Guess what? Due to popular demand the roleplay spotlight is back. Keep your eyes peeled for a new spotlight here nearly every Sunday whenever we get around to it...
RP spotlight, January 27th
Do you know Mudbeak? She went to pick Sunflowers but got toasted by Helios glare instead. If you don't count morbid fledgling tales all seems to be well in the Minder's Enclave, but is it safe?
The horrific deeds of Basil and Bushfire are on every beak after their public punishment, but it looks as if Bushfire is finally trying to accept and move on instead of dwelling on the past.
RP Brigadier spotlight, September 13th
Do you remember the longest night and the awesome story the Brigadier told everyone? Even if you weren’t around back then it certainly is a good read.
The graduation early last spring was unusually big, and pretty much everyone was there. Will there be other great graduations like that now that even more Sentinels are hatching?
Two of the few who really know what happened way back during the Great War were having an interesting conversation after the storm. Will the great platform be rebuilt after all? Will ancient knowledge be rediscovered?
I bet you only thought your Minder tried to scare you with his: “Now behave, The Brigadier could be watching you...”
Roleplay spotlight, August 4th
It doesn't get much worse than to be a genetic aberrant, shunned or feared by almost everyone. Well, unless you're hatched from a spectre egg... That would be really bad. But never mind those flat faced freaks, tonight we will get some insights in Odd Winter's past. Time for a flashback!
A crash! Will the thief take the chance to act in the tumult?
And it looks like Sly will finally get the chance to be a father parent err... Sir?
Sunday spotlight, July 20th.
Ah, fledglings! Always up for some mischief. It might be hard to imagine, but every adult was a fledgling once, even Sly. However, Sly's idea of 'harmless fledgling mischief' seems not to have been very harmless at all.
I suppose Ashton and Snowpeak have learned that it's no fun to race a fledgling twice their size... And Osprey is not the most gracious of winners either. Luckily they will forget their achy wings quickly and embark on new adventures.
A Lani and a fledgling? That has to be bad news, but Snowpeak seems to be completely star struck by the dangerous companion.
Phew, what is that smell? A very excitable Pica flies to investigate.
Roleplay Spotlight, July 7th
Anyone willing to bet on when Cliff is going to get the picture and realise that his friend is in a mixed type relationship?
The intrigue thickens... Who killed the Skurri? And more importantly, who will be blamed for it? I have a feeling I know who is to blame if this encounter should turn ballistic... Poor Cliffside, looks like the entire forest is out to get him.
Roleplay spotlight, June 22nd
Liana and Highfog met near the central distibution platform and it looks like they got along really well. Let's hope this is the start of a beautiful friendship!
Meanwhile, a flirty game of chase takes Meadowsweet to familiar grounds. Her old Minder's enclave...
The eggs from the recent mating season have hatched and there's plenty of work for minders everywhere. Luckily Amberglow have found two free ones so her sons should be in good talons.
Roleplay spotlight, June 16th
Wait, what? Are those two flirting? But they're oooold... Ew!
I don't know... Some Sentinels should perhaps be let down gently rather than be encouraged to make more noise.
Amberglow is probably the only Sentinel you can smell coming, but she still manages to catch Catchfly of guard.
Yes all right, I won't keep you from roleplaying any longer. The micro plots just went live. Go on, check them out!
Roleplay spotlight, June 3rd
The official mating season is over, and it would seem as though some certain single males are singling each other out. Others are being set up by well-meaning busy-bodies. Wonder which setup will prove to be the most successful...
Such is life, and it goes on, even in the face of staggering loss. Oh Medic, cure my heart?
Roleplay spotlight, May 19th
By Noctus! Who would stoop so low as to steal from the Matron's distribution platform? Good thing we have the elites, to make sure that all that food-gathering effort isn't wasted on those that are just being lazy. That food is meant for those that don't have time to hunt for themselves, like the minders, for example.
Speaking of which, Liam has an unexpected visitor. This promises to be an interesting meeting...
And speaking of interesting - what do you get when you put a fledgling on the forest floor in the company of Noctua's self-appointed, self-narrating dark knight? ... I have no idea, but let's find out!
And in the world before the storm: Some brightly painted feathers got really badly ruffled at the Crownleaf theater, but it seems as though an honest gesture managed to smooth them back down again.
Roleplay spotlight, May 11th
Lots of sugar ahead! After finishing up in the theatre, Jester is happy to find his Twilla unharmed by the storm.
And while we are talking about the joys of mating, I'd be very nervous if I was on Magnolias perch. Those two are up to something and it can't be good...
You might have noticed Brightling and Fjord talking about a festival for the fledglings. Well, it's time to sign up your fledglings or bards if you want them to join The Fledgling Festival.
Roleplay Spotlight, May 4th
The aftermath of the horrible storm is still going on. Some are finding themselves having to come to terms with unexpected and tragic losses, and others are finding themselves working without a team.
However, fledglings will still be fledglings, happily taking advantage of the temporary confusion. Let's just hope they don't get themselves into any trouble, now.
Roleplay Spotlight, April 27th
Life after the storm that recently shook Noctua is slowly returning to normal. Classes have started again, and there is once again time for things such as casual visits.
Remember the lost little fledgling, Nica? Well, there's no need to worry any longer, she is in good company.
Oh, also, before the storm, it seems like two rather ...special sentinels happened to meet each other...
And while we're talking about the past: The Crownleaf Theater has finally been un-stalled! ... Or has it? Only time will tell!
Roleplay Spotlight, April 20th
Sometime before the storm Tousled found herself in the company of two bards. Must have been her lucky day!
In another part of the woods the sibling rivalry was thriving.
But back to the storm, and the aftermath.
Much was lost in this storm, much more than we can imagine. Those who saw the platform be built are the ones who feel the loss the most.
Clover was hurt in the storm and is visited by new and old friends while she recovers. Sly and Chase are not overjoyed to meet each other again.
Rescue, repair, rebuild! Everyone is helping.
