Towering most Recruits at an intimidating 6'2", Adrian is not lanky or awkward but rather strong and muscular, capable of physical activities that require strength as well as running long distances. Some find his short black hair dashing in a dark and mysterious way, while others are simply too intimidated by him to notice. But there's always an evil glint in his gray eyes that's hard to miss, either he's plotting your demise or said plan has already been set into motion — either way, you should be careful.
Only in his military uniform half the time, Adrian prefers his style of casual wear which usually consists of anything black and silver. His favorite outfit is usually a sleeveless black top along with long black pants and black boots, topped with a black jacket in the winter. But whenever Adrian is leading a physical training session for the recruits or visiting the Forts, then he'll be in his military uniform — mostly to throw his rank around.
Personality:
Rude and sarcastic, Adrian does not see the point of acting polite and friendly. He usually always got away with his derisively mocking attitude and obscenely disrespectful behavior, so why bother to appear as if he does care? While this leads him to be brutally honest at times, his words can be discourteous and vulgar, which is also why most people think he is a jerk. Sadly, Adrian has absolutely no sense of shame, so you can try to embarass him all you want and he will merely scoff at you for your poor attempt to ridicule him. But he's not cynical and condescending for no reason at all, because that would be wrong. It's not his fault that everyone is stupid and that he needs to be there to point it out to them. Some people also like call him stubborn and manipulative, and while the latter's true, he definitely wasn't stubborn — just very, very persistent.
History:
A child of servants in Newe Eve, Adrian was taught the arts of war as soon as he could walk, more specifically close range combat under instruction of his parents — both of whom believe that physical strength is extremely worthwhile. Even when he showed signs of interest in wolves in his early teens, his parents insisted that he stay to continue his weapons training rather than attend the Academy. But when a rider noted that the 18-year old Adrian would make a good candidate, his parents finally though reluctantly allowed him to go. After only two years, he successfully bonded with a wolf at 20 years of age.
When Rayan was introduced into the pack, Adrian was chosen as his Patron for some unknown reason, since everyone knew that he hated the young riders. But the two of them got along surprisingly well despite having two completely different personalities. Although Adrian would never admit to this, he looks to Rayan like a younger brother, and always worries about the now Wolfless's safety. But Adrian also holds hidden tolerance for Damien, having become acquainted to Rayan's best friend over the year, viewing the rascally pair as his own pups to look after.
Despite his more than unpleasant attitude, the former Captain noticed that Adrian had quite a commanding presence and appointed him as Sergeant ten years into his wolfriding. However, when the former Captain retired and Damien White became the new leader, Adrian was sent to the Academy as the new Drill Sergeant. The strangeness about the appointment was that there was a more suitable Retired wolfrider to be Drill Sergeant, so most assumed that it was because Adrian had been injured in battle and held a slight limp to his walk (especially in colder weather). He still would've been able to tolerate simple formations in minor battles, but nobody dared to question the new Captain's motives.
Since then, Adrian has proved to be quite a capable Drill Sergeant, easily capturing the attention of the Recruits and drilling all the necessary skills into them. Despite the controversy of his methods, Adrian quickly proved the success of his ways as the new riders under his direction showed more mental maturity, physical proficiency, and combat mastery than ever before.
