In order to learn techniques we have to make attempts per post in each post learning them. Attempts must be at least two sentences long.

There are only two ways to learn techniques. You are directly taught from someone with your element, or you use your elements scrolls.

Sannin/Kage ranked - 10 attempts
Jounin ranked - 8 attempts
Chuunin ranked - 6 attempts
Genin ranked - 4 attempts
Academy Student ranked - 2 attempts

If you are being taught it requires 1 less attempt to learn a technique.
