which way to go.

In flew Flare from the southeast, relieved to spy the cat below her. Owle was doing alright, at least.

Dregnar stopped talking as he begun to realize that San wasn't really paying any attention to him. She was probably to busy thinking about humvees. He continued to walk down the highway, looking around for any sight of the robots. He didn't see any robots but he did see a large black cat. He didn't think much of it though, he had seen many black cats in his life. They seemed to be strangely common in abandoned cities.

Truewind followed his feline companion, his vapid grin gone. Now he only looked determined. Head southwest. Ender says that my former teammates are fighting with a spider-like robot on Carter Hilltop. Perhaps we should head in that direction? Truewind "muttered" to his friend. Jogging now, he wandered in and out of rapport with Ender, receiving messages at short intervals and paying close attention to his surroundings.

((When I say large, I mean large as in "While she looks like a domestic short hair, she's really about the size of a panther"))
Sounds like a good idea. We help them take down the robot, then snag the CPU and run like hell? Owle sent.
She changed direction, now purposely striding tp the southwest.

Owle... Flare sent the girl an image of exaggerated tears in her eyes. You make me so proud. I never thought I'd see the day you started thinking like me.
Southwest it is, True. Let's get us a robot. twisted
She flew to the southwest, flying high.
