Kirana Stood at the large door of the classroom as the students entered handing them each a mouse from a litte cage she held. "Hold them tight now they like to escape." She warned them. Seeing that everyone had a mouse she walked up to her desk and looked out at them. "Okay dears today I've decided to try something a bit harder. I don't expect everyone to succeed as it is harder than what we have been doing, but I'm sure at least most of you are ready for it." she informed them as she reached into her mouse cage and took one out, "Alright, now for the class. I want each of you to try and turn your mouse into a snuffbox. The first to transfigure their mouse as always will get 10 points for there house. How ever there is an extra bonus for anyone who makes an exceptionally pretty one. So, for each of you who do I will reward them, with a 5 Sickles. Now get to work." She sat on her desk and waited for them to start.
(OOC:Okay we are going to do the normal 3 rolls of the dice but I'm going to cut it into 4 rung (fail,half transfigured, completely transfigured, exceeds expectations).
so here are the rolls.
Fail- 1-40
Half Transfigured- 41-74
Completely Transfigured- 75-90
Exceeds Expectations- 91-100
So as an example of what you would see in each group...
Fail- maybe the tail disappears, or the mouse's body seems boxie.
Half Transfigured- Maybe your box has whiskers or squeaks when it's opened.
Completely Transfigured- It is completely a snuffbox with no mouse like qualities.
Exceeds Expectations- It is not only a snuffbox, but it is pretty/fancy looking.
if you manage to get the Exceeds Expectations your 7 Sickles will be given to you in the form of 100 gaia gold. So good luck kids ^w^)

Lily carefully placed the mouse on her desk, and lifted her wand.
She tried very hard, but couldn't remove the whiskers from the box.

With ears and a tail of course they'd only want to escape from you professor, thought the young Slytherin to himself as he held the mouse easily in his hand having been sort of used to holding them, despite the next minute they'd be food for his raven, Kale.
After giving the said mouse a bit of toast he had for Kale, whom just stayed somewhat at the center of the desk nibbling on the piece completely oblivious that was about to be transfigured as he lifted his wand at it and attempted to transfigure it...

It wasn't nothing fancy, but at least it came out as was required of him to have done with the mouse as stared at the simple and perhaps crude box next to the remains of the toast.

Wonderful.Mice.Midnight hated mice.She held hers tightly.She tried the spell 3 times.Taking deep breath each time.

Kirana walked around the classroom examining the students progress. She looked down at Lily's snuff box and watched as it's whiskers twitched. "Not to bad lily, just need to focus a tad bit more, I'm sure you'll get it next time." She tried to encourage. As she continued she stopped to look at Kurayami's snuff box. Picking it up she examined if for whiskers and opened it checking for squeeks. She held it up with a smile, "Good job, 10 points for Slytherin. See class this is what we are aiming for; no whiskers, no squeek." She handed it back to him before moving on to Midnight who also seemed to have secceeded. She picked it up and examined it. It looked nicer than Kurayami's but not by much. Opening and finding no squeek she congradulated her and the class, "You guys are doing really well today. I'm very proud of you!"

Artemis focused on the mouse and what she wanted to do to it. She imagined the snuffbox and then incanted the spell.
