More on the Ashe (still working on) test

Name: Chath
Name meaning: Flame/fire in Drow
Height: will be 5'9"
Gender: Male
Appearance: Refer to previous post. o-o

((Fleshing out more!))
Personality: Chath is a boy that's a little on the violent side, and can be considered sociopathic. While he isn't incredibly easy to anger (meaning it takes awhile to get him to really blow up) he is definitely one to hold a grudge for a long time. And he's likely to try to keep in his frustrations or hide them from those in front of him. The way he likes to let loose or so to speak is by simply burning things. Whether it be pieces of paper, dried leaves, or some belongings of his enemies... with the last one bringing him the most satisfaction. His guardian doesn't always like it that he burns stuff to vent... especially inside the apartment for the obvious fire hazard. It doesn't work quite as well as burning, but an alternative is for him to beat the crap out of the computer in various fighting games. Sometimes this only frustrates him more if he happens to not be doing so well in game. Generally, he doesn't try to be nice, with some exception to those he considers as friends. At the same time he doesn't really go out of his way to aggravate people. If he were to cause harm to those he has no issues with unintentionally or by accident, there is a decent chance that he'd feel some remorse for them. This wouldn't be the same as if he were to purposely harm someone out of spite.

Past: In his past, Chath was quite the destructive Fae. His own way of aiding nature included setting fire to forests to allow new life to come about, even if it caused lives to be ended for that to happen. From the start, he was always a little troubled and this mentality of wanting to destroy to allow new life came at an early age. He saw the aftermath of a large natural fire, and saw life begin to return to it, seemingly stronger than before. From time to time he would also ignite the houses of humans, making them seem as accidents. In this attempt, he was trying to help the earth by ridding those whom he saw was killing it. Though there were times he did such things simply because he felt like it; whether it be out of boredom or just for the pleasure he felt from watching things burn. Between his love of fire and his life of bringing about destruction, in no way was he really mentally sound. He truly believed that he was helping the earth with his actions, and to some extent he was. It was because of this that his closest friend in the past tried to change his ways, and tried to get him to see more beauty in the life that currently existed.

Death: This friend of his was another fae, though one that was considerably more peaceful than Chath, who was slowly growing more and more violent and destructive as time went by. She worried that his nature would be the end of him, one way or another. But at the time, Chath didn't understand what she was trying to tell him. He wanted to show her the beauty in his destructive flames, which caused him to bring her once as he burned down the home of a newly wed and young couple. One of the residing humans died in the fire, a female, but her husband remained alive. Chath's friend had the misfortune of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, for while Chath was setting fire to the humans' stable, the man had found her standing by and watching the blaze.

The young man thought it had been her that caused the fire, and in his grief and rage, he did not hesitate to take her life. Chath was just returning to her when he saw the human plunge a blade into her heart. Knowing that she had done nothing wrong, this infuriated the fae. There was no holding his anger in here, as he wanted to take his revenge now. He had already destroyed everything else the human owned anyway, so all that was left was the man's own life. So Chath attacked the young man. During the struggle, he received a deep gash across his stomach, but he managed to light the human ablaze. While the man died, burned alive, Chath had succumbed to the deep wound he sustained.

Alright. Some things still need some fleshing out, but feel free to critique what I have so far. o-o

The Ashe-

CHATH
It's a good name, has a powerful sound to it and gives an idea of the character. Just curios if it has a meaning of some sort to him? Anagram of his previous name, meaning? etc.

EYE COLOR
Sounds good, but i noticed a repetition of red and oranges and yellow with hints of black to show burning. Why not try adding blue to the mix as a contrats somewhere, red isn't the only color of fire. Don't limit yourself. Sea wood burns green after all, try looking up other chemical reactions to it.

HAIR
Again, not much to comment here. Stays with the general fire Theme. But how might he wear it if not spiked?

MARKINGS
For a fae, he's looking kinda human. Surly being around fire so much left him with the odd burn somwhere, Why not give him a birth mark from his past life somewhere?

WINGS
Why Dragon wings? It sounds like he's more from a bushland-ish area, so concider bringing that influence into his design. Did he have a fave animal?

PERSONALITY
Violent, but uneasy to anger. A bit of a contradicting statment. That or I'm stereotyping. Even if it' not full on attack anger, maybe just give him some sort of inflamable item to vent on? All the same, very standard. Needs to be fleshed out more. At the moment he sounds like the genericfire type. Says the girl with the traditional ashe he wears kimonos xD

HISTORY
Life at the detah of others, what on earth kind of mentality would that sort of thing leave you with? I'm not saying jump on the suicide train, but it would make you very...well it's not something a human would do at the drop of a hat.

Saying he did something because h felt like it is kind one of the biggest side stepping sentances used in character descriptions. Why did he have to burn a house specifically, Was he bored, What classed as fun, Questions like that can be a stepping stone to fleshing out characters more. See what you come up with.

MICHALE
A regular human like most of the Ashe owners, seems he'll fit well into this world of Faeiries ^^

Appearance: Chath must shop at Hot Topic. XD Other than that, I think they're fine.

Egg: There may be a little too much red. Perhaps make some contrasts with darker reds and brighter reds, and yellow and golden and yellow-orange, red-orange... :3 just make sure to have some sort of contrast, or else all the colors will be the same.

Personality: So Chath seems to be a psychopath or a sociopath. Why is that? :3 Not that it's bad or anything, but perhaps put a little more background into why Chath is that way? Or maybe it's cause he's born that way?

You may have to make him a little more stable when he's reborn since he may or may not bond with the other Ashe. Other than that I don't think there's a problem.

Guardian: biggrin I like him. He's normal.

XD I believe that's all the things that stick out at me. 3nodding

It kind of looks like Fumei and Chocolate said pretty much everything I was going to xD I do, however, think you should reinforce the "destroying life to bring new" idea. I know it's said in there how he came to that conclusion, but why did it affect him so strongly that he feels compelled to hit nature's reset button himself? Does he feel like he's the only one that can, I suppose, "save" the world from the humans, perhaps, and their destruction?

Maybe he saw humans start that fire and then he saw nature over come humans by growing back stronger? Thus he would feel more compelled to both take out humans in their homes, and hit the reset button on what they had done.
