Personality: Living in the forts is tough and doesn't leave room for much sun shine and fun at least according to Domonique. He is a serious character, insisting that he fears nothing when he truly does. Domonique is short tempered and can easily be persuaded to do something dangerous. Work and lack of structure built up pride and loyalty within him that he has towards his family and those living among the forts. Unlike many he fears wolves but he does not hate them, he's more fascinated by them.
History biggrin omonique was raised in the fort New Eve from an early age as both his parents were wolf riders. Starting at an early age Domonique didn't view the world quite like everyone else had. This was due to a large unseen accident with his fathers wolf. Being only five Domonique was curious about why his parents left the fort at random times and hadn't ever been allowed to join them in the den on the other side of the door in the living room. He felt left out when his loving parents left leaving him with the local nanny. Having been curious one day he waited until his parents had been called away, from the home for some reason or another, Domonique found his way into the den.
Once in the dark place what he found there frightened him, one large wolf towered over him. Eyes settled on the large white teeth set in the giant creatures mouth, not understanding what they were Domonique had been traumatized from the encounter and has feared wolves ever since.
As time passed both Domonique's parents began to worry about his fear of the wolves and in an attempt to cure him of his situation, sent him off to the academy. Domonique found the academy a little more comforting than he had found his life at the fort where he had been surrounded by wolves constantly. Happy to be away from the greatest fear of his life Domonique drowned himself in study. Constantly goaded into trouble by his classmates Domonique quickly learned that the only few he could really rely on was nothing more than his books, and possibly his crazed drill sergeant.
Being ahead of the class without the constant focus or want to bond with a wolf, Domonique was shocked when his name had been drawn to travel with about two other classmates and his drill sergeant. Having not focused on the guidelines of bonding with a wolf, Domonique found himself for than confused. Upon reaching the den of the wolves Domonique found this to be a real challenge, having always put on a tough guy front he found himself standing back from everyone. But the hardest part was yet to come, it all happened when the female pup walked forward towards him. Debating between his fear of the wolves and the front he wanted to maintain, Domonique struggled within himself to remain standing as the wolf approached.
As time passed Domonique learned that Glazedpaw -as he had named her- wasn't the same fearsome wolf he had seen his his childhood. He learned quickly that she was completely dependent on him for all her care, and this in turn slowly began to warm him up to her way. But it had been a long and tiresome process for both the wolf and himself.
