Ok, I have never even meet another girl who plays the saxaphone. Are there any other girl saxophones out there? Do you feel just as awkward as I do when you're the only girl in your section and everyone else in your section is strangely perverted?

Whoot! Go female saxophonists! Since I'm the only saxophonist period, IDK how it feels... But it sure is odd being the only girl period in the band.

I'm not the only girl sax player in my band. Theres one other girl who's main instrament is an alto sax, like me. but, two other girls play alto too, but one's main is bassoon and the others is trumpet. There are three other sax players, two tenor and one bari. that's only counting my band, I know a girl in the 6 grade band who plays tenor. so, my school is full of girl rebels, YAY FOR GIRL SAXAPHONISTS!!!!!!

well, I'm the only girl tenor sax, but we have like 5 girl alto saxes. It's all good =)
we have 2 girl trumpets, and 3 girl trombonists, 1 female tuba, and the flute section is all girls, and the clarinet section only has 2 guys. The french horn section only has two guys too.

I used to play sax, but I switched.
As for our band, we have mostly female saxophonists. Out of the 6 saxophonists there are two guys: one's on tenor and the other's on bari.

at the begining of the school year, we had 4 girl saxophone players and 3 guy saxophone players, but one of them switched to tenor sax and another (me) switched to clarinet. so now its uneven.
