Once just a few trees, it grew into a lush forest around the magical pond when the island 'settled'.

 Ithyl ForestThe new forest was unfamiliar to so many, but at the same time, it was the perfect place to look. Such a grassy place would be the perfect place to hide a captive, right? The pirates didn't seem to agree, and your searching comes up empty with no sign of the Hula Dancer or the pirates that captured her. Though, in the distance, you do hear some laughter... Dae struggled to keep herself upright as she meandered through the maze of trees. She wasn't sure if she was walking at a tilt or if she was just that drunk. Probably the latter, considering her adventures at the luau. Or maybe it was that barrell of run she drank at the beach.
Regardless of how she had gotton this drunk or why, it was night now and she could barely see three feet in front of her. Combined with a lack of balance and a tendency to dry heave every thirty feet, trekking through the forest had been a slow and painful event. She would have quite a few unexplained grass stains and bruises in the morning.
Tumbling over another root, she swallowed a yelp as her head made contact with the very solid ground. As if she didn't have enough problems with being dizzy. Propping herself up against the base of the tree, she considered calling it quits. She was drunk, bruised, tired and covered in rotton creamed corn muck. Surely things couldn't get worse, could they?
Suddenly, through the trees came a tinkle of laughter. Eyes widening, she looked around features srcunched in panic. "So you've found me, wavesh of death. I knew you'd come... " she whispered in the dark.
Struggling to her feet, she darted off between the trees. "You'll never cashh me alife!" she yelled, following her threat with a mad, druken cackle before promptly knock herself unconscious with a low hanging tree branch.

Carter sighed and dragged his feet, the climb had whiped him out. The only good that climb did was lead him to lush land...a forest it looked like. It seemed like a plausible hiding spot.
"at least...there's shade." he said as he walked, looking around in hopes of seeing something useful. There wasn't much else besides green and the occasional animal. " Hello?" Carter called out tentitavely, He wanted to get someone's attention, but he hoped it wasn't the attention of a pirate. He's rather sneak up on them then the other way around.
Carter continued on, finding this spot fruitless and feeling quite upset by that. " hello? anyone out there?" He asked softly, expecting nothing, but he heard soft laughter.. that was a good sign and it definately lifted his spirits, giving him enough juice to run to fnd out what was up.

"Across the lake." Dizzy muttered out loud as she flew over the large lake heading towards the new forest.
She'd explored this forest a little after the island crash landed. Its not a threatening place, which was always a good idea.
The fae looked around for signs of pirate activity, but had no luck.
"Think like a pirate. Think like a pirate." Dizzy tapped her temples and tried to find any clues that might lead her to where they may be hiding. Her 'follow the wind' method was obviously not the method the pirates used, so she had to come up with something better.

The exhausted pink fae pae made her way back to Ithyl forest. The clean waters of the pond were the perfect way to wash away the gross muck, she thought.
Dizzy relaxed in the soothing waters of the magical pond, letting the dirt and her troubles wash away. It was nearing sundown, and she'd still not found a good lead to the pirates yet.
She lowered herself down far enough into the water where only her nose and eyes were above water. She was deep in thought trying to figure out where to go, and what to do.
"Not in the bear caves, not in the marsh ... not by the waterfall... where could they be."

It was some time before the demon female woke up from having crashed into the rocks in To'ul.
Her eyes fluttered open and her hands shot to her head to comfort the searing pain. "Rocksh punsh hard." she mumbled as she sat up.
The pain in her head was soon forgotten as she looked around her. She wasn't quite sure how to take in what she saw surrounding her.
Little ... pink ... squirrels ... with heads like that dancy girl ... and sharp teeth.
And she wasn't on the mountain anymore, but in another forest. She actually had no idea where she was or she got there. But her first thought was the pink squirly hula things brought her here. "GO 'WAY!" she shouted at them, grabbing a nearby stick and swishing it towards the lil beasties.
She quickly lifted off the forest floor, swatting the creatures as they started swarming her, each one chanting 'mine' 'mine' 'mine'.
"Dumb dancy-monsters. She flipped 'em off and headed out of the forest, stopping only briefly before the edge to remember what exactly she was doing today.

Carter sighed, he felt gross, but luckily he was in the forest now...hadn't he been here before. Probably... He felt like he was walking in circles and not doing much to help. He grabbed a few wet leaves and used them to clean his face and arms. His clothing would have to be washed elsewhere, not right now. The leaves did enough to help him feel less gross and so he continued on. There were little animals he had seen before, they seem to be staring back at him and laughing at the fact that he was lost. Utterly lost.
" I might as well head back to the luau...if i can find it..." He said looking around. He didn't want to sound like a quitter, but if he headed back to the luau a little e could have a fresh start. He was only going to go for a break, just a little rest. He sighed and took off his shirt, the mud was starting to harden and cake and make him hotter...god how he could use a drink right now....

As Stacia finally stepped forward into the forest. Her ears were open and her eyes were wide as she heard the distant laughter. She just knew the girl had to be here. After loads of wasted time here in the forest Stacia finally decided that the girl was not here at all. The laughing was far off in the distance. Perhaps if she could locate the direction of the laughing.
Stacia picked a direction and began to head off.

"You have got to be kidding me."
She stopped and tried to concentrate this time on where the laughter was coming from. Her patience was running out very quickly but she knew that someone was in need of help. The trouble would be all worth it if she could find the girl and get her back safely.
She turned in a completely new direction and started forward. Hopefully this will turn out much better.
