►≪Re-written past writing the future≫◄►044 - Adult◄ Kinesthetic Muse ≪PRP for Asu, Kinesthetic, & Yookami≫ XXXXMoira sighed softly as she checked her phone once more as she headed outside of the small house that she and Vic had purchased after their wedding, making sure that she got the time and date right that she had put into the small device after receiving a letter from Avon, the Elder Demon who looked after the meta's who shared his traits. Even though she had shunned the entire side of her family, sans her brother Silas, that had been the head 'Doctors' of the Academy, the half-angel was still decently kept up-to-date about things that did concern the Academy and the well being of those inside the walls of the old place. Then again, Moira had some prior contact with the Meta that she was contacted about to begin with, so it wouldn't be too off course for the Elders to ask for her help with something concerning the boy.
While walking, her mind wandered to the events that had transpired within the past couple of months, most, if not all, of them being smoothed over by the Elders. Even with the issues being sorted out, there were always small whispers as to what had happened to those who had caused the events and with the letter she was sent, Moira was fairly certain she knew what had happened, but she kept mum about it - even to her husband. Making the short walk to the main building of the large grounds, the pink-haired woman made he way to the desk and showed the woman at the counter the letter she was sent, figuring that would get her to see Avon faster than trying to tell her that she was told to meet up with an Elder about something that wasn't a test of some sort or that she herself was in trouble.x I n s a n i c x Asu x Avon had been waiting for Moira for a decent amount of time. He paced back and forth in his office, occasionally glancing over at the pale little boy in his chair. Tobias was still as blank as ever, not really watching anything... although the third eye that had appeared on his forehead after the injection occasionally glanced around the room. Avon found it a little disturbing, but tried to pay it no mind. He knew those vials were going to mess up, the Doctors and scientists they employed were never that reliable.
He glanced at the wall on the clock, and then to Tobias once more. This time the eye was focused on him. "I'll be back momentarily Tobias, your new mother should be here right about now," Avon kept his tone quiet, calm. Tobias didn't respond at all.
He sighed, and then turned to leave. He trotted down the stairs to the front office, just in time to see Moira hand her letter to the secretary. "No need, she's here for me. Come this way please, Moira?" He waved a beckoning hand, and then started back up the stairs again.

►Secrets of Literature◄►045 - Adult◄ Kinesthetic Muse Moira was leaning back in a chair in the library that the Academy had, her long pink hair was done up in a messy bun as she poured over the book in front of her with stack to the right of her. As much as she tried, she was having a hard time concentrating on trying to decipher what some of the books were talking about, more so those that talked about the war before the Academy was founded.
Sighing, she pushed the book away, finding nothing about the information that she was looking for in it. "Who knew trying to find out how this works could be so hard?" Moira asked in a breathy whisper, pushing her bangs out of her eyes and looking to her husband, wondering if he had any luck. Yookami-kun
At first Vic really did try reading the books, he gave it his best but to him they were all just so boring. He was never really the research type except when it came to something else but this wasn't one of those things. For some time he pretended to ready but even that got boring. Then he tried to listen to his mp3 but that soon ran out of batteries. Finally he just began to use the books as if they were building blocks which actually entertained him until they came crashing down when Moira spooked him. Clearing his throat, he tried pretending as if he had been fooling around the whole time. "Exactly. Can't we just as one of those old farts to help?" He sighed and leaned on his hand as he looked to Moira. "Would save us all the time trying to find out and reading this crappy books." Gently he pushed the book in front of him away, hoping to not do anymore ready or well pretending to read.
Hawktopus Phyllida watches the two adults with mild curiosity. So they did come. Earlier while she was browsing the books, she had one of her...moments where she caught a glimpse of a previous or future instance. Of course, she was dazed for half an hour afterwards, but all was well now. Apparently this time it was a future event she had seen.
Phyl scratches her head, glancing at the books they were reading and wondering what said literature contained. Would it be awkward to ask them? Probably. Does that stop her?
...yeah, usually it does. She isn't all that social anyway. But, much to her chagrin, Cupid is. And Cupid deemed it absolutely vital to fly over to the male, and make a nest on his head! Wonderful plan Cupid! A+, would repeat again, Phyl tenses slightly "Aack, Tick you feather brain! That is not inCOGnito Tock!" Cupid politely wriggles his tail feathers in response, and Phyl's face meets her hand. Birds.

►046 - Adult◄ This is bad, very bad. Something is going on and the authorities outside of the Academy don't know what's going on...maybe I should see if my third eye power will allow me to help with some insight with what's going on outside of the grounds, but I will need to contact the Elders to see if they wish for me to do anything about this. While it may seem to only concern the 'outside world' as many may call it, the world is our world, even if we're seen as outcasts and we need to help.
We have to help, somehow. For now, I'll be keeping an eye on Tobias as well as the other kids at the Academy who don't seem to have families. Maybe Giovanni will know more about this, death and dying is his field of specialty anyways. I'll see if the Elders would like to contact him about that...
They say dead men tell no tales, but when you have someone who can speak with them.. who knows?

►Gift Giving◄►047 - Adult◄ x I n s a n i c x Asu x Tobias had been trying to hide the problems he had been having lately, but it was inevitable that someone else would notice. He had become more withdrawn than when he'd first come to live with Moira and Vic. He didn't want to leave his room very often, he especially didn't want to go outside, and when he DID go out he was unusually anxious and upset.
Today was no different. Tobias had opted to stay in his room and play with his figurines, making up elaborate worlds and executing complicated war scenarios or diplomatic scenes. He mostly got the ideas from the books that he had. Kinesthetic Muse Moira had taken notice quite quickly of her sons 'predicament' and had done some research on what she could do about it without smothering him or just ignoring it. After a couple days of searching, she had come to the conclusion that a more 'natural' route for something like this might help. Sure, she didn't know exactly what was going on with Tobias, but with things starting to become more active, she couldn't be too careful. Gently knocking on the door to Tobias' room, she held a bag full of simple and simply wrapped gifts to her side.
