New Stuff is always in the newest post.

Hello and welcome to my NEW art thread.

This thread will include all the art I'm working on.

The most recent updates will be linked in the second post for easy viewing.
If you'd like to commission me please check my status, also in the second post. Art trades are welcome at any time. But please be aware that my college classwork comes first, as well as any real life stuff that pops up. Therefore, you will most likely have to wait for a good week to a month or more for your art. I apologize for this inconvenience.

Anyways, have fun looking at my art!
I love helpful constructive critiques. So please leave my a comment or critique whenever! ;D

GAH!!! what happened to your other art thread, I actually remembered to come back and check for new posts or replies to my posts but... sadly your thread was the only one i remember posting in >.<

if only it were possible to subscribe to threads within guilds =_= eh.. nevermind, i found 2 other threads i posted in. 1 of my posts was deleted and one was edited stare ether Im not wanted here or not allowed to express myself completely.

so what did happen to your other thread, i cudnt find it!?

Hrm.
Looking at your pictures, I see some errors occur. You see, the sketches are for their thick, often over-and-over-again brushed lines much nicer to look at than the current wip. Clear outlines don't suit your style. Also, the shoes look terribly off, to be honest. The right one, seen as the viewer, is just mainly too big, whilst the shape of the left one is really odd. A shoe isn't really shaped like that- But feet, esp. shoes, pose problems anyway. I'd suggest looking at shoes, boots and using them as reference- Also working on your proportions.
You've got that kind of animu-style which, whyever, reminds me of Disney. It's warm and nice and that back-to-earth-cute. I have to admit that's not really my thing. However, your coloration doesn't work too well with it as for now. I'd have expected to see the skin in a more orangeish shade than this pinkish one you offered. I'm yet to see the finished piece to give complete comments, though. Whatsoever, you're lacking 3D-grip and proportion with those things, partly- Even though the newest is a clear advance. I'd suggest working on anatomy in general, testing yourself out, also with different techniques.

Thank you for your comments. I've been trying out different skin colors since your comment. And they do look better. I've also been using my sketches as the outline, instead of inking it digitally. And again, it does look better. Thank you~

Proportions and anatomy have always been tough for me, and I've been trying to improve in those areas for a while. ><
I don't think I've improved much though. D:
