What you need to know when using Jutsu

1. Well, we implemented a Chakra Cost for using the Jutsu. This way people won’t be always escaping from battle with miraculous jutsu. We intend to let you use moderate quantities of jutsu during a battle but you have to have a limit.

2. Now, when learning new Jutsu you have some rules you need to follow, some simple rules, don't worry. XP

3. Now about the numbers of Jutsu you can have within your profile, and so, within your characters powers.
As you know you’ll start as has Academy Student and so you’ll work your way till the end. This will give you the necessary measures for you to learn different jutsu (and other skills) and so you’ll always have to “refresh” your profile posted on your Village. At Genin you’ll have an element (your main element), at chunin you can unlock another one (so you stay with two elemts available) and finally at Jounin level you are capable to unlock another one. So in the end you’ll be able to have 3 Elements.

Your main Element – You can have all the Jutsu you learn on your profile

Your second Element – You can only choose 25 Jutsu from the Jutsu list of this element

Your third Element – You can only have 25 Jutsu from this element.

So choose them wisely.
