North Militia Blockades
This is a section of the highway that connects Carter City to its neighbors. The four-lane freeway is 20 feet above the ground, and the only way off of this section is to jump. Be careful.
This particular part of the freeway has been blockaded. Several humvees are set up in a row to create a blockade, and some thirty soldiers mill about, all armed to the teeth.
