Name: Mickey Gyeong
Nicknames: n/a
Age: 18
Birthday: October 31st
Sign: Scorpio
Blood Type: B
Fav. Food: Pretty much anything, Mickey isn't picky
Hated Food: There has yet to be a food that Mickey has tried and not liked
School: Sovereign Heights
Hobbies: Dance: From a young age Mickey could never stop moving, particularly in a rhythm. He is talented at dancing. Give him a couple weeks and a certain dance genre and he will be able to learn the basics with ease. However, Mickey has a clear affection for hip hop/street dancing. He enjoys the casual atmosphere of hip hop as well as the use of freestyling. It is common to see him listening to music with his headphones and moving his body to the song. It is also unsurprising to see Mickey in the middle of a crowd, participating in a battle.
Parkour: After watching a video of it online Mickey has also taken to learning parkour. Unlike dancing, it is a hobby that does not involve spectators and, as various people have noted, spatial awareness. He believes that the ability to navigate various obstacles in one’s way is useful and unique. In particular, his favorite part of parkour is to be able to jump from incredibly high heights and how he's constantly on the move.
Drums: Drums focus a lot on keeping a rhythm, which Mickey enjoys immensely. When he was still a child he went to a school performance where an older boy performed on a set of drums. From then on Mickey began to learn how to play the drums. Since then he has become an expert at playing and can even sometimes improvise a solo.
Gemstone: Opal
Virtues: Come crying to me - Mickey is nice and dependable. He stands by his classmates and is one of the first ones his peers go to when they want to talk about their problems. When they ask for a favor or request Mickey will follow through without a doubt. He is quick to help others and is always willing to listen to the problems of others. He doesn't mind.
The past is the past – Mickey is not the type to hold grudges. He believes that what happens, happens, and that one should not dwell on the past. Though it is difficult to hold absolutely no enmity towards someone because of what they did, Mickey tends to be more forgiving than others. A main reason for this is because he is somewhat forgetful/distracted and previous angers and annoyances tend to disappear to make room for new ones. The other main reason is because Mickey knows that he can’t change the past so he tries to stick to the present and future instead.
I see you got a haircut this weekend – Mickey has a keen eye. Not only can he spot physical changes in people (something that a lot of girls seem to appreciate him for, he notices!) but memorize a good gist of his surroundings. If asked on the spot to describe something he has recently seen or often sees, Mickey is able to retell the details with decent accuracy. With this, he is more likely to suspect things most people would not. He can speedily notice if someone is feeling uncomfortable or if something is amiss. He also uses his sight to compliment and charm others.
I’m up for anything – Mickey is far from someone strict who must follow a schedule right down to the minute. He is flexible and easygoing. Often enough Mickey ends up conjuring a plan of action seconds before he does it and is always flexible to whatever someone else suggests. He does not mind sudden change of plans and instead goes with the flow. Rather than not liking sudden changes, Mickey enjoys them. He believes they add an interesting twist to life and likes to amuse himself with them. It’s also why Mickey likes to improvise, especially when playing his drums.
Flaws: Sure . . . wait what? – Mickey has a habit of agreeing to a lot of requests, even when he doesn’t want to. It’s not that the boy is a pushover because he certainly isn’t. Rather, since Mickey is observant and likes to pick up the many details of a person his mind is distracted. While in a conversation he will be paying more attention to his surroundings and the appearance of the speaker instead of the words spoken. Thus, if someone suddenly asks for a favor he will distractedly respond with a ‘yes’ and then ask what the heck he just agreed to. Most requests he begrudgingly does because hey, he already agreed. But when things start to get spiteful/dangerous, Mickey puts his foot down. "Try again next time." He says.
Don't come too close to me – Although Mickey has friends, he's always careful to keep a certain distance between himself and them. He keeps his negative feelings to himself as well as not mentioning personal facts such as his family, past, etc. As his family used to move around a lot, Mickey always kept making and breaking friendships, deeply hurting himself. This time around, he is more distant with his friends and classmates so that he won't hurt them or himself.
I’m so fed up with you – Despite being the dependable boy that he is, Mickey can only do so much. People constantly pile up tasks and favors upon him. He'll do them, but he has to wonder why can't they do it themselves. Are they incapable? Are they lazy? Having to do so many things can get him irritated. Once he reaches the breaking point Mickey has a stark change in personality. He becomes snappish and easily irritated. Mickey also starts to act more aloof and moody. During this time and for a while after he also doubts the abilities of others, considering himself better.
Please manage and organize for me – [WEAKNESS] Mickey is obedient and helpful and takes up a lot of favors, but he can't organize it all to save his life. He doesn't know how to use his time wisely and just finishes what he wants to do first rather than what should be done first. This leads to many all-nighters and close calls. At least Mickey manages to finish things on time (after many cups of coffee, obviously). His disorganization also shows through with his things. The boy's room is a mess and one can hardly see the floor. He's always losing and find various items and homework assignment (and luckily he finds his homework in the nick of time).
Physical Description:
Hair: His hair is black, but Mickey dyed it light brown and also streaked it with crimson. click for hairstyle
Eyes: Soft orange
Face: His face is oval-shaped and soft for a boy his age, giving him the appearance of someone younger. Mickey also has a tan from being outside a lot.
Body: Mickey is 5'9" (a decent height) and has a tall, lithe body. He is slightly muscular and flexible.
Fashion: Surprisingly, he has a cool and stylish sense of fashion. Mickey credits it all to his older sister, Vickey. His style tends to slightly switch between modern American and modern Asian.

I like the way he sounds so far! His hobbies give the Negaverse a dang good reason to be interested in him, which is spiffy in itself. I like how the virtues and flaws play off each other, since well... it makes logical sense. It all flows together exceedingly well. Though I'd be sort of interested to see what happens if/when he agrees to something he isn't paying enough attention to and ends up offering something up he might not have wanted to, like the homework or that little extra time. I like that his paying such close attention to detail sort of explains why he just tends to go along with things since it sort of distracts him and all.
What a big family~~
I want to get pwned by a drumstick of doom.

Parkour is perhaps the most unique hobby I have seen so far. Out of curiousity, has this hobby given him more stamina? Strength? No fear? Has he ever jumped from something too high and sprained an ankle? Stopped by a cop and asked what he was doing? I really, really love the fact that you have limits on his flaws and virtues. He's up for anything to the point of it being life-threatening, and friendly but not too friendly to the point of sharing his family information/problems with his friends. Keep in mind that when someone in the Negaverse hits the Captain stage, they gain the ability to teleport. I could see Mickey using this to his advantage by practicing Parkour when no one was looking in his nega-form. xD Nice job!

Thanks Maru! ^^ (I know there're a couple other quests floating around with parkour/freerunning as a hobby though lol)
Yeah, parkour has given him more stamina as well as speed. Parkour has also been known to develop one's spatial awareness. C: As for fear, I suppose Mickey isn't very scared of heights and such. He's more bold in trying dangerous stunts, but he knows when to not push his limits. Mickey has, actually. When he first started doing parkour he jumped off of some high stairs and broke his knees since he didn't land properly. lol. Worried his family to death.
And yup, Mickey would love using teleportation during Captain stage. He'd have lots of fun. xD
