Distinguishing features: Dark, moderate sized birth mark on back near right shoulder blade; sharp jaw
Detailed description: Although he’d like to tell you he’s big and buff, Bachi hasn’t quite filled out yet. Next to his brother, he feels a bit of a dwarf. Due to his age, he certaintly is dwarfed as he comes in at only five foot, six inches in height.
He boasts a dark skin-tone traditional to his family. It is, however, leaning more towards his mother's lighter tone. His dark chocolate hair is bleached to a lighter brown at the top due to going outside quite a great deal. In addition, his face can often be seen to have a slight red tinge. He has never handled the sun very well, and it shows on days he is allowed many hours outside.
A pair of dark green eyes fills out the package. They’re slightly heavy-set in his head and his bushy brows give him quite a lot of character, especially when he smiles. It’s a large, broad grin that shows lots of teeth. Unless, of course, he’s honestly content, at which point his antics are far less loud and much more relaxed.

Personality: With two older brothers, you can imagine where this leads Bachi’s personality. He’d always striving to be as good as them. Let’s correct this. He’s just as good as them, but he’s determined to prove it. This certainly gets applied to everyone else as well.
It would be inconceivable that someone didn’t see him for his worth. It is important to him that everyone understands that he is important. He is very often wrong (in his dreams) even if his brother would like to tell him otherwise. Most importantly, however, he can hold his own in a fight.
He avoids these as they get him into trouble, but he won’t turn one down, certainly! A typical young boy from this aspect, if you dare him to do something, he’ll probably do it. If he doesn’t get his way, he’ll get upset and grumpy over it and maybe hold a grudge for a day or two. Along those same characteristics, however, he springs back very quickly. He’s liable to forget any fight you had the next day, and if you happen to win that fight, well, you might find yourself with an overprotective idol.
History: Bachi has always had an interest in dragons. By ‘always’, he grew an interest when his older brother, Balin, was Found. Luck would have it that he’d end up in the same area a few years after he came of age. He does enjoy rubbing this into his brother’s face.

Extended Personality

Mother: Like any good son, Bachi cares for his mother. It will never be in the way that his older brother, Balin, does, but Bachi would certainly be distraught over her loss. As mother's go, she's never took a very authoritative role. For that reason, Bachi always got along fairly well with his mother and he severely dislikes disappointing her.
Father: Bachi has next to no opinion of him. He's often just around, and has never had any severe affect on his own life aside from Balin's dislike of the man.
Balin (Eldest Brother): Bachi wishes he'd just get out of his hair already! Whenever something goes remotely wrong, Bachi feels as though he's punished. He can't do anything right in his brother's presence, and he supposedly stopped trying a long time ago. It shows in his personality, however - Bachi can't stand being told he can't do something and therefore will promptly go and do it.
Bakin (Second Eldest): Perhaps a little too nice for his own good, Bachi has always considered Bakin a bit of a pushover. If he needs or wants something (or to get out of something), he normally uses his brother to try and get what he wants. He thinks his brother dreams a little too much, and maybe tries a little too hard in life to please the crowd. For this reason, he tries to encourage his brother to join him on his various "trouble-making" ventures and make him side with him over Balin.
Friendship
Bachi has what you would call a lot of acquaintances. He doesn't seem to mind this fact at all. People to wrestle, fight, and argue with are always okay in his book. It takes a lot of chance and luck to catch his eye and his respect, but once you have it, it's very hard to lose. He has a 'perfection' mind when it comes to friends and will back them up on almost anything.
Love
Bachi does not display his love in any way shape or form. His crushes are always quiet, and he'll often do small, little things for a person to show his gratitude or get them to notice him. If his crush liked to read books, for example, he'd likely bring them a whole stack even if it cost him every mark in his pocketbook, or maybe just one very special one. He's slightly asexual in this regard as well, and while he is bold and brash everywhere else in life, when it comes to affection he has a bit more of a problem.
Work
Though he does not like work, he gets it done. If nothing else, it's a place to prove his worth. He hates people that complain about doing work; it's rare that you'll ever catch him vocalizing any upset over a certain chore.
Play
A fan of contact sports, Bachi can often be found out by the lake in his free time. He'll play whatever games and join any contests that might be going on, and he enjoys finding high places to jump from into the lake.
Weakness
Quick to judge, brash, easy to anger. He is also exceedingly stubborn and easy to convince into dangerous, perhaps troubleworthy, activities.
Fear
Bachi does not have many intense fears. He has a particular terror of wild felines, however, and, on a social level, that everyone will be like Balin and not take him seriously. He has no problem with being alone, but people passing what he says as a 'nothing' and leaving him in the dust is something that Bachi cannot deal with. In some way, he needs to know that he's being listened to, even if what comes back is anger in return for his actions.
Strength
Bachi's best strength is that he is exceedingly perseverant. Once tasked with something, he will work dawn until dusk in order to finish. He'll stop only for the minimal break, and he will push others to put just as much effort into their work.
Loyalty is also a trait he holds highly. What use is a good friend if you can't back them up? Once he gets views into his head, he's hard to sway, and it can sometimes work very well for him.
Talent
Learning how to make fast, secure knots was always one of Bachi's talents. He knows a tiny bit about braiding and leatherwork, but not much. However, if you need to fasten something down, Bachi probably knows how. He learned a lot from working around the house and out by the docks when he could find someone look for a little extra help for a 1/32 of a mark or two.
Dragons
For a long time in his life, Bachi thought next to nothing of them. They were only stories and positions for special people. But when his brother was Searched, Bachi immediately grew an interest.
He grew all sorts of fantastic ideas in his head in the months before he joined his brother in Ista Weyr. There, those made up ideas of riders were quickly shattered.
He now sees the dragons as the noble beast he may one day get to share a life with, and riders in general people that lack the legendary quality he had so dreamed of. It's safe to say he's a little bit disappointed.
