Nectaris, Knight of the MoonThe room was filling up quick, but a few familiar faces caught Nectaris's attention in the sea of everyone else. "Emain Ablach!" she called out, dodging a few people so that she could skip over to him. Yeah, there were other people around who she knew, here and there, but he got bonus interesting points because he was here back together with his husbands, finally. It was cute, but this was also a chance to see if they were actually doing okay all together. She had a friend to look out for! "Imhotep! Promethei. Hi! Welcome to the Moon!" She was a Knight here, so she had to be a good hostess, right? "Unfortunately this isn't my cool butterfly garden with bonus science stuff, since you know, our magic is being weird, but it's still cool here! It's still the Moon! This is the part where the Code lives!" She loved the Code. It had saved her life, so obviously whatever it was about to ask her to do, she was gonna do. For now, though, some of the other knights seemed to be filling it in on what was going on, so her attention stayed mostly on the guys. Her eyes shifted to the fourth guy that was standing next to them, and his very pink suit, and then that moon on his very pink suit. Any nerves that Nectaris might have had from the whole situation were gone just like that. She grinned. "Wait, you guys never told me you had a cool Moon friend." She shook her head at them, since this was clearly very important information. "Hi, cool Moon friend! I'm Nectaris! What's your name?"

Ngome was lost in her thoughts that she didn’t hear the Knight beside her at first. She turned toward him and concentrated on his clothing to decipher which knight he was. "Yes, I am still fairly new to all of this," Ngome admitted, her voice soft but determined. "I haven't faced many trials yet, but I feel the weight of our current situation. It's a lot to take in."

Hierapolis, Page of Cybele As more and more people filed in, Hierapolis could feel himself growing more and more nervous. He worked on keeping his breathing steady; the over seven foot tall man stood rigid and still like any of the room's pillars, frozen in place. While he was unfamiliar with the others, prior knowledge of planetary symbols helped him guess where some of the knights served. There were a few that he was unfamiliar with, but he was sure he would quickly learn. Focusing on each variety of knight and their similarities in themes and colors unique to each of their planets helped him to not think too much about himself, his awkwardness, and self-consciousness. Hierapolis was deep in his observations when a knight sporting the Earth symbol and looking like a proper dragon-slayer spoke to him as if they'd known one another for a long time. The familiarity threw him off as much as the greeting itself, and the joke seemed to pass over him as he collected himself during the Knight's swift introduction. "You too. I'm Hierapolis, of Cybele" he croaked out in his sandy whisper of a voice, which may have been hard to hear with all the other chatter and lost as this knight, Carlisle, motioned for another knight to join in. Eventually a voice spoke to all of them - the voice of the code - and Hierapolis listened with a grave seriousness. The code said it did not need their concern, but if their powers were derived from it, did that not warrant their concern for its well-being? Hierapolis was not yet knowledgeable enough about such things, not that he was brave enough to voice such a thought, but surely The Code would not say such a thing just to set their minds at ease so Hierapolis would simply take it for what it was. Others chimed in when asked how their wonders were doing, and reports seemed to all be quite similar - they did not know, for they could not reach them.

Brow furrowing, Xibalba felt more than a little unease as the Code spoke. This was nothing like the voice that he'd heard at Olympus. It wasn't even the voice he'd heard within his own wonder. This voice... this voice sounded old and tired.
What had happened?
I do not need concern. The squire's snort of disbelief at that would have startled a flock of birds if any had been around. They were all connected to the Code. If something was affecting it like this, it affected all of them! In Xibalba's eyes, there was more than enough going on to warrant concern. He considered his own experiences this past week.
"This isnae some new trick o' th' Negaverse is it?" he asked. Could they be powerful enough to block this many knights from powering up and visiting their wonders? The thought was chilling.
The Space Cauldron Xibalba is spitballing at this point and may be paranoid, lol
----------------
Ogygia sat quietly, absorbing the words that the Code spoke. This was troubling on multiple levels. If the Code was connected to each of them... Whatever this power was, it could do very bad things to them all if not handled promptly. No wonder this meeting had been labeled as an emergency! As she listened to everyone around her speaking, she thought of her wonder. The thought of something blocking her access made her angry. And worried. Whatever help the Code was looking for, she'd be happy to do what she could.
-----------------
Arms crossed over her chest, Nis listened, fingers drumming against her upper arms. IT was the only physcial sign of her agitation. Ever since the Code had appeared to her in her wonder ages ago and spoken words of trickery, she'd been leery of the thing. Granted, that situation had been brought about by outside interference, but it didn't make it any easier to not feel as if her hackles were going up.
So now some power from outside was affecting it again. Only this time, it was cognizant of the fact and asking for help. Fair enough. She'd do whatever it took to get back to her wonder. Like it or not, she needed the Code in her life.

Cynthus, Squire of the Moon“Daddy, you’re embarrassing me,” Cynthus hissed at Poe. “It’s not a thing. It’s the Code. This is why I said you shouldn’t be a knight.”
Well, this, and because he was old, although she supposed it all boiled down to the same thing. He was in disbelief because he was old. That didn’t give him a free pass to be rude! (As if she wasn’t rude. Cynthus chose to believe she was simply passionate.)
When the Code spoke, Cynthus listened attentively. She might be loud and brash, but she could take things seriously when serious things were happening. A pensive look crossed her face, brows furrowed and mouth scrunched into a frown. So something was affecting the Code? It couldn’t be Chaos. She and the others had decided that already. They would have been able to feel it if it was Chaos.
They didn’t know what it could be instead, though.
Many knights answered. Cynthus tried to speak through the din.
“Yeah, we can’t get in. Not from Earth or the moon,” she told the Code. “We even tried coming here. Like, through the Theatre. Did you hear me shouting for you? We tried to get to you, but you were blocked off. So then we walked to Amarynthos, but it’s like everyone’s saying. No bueno.”

Bilskirnir, Squire of JupiterBilskirnir took Valhalla’s forearm and immediately pulled him into a personalized, well choreographed handshake, crafted over about a decade of some of the best baseball he’d ever played. They’d barely finished when something began speaking. It took a few moments for Bilskirnir to realize the thing speaking was the ball of light.
“Dude...” he said—quietly, so they could all still hear the Code.
He didn’t know anything about what could be wrong with it or why, but he paid attention and glanced around as people began to answer it.
“I’ve got nothin’,” he told both Valhalla and Aragon. “No clue what’s goin’ on. Haven’t had the chance to try going to my Wonder since we got back. Gonna defer to your expertise on this one,” he added, and clapped Valhalla on the shoulder. To Aragon, he said, “Can’t imagine you know any first aid for balls of light.”

Valhalla, Transcended Knight of Jupiter(Offering transcended energy to the Code. Standing with Bilskirnir and Aragon.) “It’s nice to meet you like this, Aragon,” Valhalla nodded to him with a smile. It was always surprising to find out how many people he knew were Knights or Senshi, but that just meant they had a stronger force against Chaos and any other unknown threats.
He frowned thoughtfully, lifting a hand to rub at his chin. Something that could give first aid to a ball of light…?
The glow from his palm caught his attention. He didn’t know how useful it would be but--
“Could you make use of our energy?” Valhalla asked, raising his voice enough for the Code to hear him as he frowned with concern. If the Code was having trouble keeping its form, and if it used a lot of energy to get them there, then maybe there was a little something for them to help in return.
“I am willing to bet there are a lot of Knights here who would love to volunteer some extra energy,” he suggested, looking around to see the other Knights among them with glowing marks on their skin.
And if no one else was willing to help, then he was more than capable of doing it on his own. Aragon, Page of Pluto(Just observing. Confused and curious about everything. ) “Giving energy?” Aragon asked with curiosity. Everything about this was so strange, but he supposed there were worse things. At least nothing was on fire.
He looked around at everyone gathered. He didn’t know half of the things they were talking about, but he was also very aware of how new he was to…
This.
Well… he supposed he really was in this after all. He hadn’t expected to get any kind of magical powers, but he could feel the heaviness of how important it was to be there. Important enough to draw so many others. The Space Cauldron Offering transcended energy to the Code.

Pieria, Knight of CosmosPieria startled when someone bumped into her, so overwhelmed by what was going on that she almost jumped out of her own skin. She tried to settle herself, hand over her heart, which beat furiously in her chest. Then two other people came through the crowd one after the other. Pieria looked between them, trying (and probably failing) to control her expression enough that she wouldn’t look as bewildered as she felt.
“Um… Pieria?”
Even she wasn’t sure if she meant it as an introduction or as a question. The one named Connie, the one named Bifrost, and the one named Belmont seemed to know more about what was going on than she did. Should she admit how ignorant she was, or pretend she knew as much as they did?
When a disembodied voice spoke, Pieria looked around for the source. Most people were looking at the swirling mass of glowing mist. Was that what spoke? Was it… magic? Pieria listened, and though she only found herself even more confused, she couldn’t ignore a sense of rightness. Normally she wouldn’t believe what she was seeing. Somehow, she knew that whatever this was, it was very real.
“I…”
She cut herself off before she could say anything else. She hadn’t been to her Wonder. Was that something she should admit? Would this Code thing be angry or disappointed to hear it?

Poe, Page of Mercury(Doing his best to keep up with everything. ) Poe didn’t know why his little girl was giving him such a hard time. He was just trying to be supportive and protective and make sure she made good decisions! She was the only good thing in his life, and definitely the only good thing that came from his failed marriage.
He frowned, but in a way that made it almost look like a grown man pouting after their favorite lego set was taken away because he had an expense report to compile first.
Maybe he shouldn’t have been a Knight, but he was still proud of Cynthus and how strong and brave and how much initiative she took to figure things out and--
“Who is Amarynthos? Is that a boy?” he scowled. “Are you doing this magical--” he made a gesture to encompass all of her, “--thing to meet boys??”

Connie, Squire of Chronos(Thrilled to meet Bifrost and Pieria. Excited that Belmont was there. Sad about her little tree. ) Connie looked up at the other pretty lady that approached them. This time, she recognized the symbols because--
“You’re a Chronos knight-- oops!” she gasped, having basically talked over Bifrost, and quickly covered her mouth with her hand. She didn’t mean to be rude!
“I’m Connie! Oh, would you be okay with that? That’s so nice of you! Thank you so, so much! I can’t see anything! I’m looking for--”
Connie gasped again, and did a little bounce of excitement when Belmont appeared out of nowhere! Oh, and he was looking for her? That was so sweet!
Naturally, she had to throw her arms around his waist to give him a hug hello. She would have put her arms over his shoulders, but that would have probably required jumping up and she didn’t want to knock him over, or into anyone else.
“Okay, I found who I was looking for, but thank you for your offer,” she smiled brightly at Bifrost once she released poor Belmont. She couldn’t help it! She was excited to see him!
“If you’ve ever got any bug problems, like magical bug problems, Belmont is really good at getting rid of them,” she shared, and then shivered as she thought about it.
Oh, but the Code was talking to them. She frowned a little and then pulled out her sad little plant that had withered. She sniffled and sighed and gave her potted tree a little hug, too. “We’ll get you fixed up, I promise,” she said as she cradled it.

Necromanteion, Squire of SaturnNecromanteion wasn't... entirely sure how to feel. All his s**t wasn't working... But in the same breathe.. It wasn't an entirely new feeling. He had dealt with something similar before.. Granted, that seemed like forever ago now. However, in that particular case, at least he knew why he couldn't do some of the things he should have been able to... This time though? He had nothing. Necro shook his head, trying to rid himself of old thoughts as he glanced about. There were... a lot of people he didn't know. And for a minute, he wondered if he should even be there. There had to have been people far better suited then him right? With more experience, at least... And then he caught sight of two Knights. Both of which looked tired as hell and just as over it. He waved awkwardly, shyly, at Nile and Lyonesse, hoping at least one of them saw him before disappearing into the crowd... Okay... if they were here... maybe he could handle this... Maybe. Or at least, that's what he wanted to tell himself. His train of thought, however was interupted just in time to watch, in some form of horror, as Lupu throw himself at Michel. Okay. Maybe he couldn't handle this. Necro had gone against a great many things in his time but he was not about to go and do that. No thanks. He chose life. "You now.. Coming from someone whose almost died twice... in his life time... Even I know better then to do that to Michel." And honestly, Necro couldn't tell if that was his own common sense... or Michel's sheer intimidation factor. "When he breaks you in half, you get to explain that to E. I ain't saving you." Noir Songbird I didnt forget this. (Yes i did) Orangeish Sherbert double quoting sorry im stupid Kyuseisha no Hikari" For the ******** first time in my existence, I ******** spelt your name wrong. And not only that. I did it ******** *backwards* ALSO SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE QUOTE I FORGOT SOMETHING

[Aokigahara, Knight of Saturn]
Aokigahara nodded politely to acknowledge the other Saturn Knight who approached him. There was an air of familiarity to him--Aokigahara had to pause, to regard him carefully. This was, he suspected, the inheritor of someone that Rin had known, once, a thousand years ago. He couldn't put his finger quite on who--but someone, for certain.
"Aokigahara," he introduced himself. Kaifeng. That did feel familiar, somehow. "I apologize if this seems like a strange question, but does the name 'Rin' mean anything to you?" Floating his past self's name always felt a bit strange, but it might be enough. And by now, he was more than used to reconnecting with people he'd known in another life.
He did a brief scan of the room, and his eyes lit on a familiar Squire.
"Yomi!" He called, beckoning his brother over, and then he returned his attention to Kaifeng. "Apologies, that's my younger brother--I like to keep an eye on him."
And there it was, speaking to them--the Code. A wry smile crossed his face.
"Once again, the Code requires its Knights' assistance. We truly are all bound together." A brief glance over to his new Knight friend. "Have you also had trouble going to your Wonder? I've found it impossible to get to mine, which is something of a problem. Or will be, if it goes on for too much longer."
It was already starting to be, he knew.

Promethei, Squire of MercuryOf course none of them had a better idea of what was going on. His eyes rolled toward his taciturn husband, and he couldn't quite hold back the murmur to Imhotep specifically of, "I'm sure this is important, but," he cleared his throat. Was he sure? Was there a better way to handle this that didn't involve any of them? "Lookin' for someone?" Promethei supposed that much was obvious. He could take a couple of guesses who Emain Ablach was looking for, and he would consider trying to join him, but he was fairly sure their equivalent height meant they'd be getting the exact same amount of nowhere. Well. Until he spotted the little moon knight coming up to them on her own. He lifted his hand and offered a half-salute, but knew who she was there for, so he didn't make any effort to respond to her until he was addressed. To introduce him to where the code lived. She seemed considerably more concerned with the Code than he did, but to be honest, so did everyone else. "Met it after that alien bullshit. Room hasn't really changed too much." Not that it needed to considering it was a snarky floating ball in space-- Ah. She noticed Tobias. A little smirk crossed his lips, and his response was a casual, "Oh, that guy?" His gaze ran up Amoris and toward his eyes. That was where his gaze locked, for a moment, and then a moment more. "Recently picked his a** up off the street. Thought he could use some company!" amasis imhotep, emain ablach, & amoris!

Abzu, Squire of NeptuneSeeing Basiluzzo mess with his sponge of a staff did tempt Abzu to pull out his saxophone, but he held back. Looking at the kind of shape the staff was in made him figure he'd rather just... not mess with it. A spongy saxophone would just make him sad, really- Might've been a fun experiment on if he could make it still play a good tune, but this wasn't the time for that. Stromboli's mild scolding brought a smile to Abzu's face, in any case. "Damn. Was honestly hoping y'all's height would make it easier to see her. Can't see a damn thing down here." Pendour was easily a half-a-foot taller than Abzu was, but so were most of the people in there. Maybe she'd find them on her own, or she was busy talking to one of the many other people in there. That was fine. "But no, this ain't common. Don't think I've ever seen this many of us... Well, anywhere, really." Did the Code invite them all there to just ask them questions? He supposed that did track with it having little access to its own power, either. The ******** did he miss? Abzu couldn't answer that question even if he wanted to, anyway. He presumed his wonder was fine, probably. It usually was. Not like the Neptunian sea suddenly stopped working. His gaze drifted over to the resident transcendent knight he was standing with, though. "Dunno Basi, have you noticed any trouble in paradise?"

Palatine, Knight of VenusA single blonde brow twitched at Paradise’s customary exuberance, then rose into an unimpressed stare at Sessrumnir’s comment about what she may or may not have on her at any given time. Yes, alright, so she kept alcohol in subspace for situations that required it. Now didn’t seem to be one of those times.
Yet.
She nearly sighed over the amount of youth gathered in one place. Not that she had anything personal against youth, it was just a very stark reminder of her age as well as many of the uncomfortable circumstances of the war.
“Wonder why it brought us here instead of Olympus,” Palatine mumbled. She kept her voice low, unwilling to contribute further than their small group. She certainly wasn’t going to admit, in the Code’s presence, that she hadn’t been to her Wonder in… Well, suffice it to say, it’d been a while. “Proximity? How many of the people here even know about Olympus?”
The general vibe was young.
Or maybe she only felt that way because of her own close proximity to Ephesus and Amarynthos. Everything she knew about them said they were good kids, but she couldn’t look at them without remembering that Ganymede had been around their age when the war had come for their family and turned a majority of them into this.Guine Sessrumnir, Paradise, Ephesus
