Well I did some blood work a week or so back and they mailed out my results super fast. My cholesterol and blood sugar were high for the first time. I'm pretty scared about the blood sugar cause just about eveyone in the family has diabetes. I have an appointment on the 16th to properly go over the results. I'll let you guys know what's up.

Try not to stress yourself out over it.
High Cholesterol can be fought with a good diet. And if it's the first time that you've had a high level of Sugar, they'll most likely advise a strict diet with a follow up appointment in three months to tract your progress.

Thanks guys heart I'm trying not to stress, it's just difficult, especially since my TRC lady told me that it could be potentially big, and that she'd 'hate to see me set back so far'. I took it to mean that if I AM diagnosed with diabetes, they'll drop me like a hot rock xp

Hope everything goes alright for you o.o
Like someone else said, a good diet will take care of the cholesterol (and possibly blood sugar)

Well Mom's discovered "Garlique". SO! That should take care of cholesterol, but I'll walk around smelling like garlic all the time crying lol

Hi Mimisi. Diabetes? That sucks sad I hope things go alright. Some months ago I did some blood tests too, and aside from some high sugar, things were fine for me.
Btw, people has been walking half naked in their profiles? Lol! I'm not up-to-date xd

I saw a ad for a new yogurt drink (with Omega in it) that is suppose to cut cholesterol by quite abit o.o (thought i should mention it...) I think it was by activia.. pretty sure.. oh well, just look around for a yogurt drink with omega in it if you do look for it.
(O.o oh yeah fish oil pills, since they are pack full of Omega; will help with that stuff too... Speaking of that, I should go take one.)
