For the css I mostly just surfed through various threads and other profiles to find effects that I liked as well as the basics 3nodding For the graphics I use Adobe Photoshop & Imageready 7.

Scratch?
Well, most of it my coding was scratch when I made the previous profile, but I just reused the codes to my first one to make my second one.
I did borrow a few codes from a few sites that I liked, though.

Looks completely different in IE though, not quite as good as in Mozilla-based. Love the details in the background like that though.

It may sound weird but my profiles normally create themselves hehe It'll just pop into my head. Other times, like someone else said, I'll see something in someone else's profile that inspires my own. It depends. as for the coding itself though, most of that came from other sharing their codes, but I did create a lot of code, by being stubborn and wanting to do it myself LOL Overall though, the designs are normally from "scratch" ^_^

I start from scratch in a notebook document. <3 I get some of my design ideas from other profiles. But I do all the coding myself, aswell as my images.
