We came upon a village and the children were simply fascinated with Detra. The adults were more wary of us but we managed to find a place for the night and to restock our supplies.

First night back on Eowyn and it seemed like, for a little bit, we took a step backwards. I ended up in his room and he didn't push me away. We talked and Detra told me why he has problems touching me. My heart broke for the little kid he used to be and the man he is now.

The morning after our first night back home. Casseth came by for a visit...to talk to Detra. They talked and things went surprisingly well. I'm happy for the two of them.
