Here is where you can sign up to be a Villian. Please put your username, your villian name (not required), your gadgets/equipment, and your powers (if any). I only ask for a few things. This is a subforum meant for creativity so Go NUTS!!
1) Don't just say you can fly and have super strength. Try saying that you can create giant pancakes out of thin air.
2) Lets not have the same repetitive power over and over. If you see that lazer vision is on here more than 15 times then please pick something else. 15 is the max number of people that can have the same power.
3) You can have more than one power but the max is 5.
4) Teamwork is encouraged and WILLING sidekicks are accepted. Teams are prompted to post who they are working with via pm or a post in this thread.
5) Follow the Gaia TOS.

I can create giant pancakes out of thin air
Laser vision
The ability to have an additional power
Technokenesis (the ability to control computers with my mind)
The ability to read from really, really, really far away
I can give people OCD
(yes that's 6 powers, but look at my 3rd power)
Gadgets:
Thermoptic camo (invisible to to visible and IR sensors)
The SUPERLASER (A blaster,phaser,laser and plasma cannon put together)
Every D&D 3.5 rulebook published
A Bag of Holding (to put the rulebooks in)

Can conjure and control random items, people, and animals. (flying penguins fun!)

Power:
-Can shapeshift into a fridge and spew out delicious and healthy food (see Kirby: Crystal Shards)
-Can freeze people for various amounts of time D:
-Can sharpen pencils with my mind!!
-Can copy+past things from one disk to another with my hands D:
-Can make cellphones stop working (on the bus usually)
Equpiment:
-Ultra super mega ClicheName 2000 portable computer with games, info and many conveniences to drive plots forward.
-A tide to go stick.
A little background story: One day Kumajii decided "hey, I should go to the hero's convention, seeing as I have freakish powers". So he went off to the hero's convention. But oh nos, he realized he had stumbled into the Villain's convention!
As he was about to leave, a charming 20 year old man approached Kumajii and convinced him that signing with the Villain's Union had more benefits (join the dark side, we have cookies, you get the idea). He also managed to sell some Time Shares to Kumajii >.>
So there you have it and now Kumajii just sorta does lame mean and unnecessary things sometimes..

Gadgets: I have a lair in space. Don't try to find it. You won't succeed. In said lair I have a cannon, which I am not going to tell you what it does or what it's name is. -.- And all my awesomly coolness weapons and stuff....Including my spoon of doom!! Don't ask me what it does, it's a spoon, stupid. You kill people with it.
Powers: I can levitate and I can read minds. Shoot, not to mention my awesomly coolness way of hearing. I can eavsdrop on you...outside your house! Dun dun dun!!

Power: 1. Can create Sausages that float and do my bidding for my me.
2. Can jump super high and float Yet for some reason cannot fly in any direction if i do i fall on my face.
3. Can eat an entire tub of ice-cream in 10 seconds flat 0_0.
4. Can turn into a smal aviary creature of anykind nothing bigger then 16 pounds bird BWahahahahahahahaha.
5. Can throw you across the room with one flick yet cant pick up anything heavier then a normal person could.
Gadgets:
1. Bag of devouring
2.Power-suit that lets me move freely under water and survive extreme temperatures.
3. Arm cannon that attaches to suit that alowws me to fire large beams of plasma at targets
4. Energy missiles that can be loaded into arm-cannon and fired missiles come with homing devices.
5. a stick.
