...even though the Evil Stupid One isn't writing more novels in the Toilet sag, we keep finding something about them to LOL at. About once a month or so, when we think we found everything in Twifail worth hating or making fun of, something comes up.
Bella, now pretty much adopted by the Colons, will be Carlie and Aspie's latest adopted twerp. Meaning that she will be Edward's sister. And they're married and having earthquake-sex.
EW.
Discuss.

I could only bear half of the movie Twilight, but I saw far enough into it to see the lunchroom scene where Bella's normal-and-nice friends comment about the Cullens. "Those are the Cullens. They're like, together. Together-together." And that's the last mention of it. So I suppose it will shrugged off in the same was for Bella and Edward.
Although, realistically, the school counselor would be all over that, and maybe even child services would be called to remove the "children" from their clearly abusive foster parents.
It make more sense for them to say they're two or three families living together for religious, economic, or ethnic reasons. o.O Duuuuhhh.

Maybe Meyer was Freudian and believed in incest.
But Aspie? Really?

Wait wait, you seriously just called him an Aspie? Not funny. Don't compare us to a sparklepire, k?
I guess it would technically be incest, but honestly I have no problem with it.

I can see how Jasper and Alice, and Emmett and Rosalie are incest since they were officially adopted. Or at the very least told everyone they were all adopted, because I don't see them all getting adoption certificates or whatever. So, technically, they're related, and they're dating. Yes, I see how that's incest.
sweatdrop But I don't get how Edward and Bella are incest, not to rain on anyone's parade. I really can't remember this part of the book, but didn't Bella move in once she and Edward got married, or at the very least, proposed? That's a little like a couple living under a roof together. So, um, would anyone like to correct me on that? I haven't read the books in a while, so, I think I got a few facts wrong.
To be honest, I could totally imagine Meyer writing a 'Bella get adopted by the Cullens' part of the book and Bella being ecstatic about marrying her brother. So, um, ew.

I think I might have figured out what KingJack was trying to point out. Seeing as how Carlise and Esme "adopted" Bella, she would probably be seen to the rest of the world as Edward's sister. I say Edward's sister because of that fact that somewhere it states in the first book that Rosalie and Jasper are "related" or assumed to be related because of their blonde hair, while Emmett, Edward, and Alice are all "related" because they're all brunettes. So in theory, Bella would be considered by outsiders as Edward's sister because she is a brunette as well and when they see Edward and Bella show affection to each other, it will be assumed as incest. The whole way that I see could prevent that is if Bella had been written as a blonde or made to dye her hair blonde so she'd look like Rosalie and Jasper.

Probably they made fun of her in highschool or something. That's why all non-brunettes are evil or pathetic.
