Yes, yes, we've all seen those Twilight displays at book stores, BUT...
My mom picked me up today and we went to Coles. They had several knooks devoted to Twilight (And to be PERFECTLY HONEST, I actually felt like throwing up. Maybe it's because I was sick before, but only near those books...hmm...), but luckily there were no stands.
I ask the customer-helping lady if she had TwiLite, and "not that horrible fanfiction crap. *points to the Twifail books*"
While we look the book up on a computer, I tell her how Twilight sucks. She gave an awkward, but not forced, laugh. BYW, it turns out she had 3 cats.
I didn't find the book, but I got two of Charlaine Harris's Grave series books (3 and 4, now I'm just missing one. Also, I peeked at the back of book 4 and got a BIG spoiler, one of those spoilers that totally changed the series. This is possibly the (insert character's death) in a Harry Potter book).
I counted the sections of Twilight books: one under a shelf, one regular full shelf, one hidden in a dark knook, Twilight bookmarks with half-naked INJUNS on them, and New Moon board games.
Discuss.

Ugh, that's truly sickening. If I went to a bookstore in my current state (on the edge of pneumonia) I would've gone in there and hacked on all the Twilight crap. Like, a lot. And if I had the urge to throw up I'd - honest to FSM - make SURE to throw up on the Twilight section. ALL OVER IT.
I don't see why bookstores carry Twilight stuff anyway!! It's a BOOKstore for FSM's sake!!!!
Oh, yeah, and what do her cats have to do with it?

Just like My Immortal used to be only literature and not a book, until if got published, sort of. I didn't want to talk about my hatred so long and make her feel awkward: I thought it would ease her up and make her not think I just hate things. Catch my Tokyo Drift?

Puzzles, pins, T-shirts, posters and the like are not books. And yeah, I catch your drift.

In one Coles store I went to there was a cardboard cutout of Edward with his arms around Bella and they were beside a sign that said "Your children are very important to us. Please do not leave children unattended." Ω

Ok well at the borders in my town the Manga section is huge. ( probably because my state is like the Japan of America xD so many tourists..) Anyway whenever I go there normally there is this nice empty space so its nice and roomy, but now there is this large hunk-of-junk display of new moon there. Now to get to the section I have to walk past cut outs of Bella and Ed ever time I go to the book store and it feeling like they are watching me, Id like to color a mustache or something but that would be vandalizing.... even though it would actually help the poor store get rid of some sparkling demons. >.> Also there is so much random crap that does not belong in a book store and the decorating is over the top with large feathers, sparkly glitter on everything, streamers, and other things. ( It looks like crap so I guess that is good) I think a over the top fan with no sense of decoration who works there made it. There is this one worked who asked me "have you read twilight before?" and I said "no and I don't think I will" then she gave me this weird glare. O__o
(( By the way were you looking for the Warrior cat series with the book called Twilight? I love that series Ive been reading it since 4th grade biggrin ))
