I've been hearing reports (from reliable sources) that there are new animated in Old Aquaduct. specifically, black walkers (they're normally translucent white). I haven't seen one yet myself, but with it being so close to April 1, it makes me wonder what they have planned. Here are a couple screenshots I've seen:   Thoughts?

the portal has become unstable?
i did hear that there was suppose to be some nice plot updates on either st. patty's day or april fools....

Twilight BLAST the portal has become unstable?
i did hear that there was suppose to be some nice plot updates on either st. patty's day or april fools....

yea, i've always thought the pups, walkers, and roaches were a bunch of zurg equipment gone animated. not actually the zurg....

They're about 7.5, if I remember correctly. They're purple to a CL10.0.

People are saying that these strange creatures spawn at the teleport, and begin to attack any P3s in the general area when they get close enough. Looks like we'll be playing the roll of body guards next?
Also, there's a high chance that the creatures from the Hive, or the P3s, have no relations whatsoever to the Zurg. Their descriptions only specify them as alien beings, it doesn't specify exactly where they are from. However, it is possible that they could be from the Zurg home planet. No one really knows.

I spent a whole hour last night trying to get photos of these things. And I saw one of the guys in the second screenie come up and wait with us (I had other peeps with me). @_@
I'm going to get pix right now, GiB. I'll do it this time! D<

The G.I.B "Agent" actually says the pups are not Animated.
"They aren't animated, but your rings seem to work against them"
Or something like that.

The leader of the zOMG! Elite posted an HD vid of it following him around trying to get a hit on him. They act just like the regular ones, apparently. He made a thread about it in the zOMG! forum, with the youtube link to the vid in it. He didn't catch it attacking P3s or anything, just following him around near the purple ring thing.

Walkers...those things look like mutant bugs from Starship Troopers or something. Still...I want one! *grins* I bet they're a tough enemy to fight too.
