This isn't an ordinary public roleplay place. This is a place to test your gijinkas with others. It's a little awkward to simply PM a person sometimes and maybe you're not sure how you'll interact with another person's character, thus SPEED DATING was born! Don't be shy about posting here at all. It's welcome to everyone. Below are the how-to and rules of this. Any other questions may be asked to me should there be something I need to add or edit on this forum.
✘ How it Works ✘
[ 1 ] No posting format necessary. Just include the following: gijinka name, pokemon, & a link to their profile (optional)
[ 2 ] Make a comment your character would and also comment on the character that spoke before you.
[ 3 ] Use separate posts for each of your gijinkas.
[ 4 ] Be very in character and say things your character does as well. Try to really bring them out so people can sample who they are.
[ 5 ] You can talk directly to the person above you OR simply comment on what they say. Please use italics for thoughts and quotations for speech. Your gijinka can only hear what a person says. Thoughts can be personal comments that reveal more about your character.
[ 6 ] See below for a demonstration.
✘ Rules ✘
[ 1 ] Literacy is a must. Remember this is how you roleplay.
[ 2 ] Use (( )) or [OOC: ] to indicate that you are speaking out of term.
[ 3 ] Want to do a private roleplay with someone here? Address them through OOC. Pay attention should you be asked to roleplay. (This avoids messy PMs.)
[ 4 ] Follow guild rules and Gaia ToS.
[ 5 ] I can add rules you request and can change this in accordance with our Guild Master and crew.

Shin Says: Hanging upside down from a ledge, munching on the swiped Takoyaki. "I wish more people would come, I'm bored." he says, putting on a feigned pout.

Ayumi says :: "Whoa! How many people do you meet who can hang upside down?"

Shin Says: "Hmm~ Not sure, I've never any others." he replies, glancing up, or should one say down, as he thought it over briefly, finishing up his Takoyaki.

Menos Says: Looking slightly bored she drummed her fingers on the table in front of her. Hearing the small murmur about food she spoke up, "Could I try some of the takoyaki?" I've never had it before I wonder what it tastes like.

Hiroyuki replies :: Tilting his head slighting with a stupid grin, Hiroyuki offers a ball of the meat to her. "Yeah! It's kinda spicy, but I love it!"
Hiroyuki says :: "I once got a stomach ache at my friend's barbecue a while back. I ate four corn on the cobs, half a watermelon, two plates of Sushi, five cans of soda, two cheeseburgers, a hot dog, some drumsticks, and a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Still, I can't imagine why I got so sick."

Miyabi replies :: "Takoyaki's a bit spicy, my lips get all poofy afterwards, but it tastes nice. = u = Oh, you got sick after that? Maybe too much soda? I can eat 3 slices of cake, 5 cream puffs, a bag of chips, 2 pancakes with ice cream, a dinner of steak tips with mashed potatoes and corn and a soup, and a smoothie, but I usually drink only iced tea or tea, skip on breakfast, and you're bigger."
Miyabi says :: "Speaking of food, I'm hungry again...but I don't have that much money after buying those, er, luxuries. Should I skimp again or try a new cafe...((her way of saving money. New cafe = somehow cheaper than what she normally gets))"
