So my Twitard cousin ,who's in her late 20's might I add, came to visit my house today. She was chatting with me...ME about the New Moon movie. When we already have got into arguments about it before. Anyway, she was going on and on about how amazing it's going to be. So much to the point she's going to the midnight showing of this crap. But what pissed me off is that she's bringing her 6 year old daughter with her! SERIOUSLY!? She's 6! Your going to already brainwash this child at such a young age?! To have absolutely no self respect?! Its disgusting it really is!
I mean I won't even begin to name other occasions but she is truly a bad mother to start. But you know shouldn't your child be in bed anyway? You seriously could not save it for another day to go see it with one of your mindless friends since my older sister's cannot even stand being around you anymore? It's horrible.
Luckily...the child spends more time with her father and I also talked to my other older cousin (also her brother) about this. He may not have read the books but just from what he's heard from me and others he even said he will not ALLOW his niece to see this crap. I honestly do adore my second cousin. The last thing I want is her ditzy mother forcing her into liking something like this. It's more than just "Oh I don't like the books so I don't want her liking them!" It's what the book promotes and does to these young girls that makes me absolutely sick! To see something like this attached itself to my family like a virus is disgusting....
Ugh I needed to let that out...

Shouldn't it be the niece/daughter/cousin's choice if she goes to the 'movie' or not?

Act like a Tara-esque Twitard fan and mimick her, then tell her that you want to know everything about Bella Sue and Eddyshit. Ask her to name their pros and faults, and let her see them for the Mary-Sue's they is...I mean are.

Tell her not to force her daughter to go!!! It's not so important that they have to go see the midnight showing!!!!! That poor little girl... she shouldn't be up that late and put through that... cry

I've already warned my ten year old sister to not read the ridiculous series. I've gotten her into Roald Dahl and Shel Silverstein, next will be Rowling. But no, seriously I would even baby sit your cousin's daughter. Seriously. I would smack your cousin too. Just go and ask her what the plot of the books are. and how the character develops in the story.

Midnight? I could barely stay awake at 10 when I was 12.
Bad influences/parents must be promptly slapped across the face 5 times =/

@ Kyuketsuki: Hell, I'm 15 now and I go to bed a 9 PM. Nine fricken P M. Which reminds me, I need to get off soon. But I feel sorry for the kid. I really do. Brainwashed at such a young age due to the s**t that crazed Twitard is force feeding her? It's definitely not good for her at all.
