Sayatea is a lush forest full of life and mystery. The area is rich in fruits and edible mushrooms which would explain variety of game animals lurking in its shadows. It is a popular destination for rangers, hunters and travelers alike due to the relatively weak predators. However, none have ever ventured too deep within it, not even the area's fauna. The population of monsters have increased drastically as of late.
Cervisonge
A rare type of deer always surrounded by a harmless coat of illusionary fire. They are known to prance about lightly on their feet in a ritualistic mating dance every early spring. Gentle by nature, they are fiercely protective of their young and have one set of nasty horns. Their tail is covered by a light coat of razor sharp scale that can be devastating. Kei looked at the lake a little as he got his pendant out of from underneath his breast plate. He rubbed it once more fondly. "Would you like this... I think you would love it..." He said under his breath as he held onto it a little longer before putting it back under his plate. He smiled a little as he knee-led down feeling the soil lightly as he looked around. He nodded as it would make a good home standing back up as he slowly walked around the lake checking for anything he should know about or other people. He smiled a little as he looked at the trees seeing they would make good lumber, but it almost saddened him as they were such beautiful trees, so he decided he would only take the bare essentials when he finally did construct his home. He went around the lake eventually coming to a more open and flatter area with solid soil. He nodded a little as he laid down on it looking up at the sky as his armor clunked around a little as he laid there. "Sometimes... I miss you guys... I hope you know that..." He said softly as a tear rolled down his eye before he wiped it off with his gauntlet and then stood back up surveying the land once again planning on how he was going to build.

Lora walked through the forest quietly, with bow in hand. She was on the hunt for any small prey. After spending most oft the day collecting herds she was hungry and found herself with out much on her. Once again she had packed everything she needed except a bit to eat. her long blue hair was pulled back into a ponytail that swayed gently behind her as she moved.
She froze as she stopped a rabbet. Slowly she pulled back on the arrow, took aim. Just as she fired cracking nose came from another direction. Distracted her arrow shot off into the wrong direction and the rabbit ran off. "Shoot. I can't believe I missed." She sighed as she turned on the direction of the noise.

Kei was looking at the forest as a bunny scurried off in front off him deeper into the forest. He watched it until it disappeared from his view. "I wonder where he's off to..." He mumbled under his breath as he looked toward where he had ran from wondering if it had ran from someone. He didn't see anyone as he put his back to the forest as he looked back at the lake wondering if there was any fish. He then started to wonder if he could catch them by hand somehow. He slowly shook his head at the idea of him stumbling over just to try to find some fish. He sighed a little as he would have to go buy a fishing rod as his crafting skills were absolutely horrendous. And then he knew he would have to make one, he probably wouldn't be let back into a city with out a disguise, or at least any human cities at the least. He sighed a little as he sat down on the shore line for a few moments wondering how he would even find a demon city.
As it turns out, the forest was getting crowded. Stranger had already been there for a time, from the looks of it. He was sitting on the riverbank, head slumped down on his chest, holding a fishing rod out over the water, a hook that had long since lost its bait floating in the water. From a distance he appeared to be sleeping; at least, he wasn't moving. It was impossible to tell for sure; his hood was pulled up over his face, and even if it was visible, his face was always covered by the odd cloth wraps, almost like bandages, over his face.
He was enjoying the sun, enjoying the breeze, relaxing by the riverbank. Next to him was his satchel, which contained his two potions and the Breed device. His Mirror was tucked inside his shirt pocket. He didn't appear to be armed in any way.

Lora came to a slow stop as she reached the river’s edge with nothing to show for it. Her rabbit had gotten away and at first glance she didn’t see where the noise had come from. The water looked so inviting after her day of collecting herbs. She walked over an knelt down, placing her bow in the ground beside her. Cupping her hands, she brought the cold water up and clashed her face a few time. Then with the edges of her hair wet she ran her fingers back over her head.
It was as she was about to stand that she seemed to notice everyone at once. She didn’t often find other in the forest as she worked. “How goes?” Lora called out, trying to sound braver than she really was. She called out a general question to see who all replied. With their being two people in sigh there could be more someone else.

As he sat there with his scythe at his side laying next to him he heard a voice. He immediately looked over too it in wonder, he must have been too absorbed in the scenery to notice someone. He looked at the person as it was a woman asking how he was. He was unsure if that is what she meant. "I believe you mean who goes there..." He said nonchalantly as he was still looking at her. He shifted slightly as he turned his head trying to hide his horns somehow. He was unsure if she was human or not but she didn't look like some sort of creature born from chaos, that is for sure. He sighed a little as he looked back at her. "And what are you doing here?" He asked sternly trying to obviously figure out why she was in these forests, trying to make sure it wasn't a member of the inquisition or some form of bounty hunter that was out for him.
The Stranger didn't look up, didn't stir and didn't seem to acknowledge their presence at all; but at the stern demands of the man's voice, the Stranger spoke up, his deep and calm voice resonating, "Who goes there? This forest doesn't belong to you, friend." Finally he moved, if only just to lift his head and look out at the river. Oh.. his bait was gone. Oh well, it wasn't like there were any fish around anyway. With a sigh, the Stranger got up and brushed himself off, taking the fishing rod apart into a few pieces and tucking it away. From under his hood he glanced over at Lora, "Hello again." then looked back at the man. He didn't like the look of this man.

She fell back on her rump as he pointed out that she misspoke. Somewhat embarrassed her rubbed the back of her head. "Yeah... That's what I meant." She replied with a slight nervous laugh. She was clearly a shorter human girl, only standing 5'3. The bulky cloths and bags hid her small framed body. She watched him closely with purplish blue eyes as he looked like he was trying to hide something. "I was collecting herbs, looked for a bite to eat, and then my rabbit got away." She started to explain. The fact that he might not be human or even trustworthy hadn't even sank in yet.
When Stranger’s voice rang out she smiled. “Well hello again. I never said it was my forest but it’s not often I run into others so far out.” Lora grabbed her bow and slung it over a shoulder as she stood up. “I really didn’t think I would see you again.” She replied. “It’s good to see your well.”

“Sure, I could always use a hand. Do you know what herbs and roots around here are good for healing?” She asked before noticing the sigh in his voice. “But you don’t have too. I’ll just take a little brake here then be on my way.” Of cause to her that meant sleeping the night away up in a full lush tree or maybe even in a thick grassy patch somewhere. She offered a friendly smile to the man. “I’m Lora and you would be?” Lora ran her fingers through her ponytail a few times then down the front of her, trying to make herself a little more presentable as she spoke. After a minute her stomach growled softly and her eyes widened. Quickly she clasped a hand over her tummy while she pulled out an odd little root with the other. “Care for some?” She offered to both. The root was brown and held a bitter odder.
Once properly back on his feet, the Stranger finished putting his fishing rod away and listening to their conversation, only halfway paying attention. The man seemed awfully timid for someone who looked as demonic as he did. He looked to Lora and nodded in response to her answer, "Yes, and you as well. I passed some blood moss about a hundred feet upriver, along the rocks. Makes for good packing for bandages; stops bleeding quite well. I'll help you find it if you'd like; I think your new friend here wants to be left alone. Moody."

He heard the man speak of some herbs that were good for bandaging as she asked him if he knew good herbs. "I am no medicine man but that doesn't mean I can not help." He said as the man said he didn't want to help. "That is not the case, trust me, I do wish to help." He said as he stood up brushing off the dirt from his armor and lifting his scythe up to. "Direct me and I will help you gladly help." He said as he took a few steps toward the girl, completely revealing himself as the sun shone over head shining against his darkened armor as his horns were right there for both of them to see. He was unsure how they would react but if they reacted poorly he imagined he would have to fight them, and he would purge them like the rest of his enemies before him.
