- Asrafel was the first Shattered Shauna met...he was the one who gave Shauna to Eight in the first place, so it only makes sense that he was there when she first woke up. She sometimes gets the feeling he knows something about her he won't tell, since she has no memory of before meeting Eight. Wouldn't you find it odd if everyone else you know knew where they came from but you have no idea where you came from?
- Shauna met Elle at the birthday celebration for Alania before the birthday girl...er...cabbit...woman had even arrived, spending the first few minutes of seeing her just trying to make herself get 'big round thingies' on her chest just like the older girl. Shauna has established that Elle is her sister, and said her first words because of her, she also assisted Eight in teaching Shauna to walk. She and Asra are two of Shauna's best friends.
- 'Stala is sort of like...Shauna's cousin, in a sense. She is the daughter of Eight's oldest childhood friend, Ioyla, so she probably sees Ilistala more than any other Shattered she knows. The two first met on Alania's birthday, and met again when Eight took Shauna to Aekea to visit Ioyla and Ilistala.
- Eight regrets letting this boy near Shauna! They were around each other for probably...two minutes and the boy was already a horrible influence on her! Shauna loves his wings, and thinks it's cool how he can change the color of the grass and swallow rocks without choking.
- Calument proved that Shauna's pawmark wasn't paint...and that she wasn't candy. Her favorite thing about this boy is how colorful his eyes are, and that he knows how to pet her ears correctly; she doesn't know much else about Cal yet, and unfortunately he almost tried to pull her tail while thinking it was an alien. But they did meet a second time in the movie store! Except they were both preteens...you know...when the hormones start kicking in? Yeah. Isn't he a cutie?
- On Shauna's first trip to an ice cream parlor she met this interesting little boy. He wore a mask for some reason, she didn't think about it too much, and he was able to copy her! He was like a mirror, the boy even stole Shauna's voice, she noticed almost immediately that his mask was like the Phantom of the Opera's mask.
- Eight finally let Shauna go shopping on her own, so that was how she met Lonan...by accidentally running right into the boy. What a wonderful first impression! She helped him pick out things for his bed, and in doing so found out he was blind. Not like that changes anything, Shauna still thinks he's a nice guy, albeit a quiet one.
- It's Mr. Snake! Shauna met this boy at the mall and thought he was the coolest looking person she had ever seen right away! The pair spent a couple minutes picking out a shirt for Shauna and then exploring the store a little, but only until Ophi's sister Chey came up to them, then the three of them started shopping together instead.
- Shauna met this firey little girl at the zoo! Her tail is really cool, and her family's nice. Such a sweet child.
- This little one Shauna finds adorable in her own way. Despite her sharp teeth and wings she's still a rather sweet girl! Along with the girl's guardian they were going to hang around the Benedict Center and snack on the stuff in her basket, but since it was closed they decided to go to the beach instead! They even built a sandcastle together.
- Shauna first met Gilles at the Halloween party at the bar and bookshop his mother owns. She didn't get to know him very well, however, since chaos ensued shortly after meeting.
- This boy is SO cool! ...Is he really a boy? Shauna couldn't tell but he seemed like a boy. Anyways. Suzu has four arms! And he tells stories and is all around a very calm, cool and collected kind of kid. Shauna doesn't have very many calm friends like that.

"...Moira...why don't you have any umbrellas?" Eight sighed, finally able to leave the store with the clothes she'd bought ages ago before it started raining. There was no way Eight would ever walk around in the rain with new clothes she had never had the chance to even wear! The two girls had spent the entire time just chatting about anything that came to mind until the rain finally moved on and Eight could roam free.

She wasn't anyway near growing tired of shopping just yet after that long rest, but there weren't very many shops in Durem that interested her except Moira's shop and that old man Edmund's store, but what better time than the present to check out new places? So that was exactly what she was doing! Walking around Durem with an armload of bags from Durem Depot in search of another place to shop!

Let's see...too fancy, not nice enough, men's clothes...she'd have to check that out later for Alex. There was an interesting shop here filled with 'demonic items' that were probably all fakes, but at least it looked interesting to a normal person. But we all know Eight was anything but a normal person. How disappointing, everything here was so...unsurprising; was there anything around here that was spontaneous? Random? Surprising? Exciting? Unexpected?

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~~~"

Now that was unexpected...there weren't very many children in Durem, so when Eight suddenly heard a baby crying out it caused her to drop all her bags in surprise right in front of Asra and the crying Shauna. "Huh...?" She looked around and spotted the pair, not even bothering to stare at how...peculiar they both looked. Eight had seen plenty of strange things, but this was just a little boy! He couldn't take care of that baby all on his own! Why in the world would a boy like that be standing around in Durem with a small child? Come to think of it...she was Ilistala's size.

The girl frowned and picked up her bags, walking up to Asra and Shauna with a soft sigh. Poor girl was probably upset about losing a parent or something. "Need some help?" Well duh, Eight. It was painfully obvious! Before she said anything else the halfling reached into a bag and produced a red shirt, offering it to the boy as she sat down on the bench near them.

"I'm not sure if you...normally...walk around naked with only ribbons to cover you...but think you could put this on? Just for a little while? I hope you understand." Hell, it would probably be better for the kid to put a shirt on anyway. You could catch a cold walking around naked! Even though this was summer...shut up. It was kind of uncomfortable to be standing around with an almost completely naked boy in the middle of Durem, and with a crying toddler to boot! People these days were crazy enough to think the worst things of all three of them, and that was the last thing any of them needed or wanted.

"Any idea why she's crying?" Well, it'd be nice to know at least some hint as to what she could do to help...if the boy accepted her help, that is.
