Hivestuck My name is: Reemus Grroou I am in team: Yellow I am searching area(s): 2, 3, 4 Reemus wondered if going underwater was as close as to getting into space without ships as they could get. Space was different and stuff, right? Well, so was underwater. The plants were soooo different. And so were the creatures. No wonder seadwellers were weird. Their turf wasn't like land at all! With that deep thought, the puppy kept up his diving search. He first checked around the large crop of seaplants that were all smushed side by side. It was like a big, peaceful mess. After realizing touching any of it wouldn't zap him, he looked in every nook and cranny until he found some junk to take up. Next, he paddled faaaaar off to the edge of the night's searching areas. It was hard to see anything beyond shadows, looking back where he started! Spooky. Reemus made sure to be quick over here. Being too far was a bit eerie. Last he came back close to the second area, checking the lower crannies of the fourth area. If anything were to be around, it could definitely be hiding out here! Once satisfied with his last go, he swam on up.

Hivestuck My name is: Keionx Rutace I am in team: Orange I am searching area(s): Area 2, all thee times Keionx was a flurry of feels as she delved into the depths with her submersible and, incidentally, one of her new giant stuffed plushies for luck. She had heard Voscil's name whispered about, and she refused to believe that the perky, speedy girl of before could possibly be one of the deplorable people sabotaging their fellow troll. She refused. She scooped up treasures here and there madly, hopefully, desperately: as if they would give her solace. They didn't. She knew, for one thing, that things she refused to admit were often true, and that there was no use denying the truth. Her lusus, her twin, her very heroes were rebels, and she had been on the wrong side all along. How was she to know what the right thing was? Her musing ended as her submersible time did, and she delivered her artifacts to the judges and, ponderously, left...

Hivestuck My name is: Etsali Azeban I am in team: Orange I am searching area(s): 1, 3, 3 Today Etsali was pretty happy to suit up and dive in to get to work. Between all the adrenaline surging fun that had come of capturing the flags and the sudden realization that she had messed up big time with her friend afterwards, she needed something nice and relaxing to do. Swimming, she had come to realize, was actually pretty nice. And there was something about pulling treasures up from the sand that was vastly appealing. She wasn't about to give up her usual ways of life to live by the sea or anything, that was a little too highblood for her tastes, but for bloodfest festivities, at least, she could get used to this. Hivestuck My name is: Lorata Gorgos I am in team: Purple I am searching area(s): 2,2,2 Lorata wanted to stay underwater forever. This was definitely where she belonged, not up there with all those terrible horrible lowbloods. Sure, there were lowbloods swimming around for now, because of the competitions, but they wouldn't be here long. She could still outswim them any day, and there was no doubt in her mind that it would be as easy as damaging their equipment even a little bit to regain the advantage their silly technology might cost her. It was nice to know that she would always be better than all of them this way. But for now she guessed she might as well dig up lots of treasure to prove it.

Hivestuck My name is: Hazmas Pochim I am in team: Green I am searching area(s): Three, Two, One. Feeling exceptionally mischievous that day, Hazmas placed a few extra "tools" in his bag for the swim. Tightening his goggles, the greenblood took the plunge and began scouring the reef for anything even remotely valuable while leaving little "presents" for anyone who might follow after him. Once his satchel was full, the young troll surfaced and emptied his bag before diving again. With Machim keeping a careful eye on his things, Hazmas was sure he wouldn't get any tampered things - though whether they stay that way was anyone's guess.

Hivestuck My name is: Cebass Lusita I am in team: purple I am searching area(s): two, two, four. The treasure hunt wasn't really his favorite event. He did swim all the time and even the competitive aspect was becoming kind of tiresome. He really had no reason to keep going but he did. Why? Because he started and he was going to finish. As Ness had so often reminded him, you never left something unfinished. And so he wasn't going to leave this undone. So with his net bag in hand the young seadweller dove into the depths to look for whatever he could. There wasn't a whole bunch he really thought looked all that interesting but grabbed what he could.

Hivestuck My name is: Aerona Scrall I am in team: Red I am searching area(s): one, four, four Aerona clung to the side of the boat. Tonight was unlike the others - encouraged by Odette, she had decided she was going to learn to swim. Her full wet-suit was at least a comforting fit. She was a fan of bundling up, and as far as she was concerned this was the closest she could be to that in the water. But when she got far out in the water and had to jump in, she had begun to have second thoughts. "O-Odette? I don't know if I can do this..." She was trying to control her nerves as she tread water. Sophitia was already down below, anchoring the boat and scanning for treasures. In no time at all she'd plucked a rusty gem from the sea floor and deposited it in the boat. "Is everything okay?" Sophitia inquired. Aerona put her face in the crook of her elbow and mumbled a confirmation. She couldn't do this. She couldn't even swim! But she assured Sophitia that she was fine, and she dived down again for some more gathering. "Maybe I can just do some practice... Before I go diving."

Hivestuck My name is: Odette Cygnet I am in team: Redblood I am searching area(s): 1, 2, 3 "Aerona, don't stop now, you're doing great!" Odette encouraged, smiling delightedly at the little redblood. She swam close to her, reassuring her that she was close if she ever felt uncomfortable. "It's a bit scary at first," She said, trying to calm Aerona, "But it gets a lot better after you get used to it! It can be a lot of fun if you try!" Odette dipped her mouth below the water's surface, blowing bubbles at Aerona. She laughed openly at her own gesture. It had been so long since she had felt so open and unafraid around another troll. "And don't worry," Odette added, "Both me and Sophitia are here to keep you safe. We don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with." Odette didn't want the girl getting hurt on her behalf again. She really should have stepped in with that confrontation with the seadweller earlier, but she had assumed Vremea had it handled. She felt awful for being useless, distracted by Eostre and the others. She felt that she had to make it up to her. After finishing her treasure hunt, Odette climbed back into the boat and looked for the doll she had hid on earlier. She brought it out to Aerona, waving at her with the doll's floppy arm. Bits of the doll had been sown back up to prevent further tearing, and her fancy signature had been written on the doll's back. Under the signature, Odette wrote "To Aerona". Now there would be no questions over the custody of the doll. She held it out to Aerona, but didn't hand it over before saying her peace. "It wasn't good to punch that other girl," Odette said, looking Aerona in the eyes, "You could have really gotten hurt." Odette bit her lip, looking around nervously. Why was she acting like she was this girl's lusus? "I'm sorry. I'm sure you've heard that enough already." She couldn't help but feel nervous for the other girl, getting into all sorts of horrible trouble and she was only a kid. Odette ran a hand through her hair and sighed, handing the doll over. She wished she was better at expressing her frustrations from before, but she found herself so tongue-tied. She was just worried for her new friend. She didn't want to lose her so soon.

Hivestuck My name is: Trendi Aphrod I am in team: Purple I am searching area(s): Searching area 4, all times. Trendi walked along the shoreline, watching the light sparkle off the water. There were trolls diving and swimming as usual, even a few bombs he saw that he was silently happy he did not have to go near. He tugged his new pirate hat further on his head, smiling. Even Slow-dad had his own pirate hat today. They both sat down, and set their minds to fishing. This time Trendi brought along music, as if to polightly tell his dad that he didn't need any more fishing tips. Instead, Slow-dad brought out his own pole this time (From where?? He had no pockets) and sat down with Trendi, preparing to fish. As far as he was concerned this was a father and son moment, not a competition against other trolls. Sure, he wanted his son's team to win and all, but it wasn't often they got to do something together that didn't involve fabric. They sat there for hours, casting, pulling up random things from the water. "As long as I don't fish up a bomb, yes?" He laughed haphazardly, enjoying himself.

Hivestuck My name is: Maihue Tivona I am in team: green I am searching area(s):2, 3, 3 The night was warm, the water was refreshing, and Maihue was ready to be greeted by the waves. Before she stepped in, she pulls her hair up and puts it into a bun. She hadn't really paid much attention to it before, but put it up as a precaution. She probably should have done it a few nights before, oops. As she finished up with her hair, she stepped into the water and swam over to the second section. There was quite a bit of coral here, and Maihue was cautiously swimming around it as to be sure not to touch the fragile creature. She spotted a few pieces below by the floor and swam down to get it. Deciding that maybe this area was too crowded, she swam over to the third area and gave it a few good sweeps before heading back to the surface to turn in her finds.

Hivestuck My name is: Stryke Nvrmor I am in team: Yellow I am searching area(s): 3 (three times) Stryke slid down by the lakeside with a long tired sigh. The faster he accomplished his little fishing trip the better off he and his team was. It had been mildly frustrating to bring back damaged goods, of all things a yellowblood had tampered with the goods if the reports said anything. While she was likely just trying to help out, it still made him roll his eyes. Scooting down by the water’s edge, the kid was about to cast his net out when his lusus offered to help him. Given he’d been in a funk most of the day, the offer of help form his lusus was met with a small smile. “thanksss dad..” He murmured. Soon the lusus was sliding into the water, gliding calmly and propelling himself with his powerful tail. Diving down with the net, Stryke watched anxiously as his lusus remained down there for a while. Watching reptiles swim was strange, yet fascinating he determined. Before he could worry for long, SkinkDad popped back up with a metal object he spat out on the shoreline for Stryke to gather, before gliding off for another round. They both stayed close, and used the same zone as a guide line. Soon, a purple orb, and another piece of shiny metal were added to the pile. He dried them off and went to turn them in, calling it a night without lingering on the beach wanting nothing more than to just crash in the rental recupracoon and sleep. Tomorrow was the big ger-bowling event, and he would have been lying if he wasn’t willing to admit he was excited.

Hivestuck My name is: Voscil Torgny I am in team: Yellow I am searching area(s): 2, 3, 4 Voscil made this her last stop of the evening, pulling on her gear and going flip flopping out into the water. Given she’d been caught trying to wreak havoc on her competitors; she decided to play it safe for tonight and not smash the goods to bits. She’d gotten a rather dirty look from some weird hissing kid with really long hair, oopse she hadn’t meant to screw over any yellowbloods! Oh well, that was part of the excitement and fun with dealing in mischief making. Cackling with delight, her traumatic event forgotten (at least for now anyway save the memories that still haunted her of those terrible nights) Voscil was content to go swimming around for her treasure. MamaJu splashed after her daughter, glad to see Voscil back to her usual spirits. While she wasn’t as good with diving as the oxygen tank masked speeding bullet she did do a bit of diving for the fun of it. Her body twisted and glided awkwardly below water, breathing through he provided tank. Her eyes spied a delicate looking piece of glass that seemed fairly shiny. Tucking it in her bag, she went onto the next area without lingering for too long in this particular spot. Watching as some pretty colorful fish swam by, she rushed them sending the finned creatures scattering. Smirking around her breathing apparatus, she dived down into zone three and after a bit of tugging on some kelp scooped up the shiny metal bit. Hmm, she was feeling brave this time, so she decided to push off down into the furthest area and give it a look see. At first it was hard to really make out anything, so far from the moonlight the view down here was slow goings. Luckily she had a flash light this time, having recalled she would need one. Pulling it from her sack, she clicked on the water proof device as she combed the seabed floor. Her eyes went wide with delight; she found what looked like a necklace of some kind. With that she raced back up to the top and pushed her goods into the coordinators grasp before changing out of her wetsuit and skipping off with her mother.
