Temple Station The subway station underneath the Temple seems a bit fancier than the others. The eggshell-white walls are trimmed with real gold. The station is illuminated by an elegant chandelier that hangs, still and dead as the air surrounding it, between twin spiral staircases that lead to the Temple Square above.

"Well I'll be dammend." Joseph muttered when he saw the picture over his wrist, "Looks like we can jump to conclusions after all. Also, Ray, last time you said something along those lines we got pelted by an RPG."

Lahren wandered in, having relaxed somewhat after being underground so long without any mishaps, so his arms were up behind his head, and he was wandering kinda leaned back-ish.

"You're still alive aren't you Joseph? I'd say that last encounter didn't go that badly considering we're all alive. I"m no jinx, it was just bad luck" he said with a laugh as he swung his rifle around a bit, scanning the area with the beam of his flashlight. Once more it never hurt to be careful.

"...you've never watched a single cartoon in your life, have you?"
Kael mumbled in disbelief, looking at their buddy.
"I can't believe how much those damn things have saved my life. This world's freaking insane."
Kael finally shrugged Joseph off as they came around to the station, muttering thanks. He didn't say anything about what the man had said earlier, even though he'd been close enough to hear it. Hanging on his shoulder and all of that. On the other hand, he looked almost as tense as he had when he'd been freaking out about magic earlier.
"Anyhow,"
Kael limped up to the staircases, and paused, staring upward. Finally, he set down the bottle of bourbon and looked over his shoulder at everyone.
"I'm gonna take a peek upstairs. Hang tight for a minute."
Very purposefully picking the staircase with the inward rail on his right side, Kael started up the staircase at a somewhat-faster pace than he'd made just on foot.

Psychofish Sticking his rump on that same sloping handle bar he'd used to support himself on the way up, Kael sat and sighed, enjoying the piece, quiet, and solitude for just a moment more. He had enough other things on his mind that one second to try and force that and his aching leg all out wasn't bad. He didn't have time to sit and day dream though. People might be waiting. And then he made use of his quick escape plan, sliding a quarter of the way down into the subway again, at which point he'd stop himself with a hand and put the other to his mouth, calling down. "Coast is clear!" And as soon as he heard everyone else following on that, he'd pop off and scoot himself up the stairs the same way he had before.

"You heard the man," Joseph would yell to the other fellows to make sure they knew to follow, "Everyone out of the pool. I'll be glad to see some damn natural light again."
Taking Lahren and Ray, Joseph made his way up the stairs.

Slowly through the darkness the shadowy blob that was Mozz became more visible from the main platform of the temple station. He had does his best to arrive at the temple station quickly and his breath was heavy and hard. As he arrived on the platform, he took a moment to assess the area around him. it seemed safe enough he gave himself a moment, both for his comrades to catch up and for him to catch is breathe. Samantha had said temple square, and here they were below it.

The cursor on HoshiTe's visor blinked as her eyes fell on the chandelier. "Very fancy...sugoi" she commented. And twin staircases...for a moment, the mecha-girl's entire emotional demeanor changed, even letting out a small electronic giggle, while the display on her targeting visor took on shapes suspiciously similar to the eyes in a happy Japanese emoticon.
A few moments later she went back to business with a small smile on her face. Watching their back still, and occasionally still glancing at Aiolos and Allen to be sure they were alright, she commented, "I approve of this place. It's very nice."

Mozz and HoshiTe continued to lead Allen and Aiolos out of the station, up the beautiful staircases, and into the light of Temple Square.

He cracked his neck, loosening up some bones and ligaments.
"Say, is it me, or is it awfully quiet lately?"
"And getting colder" The cold nipped at his cheeks. That didn't happen before when they first entered Frostchild.

The captain took a quick look at the station and found it barren of life and booty. He sighed before starting down a random tunnel, hopefully this would lead somewhere interesting. Picking a random direction, he headed towards Aggie Station.
