WELLLL. Officially, nothing has happened after the kiss, as far as the storyline goes.
But in The Fortuneteller, Wu does tell Katara that she will marry a great bender (obv Aang) and she does say something about grandchildren, so that makes it pretty obvious that they'd have kids.
