Good morning to all.
I've had a question about meditation I'd hope someone would be able to answer for me...
This was about two years back but during one of my first meditations, I Saw an Image, which is not important at this time. I Heard a loud crack, and the image jumps backwards it seemed. I tryed to pull foreward towards it and the crack happened again, Several times.
What is this Cracking noise I heard? It's confused me to this day.
