What's the best band t-shirt saying you've seen? I have two...
1. After a marching competition we stopped at a mall for dinner and my section (percussion) made a group and wandered through the stores. We fond a store that sold tshirts that said 'Save a drum' on the front and 'Bang a drummer' on the back. We all bought one.
2. At a recent percussion ensemble competition they had shirts that said 'Beat This' on them for percussion. How epic would it have been if they said 'Bang This'?

We have shirts that on the back says 'Plays Well With Others'.

i love band shirts
one said sometimes i roll step just because i can
another said blow hard and had i pic of a trumpet
another was a conducting one that said when i want you i will bean you with my baton lol

Our sax section made marchign band shirts just for them. They said "Saxophone Roll Call!" And on the back it had each sax(Alto, tenor, bari) and the names of the people who played them. They were so cool! They also had the names of the people who wore them on the back(Like if it belonged to a certain alto, it would have their name on it)
The whole roll call thing was their cheer during rehearsals.

Our sex section, my freshman year, gave shirts to the noobs that all said "I'm saxxy!" It was awesome. I however am not a sax kid, so I didn't get one. Lol.
Our freshman year band shirt said "Where's O******e? Take Hwy70 North of Sacramento, stop when you hear the marching band!"
Last year's said "O******e- There's a lake and there's a band."
I can't find this year's, but it's freaking AWESOME!

Last year a handful of freshmen girls made the whole band's shirts the night
before the festival. They had really lame sayings on them, like "Woodwinds
kick brass" and "Flutes duet better". They were all flute players, so the flute
section had the nicest t-shirts. On mine they wrote "Be nice or I'll beat you
with my clarinet."
This year I'm in charge of shirts, along with a few other girls. We have no
clue what we're gonna put on them.
