The Lanzer Square Subway Station is Carter City's main subway hub. Outside the gates, several automated ticket vendors sit outside, screens blank due to the loss of power throughout Carter City. On the other side of the gates are four platforms. The tunnels run north and south, and east and west. The north-bound passage curves slightly to stop at Carter University, while the south-bound passage leads to the Housing Developments. Likewise, the west-bound passage stops at the Manabu Seido Building, and the east-bound passage curves north and ends up in Industrial Row.

The only light is the dull red emitted by the emergency fixtures, powered by a backup generator hidden away somewhere. The tunnels are roughly 15 feet wide, and 14 feet tall, and contain parallel-running tracks. An occasional train sits on the tracks, allowing for varied cover. The third rail is dead.

• Head north for Pencil-Pushers Row Underground.

• Head south for Housing Developments Underground.
  
• Head west for Manabu Seido Building Underground.

Matthias run down the subway tracks, thankful there weren't any trains running at the moment. His half of the team was close on his heals, blocking their rear path with moss to hinder any followers. He was momentarily distracted by a beeping coming from his watch. The signals for the other two members of his team were straight ahead. "Mr. Dolohov and Mr. Li are straight ahead, we'll meet them there."

And with that, they continued on their way.

Kane sighed and continued to walk through the tunnels, seemingly walking forever. "This is getting tiring..." Kane mumbled as he glanced over his shoulder to make sure Lenne was still following him. "These tunnels go on forever..." Kane muttered and sighed, still not stoping his continueing pace.
