Being a Pokemon Idol is not easy!
You have to write songs, practice dancing, and look absolutely perfect everywhere you go!
Yet try piling on raising and training pokemon, as well as preparing for pokemon contests!!
It can be insanely busy!!!
This is my place to write down my plans and what has happened so far during my journey through Zatao.

 Trainer Name: LizDuck (don't ask) Age: 14 Gender: Female Hair: Light brown hair down to her shoulder blades Eyes: Dark brown Other physical traits: Healthy Caucasian skin, dimples on both cheeks, thin build. Clothes: Being an Idol at heart, she loves to dress up, even for plain occasions. Her sense of fashion seems to be a bit on the Lolita side of things. She usually wears Red and White, and tends to have outfits that have hearts on it. Lace and frills are some of her favorite things after hearts. Place of Origin: Kanto Region - Celadon City Profession: Pokemon Idol/Trainer/Coordinator Personality: This girl is about as girly as you can get! Her main love in life is to sing and perform for all of her adoring fans. Being in the lime light is what she likes best, and it is even evident with her pokemon training. She is very outgoing and friendly, and is very grateful to any who consider themselves her "fans." She has a love for ridiculously cute pokemon and tends to train them to be performers as well. However, it doesn't mean she will reject any pokemon based upon looks. Her music tends to be catchy, but very "cutesy!" Sometimes one can wonder about her personal preferences, mainly based upon the nicknames she gives her pokemon. Life before Zatao: Being born and raised in Celadon City, she became quite accustomed to living in a busy city where it never sleeps. When kids were preparing to become trainers, she worked on practicing her skills as a singer and performer. She was naturally talented in music, and worked hard to even get seen by a recording company. She was initially rejected, since her music didn't seem to have that "pizazz" which the company was looking for. When she was 13, her first single, "Sugar Sweet and Petite," came out. It earned her quite a bit of popularity. Around that time, her mother and father decided to spoil their only child by getting her the first pokemon she ever loved, a Jigglypuff. As a performer, her mascot soon enough became Bob the Jigglypuff. A year later, she decided to expand her talents and to work with pokemon. Wanting to get a brand-new start, she left Bob with her parents for the while and went to the Zatao region. When she had just arrived off the ship, she found something had crawled into her bag. Finding it to be a thieving Pachirisu, she shortly captured it and got her first "training" pokemon.

 Name: Foamy (the squirrel) Gender: Male Species: Pachirisu Most Common Attacks: Thunder, Dig, Super Fang, Last Resort Ability: Pick Up Nature: Hasty Likes: Sweet foods Pokedex Entry: It makes fur balls that crackle with static electricity. It stores them with berries in tree holes. Marking: Foamy has one "branded" heart upon the tip of his tail. The marking symbolizes that he belongs to LizDuck, and he is very resentful of the marking. Specialty: Battle-pokemon Personality: Despite being one of LizDuck's pokemon, he is not as into "cutesy" as the rest of the pack. He is a klepto and likes to take things without others knowing. He is very sneaky and conniving, both traits which his trainer is trying to brainwash him out of. He actually tends to act quite annoyed when he is put into situations which require "cute" from him. Even though he's LizDuck's first wild pokemon, he does not have as strong a bond with her as most "first" pokemon have. Story: When LizDuck got off of the ship which brought her from Kanto to the Zatao region, she foolishly put her bag down. Such a bag caught the eye of the Pachirisu-thief. Quickly scurrying to the bag, he began to look around inside to see if anything he wanted was in there. He was about to take a particularly shiny coin when he was grabbed by the tail. LizDuck had caught him red-handed (especially since it wasn't hard to see his tail sticking out of her designer bag). Doing the first thing she could think of, she bonked him on the head with a pokeball and captured him. A most humiliating capture for the Pachirisu-thief.

 Name: Miss Sprinkles Gender: Female Species: Skitty Most Common Attacks: Copycat, Double Edge, Water Pulse, Shadow Ball Ability: Cute Charm Nature: Jolly Likes: Sweet foods Pokedex Entry: It can't stop itself from chasing moving things, and it runs in a circle, chasing its own tail. Marking: Miss Sprinkles has 3 heart shaped brand-markings on her tail. This symbolizes that she is one of LizDuck's pokemon. She was more than cooperative when she received the markings. Specialty: Battle-pokemon Personality: Miss Sprinkles is the curious one in the group. She enjoys playing and trying to figure things out for herself. She does enjoy imitating others, and especially loves imitating LizDuck and her cutesy ways. She is a bit clumsy, but with repeated efforts, she is gaining slightly more coordination in dance. Overall, she is very good-natured and hasn't a mean thought of anyone in her head. Story: While LizDuck was checking out her first stop in the Zatao region, the Pilkiras Plain, she came across a few bushes of berries. She was about to pick some when she spotted an absolutely adorable Skitty sniffing at some on the same bush. The Skitty spotted LizDuck and attempted to scamper off, but instead, it tumbled over its own four paws and landed on the ground. Not quite sure what to do, the trainer asked the Skitty if it was hurt. The pokemon nodded its head and held back the tears. LizDuck went into her designer bag and pulled out a potion to spray on the wound. The Skitty seemed to ease up rather quickly after the random act of kindness. It wasn't long after that the two agreed to work together and LizDuck captured the Skitty for her own team.

 Name: Kryptonite Gender: Male Species: Espeon ( What he looked like as an Eevee) Most Common Attacks: Bite, Return, Psychic, Morning Sun Ability: Synchronize Nature: Modest Likes: Dry foods Pokedex Entry: Its fur has the look and feel of velvet. The orb on its forehead glows when it uses psycho-power. Marking: Kryptonite is a "shiny" variant of the basic pokemon with bright green fur. He has one heart marking between the eyes, which symbolizes that he is one of LizDuck's pokemon. He was very cooperative when getting the marking. He also has one dot at the corner of each eye and some speckle-blotches that start at the base of the tail and fade towards the end of the tail. Specialty: Tag Team Battle-Pokemon (usually with younger brother) Note: Elder of the Eevee twins Personality: Kryptonite is the classy pokemon of the group. He enjoys looking nice and much like a cat takes pride in keeping clean. He is a very sure-footed pokemon and would do wonderful in Pokemon Contests, but he seems to have a preference to battling. Quite determined when he sets his mind to doing something, but can be a bit brash (in comparison to his brother) when doing things. He is quite loyal to LizDuck and her work on becoming a pokemon trainer. Story: LizDuck had decided to take a day off to relax and began to wander the Palkiras Plain. Eventually she wandered into an unbeaten path and into some long grass. There she encountered a silvery-gray tail. Being curious, she followed the tail until there was a clearing. It was evidently an Eevee, but in a color she had never seen before. The Eevee seemed to want to battle, so she battled Foamy against it. She was quite new at this thing of battling, so she made a few mistakes, but in the end, it was Foamy's Dig-and-Thunder combo that ultimately won the battle (though Foamy got a nice Bite-chomp in the tail). The Eevee was caught and soon enough rushed to the Pokemon Center. The Eevee had seemed like it was looking for something, but what, we don't quite know yet.

 Name: Midnight Gender: Male Species: Umbreon ( What he looked like as an Eevee) Most Common Attacks: Faint Attack, Return, Toxic, Moonlight Ability: Synchronize Nature: Careful Likes: Bitter foods Pokedex Entry: The light of the moon changed EEVEE's genetic structure. It lurks in darkness for prey. Marking: Midnight is a "shiny" variant of the basic pokemon with black fur with blue markings. He has one heart marking on his left shoulder, which symbolizes that he is one of LizDuck's pokemon. He was relatively cooperative when getting the marking. Surrounding that heart is now a crescent moon marking (which was not visible when he was an Eevee). He also has one dot at the corner of each eye and some speckle-blotches that start at the base of the tail and fade towards the end of the tail. Specialty: Tag Team Battle-Pokemon (usually with elder brother) Note: Younger of the Eevee twins Personality: Midnight is the other classy pokemon of the group. He enjoys looking nice and much like a cat takes pride in keeping clean. He is also a very sure-footed pokemon and would do wonderful in Pokemon Contests, but he like his brother, he seems to have a preference to battling. Quite determined when he sets his mind to doing something, but usually is more careful when doing something. He is quite loyal to LizDuck and her work on becoming a pokemon trainer. Story: After LizDuck had captured Kryptonite, she was soon enough being tailed by the Eevee's younger brother. It followed her to the city and waited outside all night, then followed the trainer after she left. LizDuck seemed to know someone or something was following her, so she kept turning around during her journey to Rinaul Mountains, but the Eevee would keep hiding out of sight. After a while of being on a ledge-trail at the Rinaul Mountains, LizDuck looked over the edge of the cliff, and being curious, the Eevee did the same. However, he lost his footing and was left somewhat dangling over the edge. Letting out a cry, he was rescued by a confused LizDuck. Soon enough she tried to put him into a pokeball that belonged to his brother, and it was revealed that the two Eevees were twins. Not wanting to be separated from his older brother, the younger of the Eevees proceeded to let itself be captured so he could join his brother on the journeys he would have with his new trainer.

 Name: Bob Gender: Female (Yes, a girl named Bob xp ) Species: Jigglypuff Most Common Attacks: Sing, Wake-up Slap, Psychic, Rest (solely for battle, her Contest move-set is quite different) Ability: Cute Charm Nature: Jolly Likes: Sweet foods Pokedex Entry: When it wavers its big, round eyes, it begins singing a lullaby that makes everyone drowsy. Marking: Slightly rosy cheeks at all times, and has one heart marking on her rump, which symbolizes that she is one of LizDuck's Pokemon. The heart marking is slightly more towards the right side of Bob's body (and is not visible in the official image xd ) Specialty: Contest-Pokemon Personality: Bob is a good-natured Pokemon who generally seems like a sweetheart. She has been with LizDuck the longest of the group of Pokemon and usually lets it be known. She is rather spoiled and due to such, can occasionally seem like a spoiled brat. If upset (which rarely happens), she is prone to inflating and finding herself a good secluded place to go sulk. Much like her trainer, she likes to sing and perform, which is the reason why her trainer decided to make her into her Contest Pokemon. Story: Once upon a time, LizDuck was living in the Kanto region. She worked very hard to get into the singing career, and once she did, her parents gave her the present of a Jigglypuff. Since Jigglypuff was LizDuck's favorite pokemon of all time, she immediately used Bob as her mascot. When LizDuck left for Zatao, she initially left Bob behind with her parents. However, when she finally discovered Pokemon Contests, she quickly contacted her parents and requested that they send Bob right away. Now the two are inseparable, with Bob being out of her pokeball at all times due to her special bond with her trainer.

 Name: Myst Gender: Male Species: Altaria Most Common Attacks: Fly, Roost, Dragonbreath, Ominous Wind Ability: Natural Cure Nature: Careful Likes: Bitter foods Pokedex Entry: It looks like a fluffy cloud when it is in flight. It hums with its soprano voice. Marking: Myst has two heart markings on his face at the cheeks, which symbolizes that he is one of LizDuck's pokemon. He naturally had the heart markings. He also has a white streak over each of his pink eyes. His tail feathers also have V-shaped white sections towards the end of the feather. Specialty: Battle-Pokemon Personality: Despite being one of LizDuck's largest Pokemon, he is also one of her more timid and careful ones. Even though Myst is a dragon-type, he is still very much like a bird at heart. Sudden movements make him wary, even after much work with LizDuck. His usual reaction to near anything that seems even remotely threatening is to fly up into the air where whatever-it-is cannot get him. He does enjoy singing, but it can be difficult to get him comfortable enough to do such for pleasure. Story: Myst, due to having wings, was a Pokemon that was always on the move. It wasn't because he liked to travel, but more along the lines that he always got scared out of an area. One day, he landed in the Pilkiras Plain and was foraging for some food. In the middle of his searching, he came across LizDuck and her Jigglypuff. The trainer immediately set her Pokemon after him, which scared the Altaria into the air. However, unknown to both the Altaria and trainer, Frost Rain the Articuno blew an Icy Wind attack at the fleeing Pokemon, which not only disabled it from flying, but knocked it into the path of the attacking Jigglypuff. The Altaria was promptly caught afterwards.

 Name: Frost Rain Gender: Male Species: Articuno Most Common Attacks: Mind Reader + Sheer Cold Ability: Pressure Nature: Calm Likes: Bitter foods Pokedex Entry: A legendary bird Pokemon. It can create blizzards by freezing moisture in the air Marking: Face is a paler color than usual Articuno, with a streak of a darker blue along the edges. Rest of the body is like a default Articuno. NOTE: this Pokemon is a wild Pokemon and does not have the heart-shaped marking which LizDuck puts on her Pokemon. Specialty: This Pokemon is not a domestic Pokemon. It is a self proclaimed body-guard at best. Personality: Though this Pokemon is a relatively young Articuno, it holds much respect for the ancient practices of its kind. It is very difficult to ruffle the feathers on this bird, which is perhaps the reason why it is unquestioningly accepting the fact it is now considered mates with a human. He is a very devoted bird, and if he perceives something he cherishes is in danger, he will protect it with all his might. He also is rather wise, and though he knows he needs to remain close to his "mate," he realizes he would cause unnecessary attention, so he usually remains at enough of a distance where he can't technically be associated with the trainer's doings. Story: Much like many of its kind, Frost Rain's earliest memories were of two other legendary bird Pokemon, Zapdos and Moltres. He spent his time with them, but eventually the three had to part ways. Immediately after his departure from the other two Pokemon, his instincts told him to begin his search for a mate. As he knew had been done since long ago, his kind searched for mates by singing a unique love song. If a female responded to the song by repeating it perfectly, he was bound to the female as mates. He sang his song, but for many years, it went unanswered. One fateful winter day as he was floating upon a snow cloud in Zatao, he finally heard an answer to his song. He was content until he found out that it was a human trainer, LizDuck, who had replied. However, being the devoted Articuno he was, he decided to remain loyal to his traditions, no matter how absurd the result was. So, despite being accidentally in love, Frost Rain will remain loyal to his new found "mate."

Moments to Remember February 11, 2008 - Arrived in Zatao by ship. Also captured first pokemon in the Zatao region: A Pachirisu (Foamy).
February 12, 2008 - After a bit of exploring in Katarina Town and in Pilkiras Plain, found a Skitty (Miss Sprinkles) and invited her to join the team.
July 30, 2008 - While exploring the Pilkiras Plain further, found an oddly colored Eevee (Kryptonite). Fought and captured the pokemon using Foamy.
July 31, 2008 - Further exploration in the Rinaul Mountains revealed the identical twin to the Eevee she captured the previous day was following her(Midnight). It decided to join the team so it could be with his brother.
August 1, 2008 - Started a journey with many other trainers to a mine for digging fossils. Who knows what is in store?
August 7, 2008 - End of the long journey, which ended with her having to fight some fierce pokemon and an encounter with Mew!
September 6, 2008 - After learning what a Pokemon Contest is all about, she decided that Bob, her Jigglypuff back in Kanto, should be able to join her journey in Zatao.
December 18, 2008 - Encountered an Articuno during the Winter races, and it would seem that things won't be quite the same again.
February 12, 2009 - Finished a new song inspired by the Articuno encounter, trained with Bob, AND captured an Altaria.Travel LogWhere the Idol has traveled Katarina Town - More than a year after the discovery of Zatao, the pioneers found an ideal place for a bustling city. Located in the southeast in a large, fertile plain is Katarina. Already large, it features apartment buildings, a Pokemon Center, Hotels, Police Station, Pokemart and a large harbor. Trainers and the like arrive everyday in groups, as sea traffic increases.
Pilkiras Plain - The large grassland Katarina was built on. Usually tame Pokemon live on this soft, verdant field. There are little trees, but plenty of berry bushes that attact Pokemon such as Mareep, Skitty, Pichu and the ever rare Eevee.
Rinaul Mountains - A large chain of mountains north of Katarina and extending all the way to the Zatao grasslands. Pidgey have been seen, making their nests in the lower rocky peaks, while little Shinx frolic at the mountain base. Packs of Houndoom have been spotted also, constantly competing for rule over the mountain domain.
Motterossa - After a brave group of trainers set out on a caravan to Inhinx, their report of the newly explored lands to the north of Katarina, brought to attention a place perfect for the birth of a new city. Located in Seatence valley, at the foot of the central Rinaul mountains, Motterossa is already being populated by people who want something more peaceful than the energetic Katarina. Small, simple abodes, chilly mountain winds, and rich scenery, await here for those looking to make a discreet living.
Howling Forest - A tightly knit gathering of trees, oddly placed in the middle of Seatence. The trees are so close to eachother, that the forest is unusually dark. Smalls groups of Growlithe live in this secluded space; their howling giving this woodland it's name.

Familiar Faces
Who's that pokemon?...Errr... trainer? Luna - While trying to find the Battle Stadium, LizDuck found this trainer's Raichu. Eventually the two met up with each other, and as a thank you, this trainer showed LizDuck how to get to the Battle Stadium.

PokedexGotta catch'em all! #016 ~ Pidgey - The Tiny Bird Pokemon: It is docile and prefers to avoid conflict. If disturbed, however, it can ferociously strike back.
#017 ~ Pidgeotto - The Bird Pokemon: It flies over its wide territory in search of prey, downing it with its highly developed claws.
#018 ~ Pidgeot - The Bird Pokemon: By flapping it wings with all its might, PIDGEOT can make a gust of wind capable of bending tall trees.
#025 ~ Pikachu - The Mouse Pokemon: If it looses crackling power from the electric pouches on its cheeks, it is being wary.
#026 ~ Raichu - The Mouse Pokemon: It turns aggressive if it has too much electricity in its body. It discharges power through its tail.
#037 ~ Vulpix - The Fox Pokemon: It controls balls of fire. As it grows, its six tails split from their tips to make more tails.

#228 ~ Houndour - The Dark Pokemon: It conveys its feelings using different cries. It works in a pack to cleverly take down prey.
#229 ~ Houndoom - The Dark Pokemon: Long ago, people imagined its eerie howls to be the call of the grim reaper.
#245 ~ Suicune - The Aurora Pokemon: It races around the world to purify fouled water. It dashes away with the north wind.
