Creek - Gentle and Full of Life Name: CreekU.S., Canada, and Australia. a stream smaller than a river. a stream or channel in a coastal marsh. Chiefly Atlantic States and British. a recess or inlet in the shore of the sea. an estuary. British Dialect. a narrow, winding passage or hidden recess. Gender: Female Family: Mate - Resulting OffspringNone yet! Personality: Cautious and shy at first glance, this little doe can be very energetic and affectionate once you convince her to open up. She has a great fondness for the taste of clover and loves to listen to the sound of running water or the rain. As shy as she is she's actually very fun-loving in a quiet fashion, and if someone sticks around long enough to get past her "keep them three feet away at all times" stage and befriend her, they're likely to earn a very cuddly, and at times mother-hennish, companion. Further Details: Born and bred in Watership Down. Not a fighter by any means. Has a sister, Mud Flower, that was thought lost when they were outskirters who has recently found her way back to the Down. She looks up to her sister for being brave and all those things poor shy Creek really just... isn't.

Ebony - Storm-watching Firecracker Name: Ebony Made of or suggesting ebony. Black in color. Gender: Female Family: Mate - Resulting OffspringNone yet! Personality: Very outgoing and at times an incorrigable flirt. She's far more picky about her potential mates than she might seem at first glance, so playboys beware. Ebon's also not afraid to tell you when she thinks you're wrong; though she will usually try to be pleasant about it unless someone's making a complete a** of themselves. She tries a bit harder if the person in question is someone of rank. She's also more willing than most rabbits to get into a tussle if she thinks the situation calls for it, though she generally leaves that sort of thing to the Owsla. That's not to say she'll snipe at someone else simply for being quirky or eccentric... rudeness and willful ignorance get to her, but not someone just being strange. This little black doe is fiercly loyal and caring once she's been won over... and she'll also hold a grudge if you cross her. Further Details: Half-sister to Darkbrier and Grackle. A bit of a busy-body, but not the gossipy sort... just the type that likes to be in everyone's business so she knows what's going on and wants to make sure it stays sorted out.

Marsh - Sweet, but Moody Name: MarshA tract of low wet land, often treeless and periodically inundated, generally characterized by a growth of grasses, sedges, cattails, and rushes. Gender: Female Family: Mate - Resulting OffspringNone yet! Personality: This lovely little doe is quite sweet to all and sundry, hanging around and conversing with anyone who cares to spend time with her. However she will slip off somewhere in the warren to be alone from time to time, and even in company she can grow quite moody on occasion. And if anyone really tries to befriend her instead of staying an acquaintance from social gatherings she'll become nervous, sometimes avoiding that rabbit rather than let them any closer. Though tight lipped about it should anyone ask, the fact is she fled to the Down from a different warren when she was still an outskirter, a victim of abusive disillusionment and one too many broken promises... Further Details: Will hold most others at bay, but has a soft spot for children or other adults that she feels have been mistreated. Ninebark in particular, as he was also formerly a hlessi and other circumstances have led him to not be as fully accepted by some of the warren members as Marsh would like.

Darkbrier - Quiet Maelstrom Name: Darkbrierdark - approaching black in hue. brier - a tangled mass of prickly plants. Gender: Female Family: Mate - Resulting OffspringNone yet! Personality: A half-sister to Ebony, Darkbrier is larger and more quiet than the silver spotted doe. She speaks mostly when spoken to, though she's still quiet even then; most of the time she prefers simply playing the part of a silent sentinel while others go about their daily business. As unassuming as Darkbrier might seem, it belies the truth of her. As her name might indicate there is a strong and thorny will hidden beneath her quiet demeanor, and an equally strong temper if one manages to provoke it. She will fight to protect what she deems worthy, born with a blind right eye or not. Further Details: A good two pounds or so larger than the average rabbit at the warren, due to diluted Flemish Giant blood from her hutch-born father. The only one of the three siblings (Ebony and Grackle being the other two) that got it. Also rather unafraid of the dark; between her dark coat making night time the better time for her to be about, and her blind eye making the need for light to see by something of a non-issue. Aspires to protect the warren, though not actively seeking to become any sort of officer on a personsl level. She just does what feels right, which is try to protect others.

Grackle - Loyal Goof Name: Grackleany of several long-tailed American birds of the family Icteridae, especially of the genus Quiscalus, having usually iridescent black plumage. any of several Old World birds of the family Sturnidae, especially certain mynas. Gender: Male Family: Mate - Resulting OffspringNone yet! Personality: Brother to Darkbrier, half-brother to Ebony. Grackle is a tad skittish, especially when he knows he's the focus of unfamiliar attention. Don't presume he tends to be tharn, though; he is quite capable of being as brave as any buck. He's just... socially awkward and tends to bluster a bit to try and cover it up. He's also a very loyal friend, often going out of his way to brighten the day of anyone close to him. Further Details:

Anisthla - Rebel Spirit Name: Anisthla Lapine; anisth = wind, hla = swim, so Wind Swimmer Gender: Male Family: Mate - Resulting Offspring None yet! Personality: Perhaps a bit overly curious, and independent minded. This makes for a bit of a dangerous combination for a youngling; or even an older rabbit, but at least an older rabbit would know the value of caution. Hopefully. But while Anisthla might stick his nose into things a bit too often, or run off to explore a bit too quickly, he usually does so with the intention of doing something for someone else. Fortunately at least the boy seems to take after his mother in being fast on his feet and enjoys running as well! Further Details: He loves his family, especially his mother. Definitely a momma's boy; father and brother may tell him to do (or not do) something, but even if he might conveniently "mishear" them, he'll pay attention and gladly for his marli. He also dotes unabashedly on his sister. As for the men of the family... he respects them, and while he might be a bit hard-headed about heeding their authority in favor of his personal freedom, Anisthla will listen when push comes to shove, and he'll be the first to stand up for them if anyone else questions or insults them. He wants to become a runner, but knack for it or not it's possible that his discipline issues might get in the way in the long run.

Brute - Arrogant Strength Name: Brute ----noun a nonhuman creature; beast. a brutal, insensitive, or crude person. the animal qualities, desires, etc., of humankind adjective animal; not human. not characterized by intelligence or reason; irrational. characteristic of animals; of brutal character or quality. savage; cruel: brute force. carnal; sensual. Gender: Male Family: Mate - Resulting Offspring None yet! Personality: Brute is about as "guy" as a guy can get. He tends to be a bully, he's cocky as all get out, a complete smart-a**, and competitive to the point of stupidity in some cases. He's very cunning in some areas, but not always the brightest bulb when it comes to straight intellect. He won't bother flirting unless a girl impresses him, however, and in spite of his general "guyness" he is not the fling type. Nor is he actually of the opinion that girls are in any way inferior to boys... he's just an a** and thinks he's better than everyone in general, unless they prove otherwise. He's not evil in spite of his habit of being mean and picking on people... just nuetral with a habit of being a bit chaotic and a jerk. He's not above picking on kids either, though he's usually more gentle with them. He won't cause them any actual harm, though, nor allow anyone else to while he's around. He tends to be a bit territorial and possessive of "his" people, though he tries not to hinder them from living their lives. He's actually a big teddy bear after you win him over. And on one last note... he really, really, really doesn't like humans. Further Details: THE BIG MYSTERY IS HOW THIS ASSHAT BECAME AN OWSLA, REALLY. :V ololol As an enforcer, he excels. As a leader... that's a different story. He's used to doing his own thing, and between his size, strength, and sheer tenacious bullheadedness he is a good protector. That doesn't mean he gets along with most anybody, unless they can put up with his ego and his mean sense of humor. Oddly enough he's not as keen on picking at someone who seems too emotionally fragile to handle it; he prefers to poke at people who are equipped to handle, or even excel at, verbal sparring.
