Yomi saw the origin of the chaos, a tree polluted with corruption and turned monstrous. He watched as others began to attack the tree as he took breath before entering the miasma himself to attack.
He raised his sword and summoned a miasma of his own to over take the tree and try to rot it with decay. He willed the black smoke coming from his sword towards the tree.
Squire Magic
He holds up his katana and a miasma seems to seep out from it covering the area, anyone who inhales the miasma feels and imagines their body decaying right before their eyes. Channeling Time: 30 secs. AOE: 8 ft
Arthuradel saw the monstrous tree as the barrier came down, it was definitely corrupted that much was obvious from the miasma that was spreading from it. Everyone began attacking the tree so Arthuradel followed suit.
She wasn't sure if tree could even have honor so she wasn't sure how much of an effect her magic could really have her but she decided to give it a try anyways "Arthuradel Saber Strike" She called on her magic as an ethereal sword appeared in her hand and she swung down sending a blast of energy that glance off of the tree.
Arthuradel Saber Strike
Arthuradel holds her hand up as if she was holding a sword, her honor manifests in the form of a sword made light and force that when she swings it down it fires a single slash of compressed energy straight at her opponent. (If she uses this attack with out facing her opponent head on [honorably] then its power is severely weakened and if her opponent is dishonorable then the attack is stronger, both at the player's discretion) (As a chibi the attack just pushes her opponents back) Range: up to 5 ft (chibi) Uses:3
Amaterasu wanted to help the hurt knight but the knight made it sound like it was more important to heal the core of the tree thing that had appeared. So she summoned up her courage as she looked the evil looking tree that the grownups were all fighting. It was spewing some kind of darkness but she would have to get close to it to use her magic.
She took off running towards it holding her breath. She hoped the darkness wasn't poisonous, once she was close enough she called her magic. "Rising Sun Infirmary" A ball of sunlight appeared in her hand as she raised it to the sky like the sunrise. She tried to aim her healing light at the core.
Rising Sun Infirmary
Amaterasu holds her hands together in front of her. As she raises her hands towards the sky a shining ball 3/4 the size of a basketball appears, the action mimicking a sunrise. Those within range of the light feel refreshed and rejuvenated as though just waking to the sunrise after a night's rest, they feel energy returning to them and minor wounds such as scrapes and bruises and small cuts are healed. Uses: 3 Duration: 15 seconds Reach: 5 feet
Hyperborea watched as the barrier came down to reveal the monster inside, a corrupted demonic tree was the source of the rot. The others began to attack the monster. Hyperborea turned to her team her iridescent eyes glowing with anticipation "Lets end this and get back home." With that she strode towards the miasma the tree was letting off where others were already engaging it fiercely.
Her skin glowed against the corrupting darkness as she looked at the chaos seed, she called on her magic as the star that topped her staff began to glow a bright silver. She raised her staff into the air creating an explosion of intense burning starlight to envelope the already damaged chaos tree.
She watched as the tree fell before striding back to her fellows. "Well that's that." Thankfully the combined efforts of everyone there had been enough to bring the monster down before it could do too much damage. "I hope the wonder is free of it's corruption now." She wasn't sure if that tree was the root cause, excuse the pun, of the problem or if it was just a symptom.
Knight Magic
Spell - She holds up her staff as the head glows silver. It creates a bright explosion of silver starlight with Hyperborea at the center. It blinds and disorientates everyone else caught in the blast with their eyes open. It causes a great burning pain in her enemies and can at player discretion leave a sunburn like wound on people. Channeling time: 60 secs. AOE: 10 ft

Erytheia woke up again and struggled to his feet. He used his bow more as a staff to lean on, gazing at the tree’s core.
“The piece of the Code on this wonder is within, but I see you almost have it healed.” His word were shaky, each word causing him pain in his chest. “How useless I have been in all of this…”
He struggled with his bow. Could he even manage to pull its string in his condition?
He did manage it, somehow, his grip shaking. He aimed at the core. One crystal arrow hit it and it cracked away, revealing the Code piece.
Perhaps that would be enough to allow the Code to receive healing directly and fight back.
As if reacting, roots began to form, aiming at those who did the tree the most damage.
“So you’ve been eating at the roots all these years.” Yuki snarled, anger for once in his voice now. “Destroy the roots and the Chaos Seed with them!”

Phase 3 End: Once all roots are defeated and core healed
The ground beneath their feet shifted as the tree's roots writhed, searching for someone with whom to grab hold of. Acrucis moved back and cast another Prayer of Renew on the piece of code that was now exposed thanks to the arrow that had broken the core that had encased it.

Transcendent Eternal Athalia
It was safe to say that the Eternal had very few issues with mauling everything and everyone that may have resembled a tree at that particular juncture. He'd been perfectly content to throw every heavily weighted rock (or rock-related object) in its general direction over the course of the last few moments. However it seemed that whatever damage he had done or trends he had started had resulted in a decidedly less than impressed tree and that discontent had resulted in him being shackled by roots.
The roar of frustration that came out of him was almost beastial as he shot a disgusted look towards the overgrow hunk of vegetation and then back towards the knight. Suffice to say that he was not a happy camper, and yet to their credit the roots had done their job and he was firmly planted to the spot, unable to exact his revenge at this particular juncture.
It wasn't a good feeling...
Particularly when the brave but very young chibi and to far from combat ready pages remained nearby.

'Fury', however, was not the emotions that rushed through Serenitatis's mind as she was swept up and bound by roots. Still young and largely naive to the joys of what it was to have power, she hadn't expected for the tree to be a monster, and one large enough to place her in a position that she couldn't break free from. Her nerves were far from settled as she took in her surroundings and came to the realisation that she wasn't the only one captured.
The tree had Idavollr and Athalia too!
In those moments she began to panic, her breathing quickening at the thought that this might well be the end and she couldn't do anything to help.

Becrucis let out a startled yelp when roots from the tree shot out from the ground, tangling themselves around the limbs of those who were trying to save it.
She flinched, eyes squeezed shut in anticipation of one grabbing hold of her. Panic gripped her, caused her to falter, and recoiled several steps away from the tree. It was one thing for a Senshi to carefully take hold of her hand without Becrucis realizing that she was there, startling yes, but less terrifying than a corrupted tree coming to full-on life that could hold on with vice-like grips and keep them from leaving.
Her mind reeled from past memories and traumas, nearly sent her into a panic attack before finally coming enough into her own senses to draw in a shaky yet deep breath and turn her attention away from the code and hesitantly hurried over towards a Page with moon symbols on her long pale-pastel colored dress.
Becrucis had no voice to state who she was or why she was there and with an apologetic look in her silvery-grey eyes she tried stomping the roots; hoping that it'd be enough to at least loosen its grip and let the young woman go. "It-its not working..."
Cadet Cypher Shoots the roots holding on to Athalia - Success Tree Roots 6/7
While it felt like his presence was ultimately unnecessary, Cypher was satisfied in seeing the barrier break as well as witness an arrow shatter the core. He had no idea what "The Code" was but seemed it was something not of his concern as the Knight that had brought them there instructed them to turn their attention on the roots that reached up and grabbed hold of several people.
It was for situations such as this that he had previously approached both Frys and Ness, asked them both to practice shooting with him.
This was his chance to prove that those long evenings were not a waste. Cypher spotted a Senshi with white wings and glowing marks; an eternal as he had learned not long after their arrival. What the pattern on his skin meant, Cypher wasn't sure, but he certainly hoped that the man would be the best choice of freeing first and that he would be able to either offer strength ot free others or had magic in reserve to help the other healers with mending the code.
With his blaster, he took aim and shot at the base of the roots successfully freeing the Senshi they had held onto.
Sailor Pherkad - Senshi of Fans Sees Becrucis struggling and uses her magic to cut the roots and free Serenitatis - Success Tree Roots 5/7
Pherkad watched as the Senshi in pink struggled and looked almost as if she was about to give up. "Watch out-" she shouted a warning.
Becrucis looked at her with wide owl-like eyes but did as instructed when a translucent fan appeared in Pherkad's hand. "Wind Blades..." with a sweeping motion the Senshi of Fan's waved the ethereal weapon in the Page's direction. Glowing crescent-shaped blades launched forward, not quite in a straight line, bt spread enough so that they passed by the bluenett on either side, cutting the roots at their base and setting her free.
Sailor Scout Attack: Wind Blades Reaching up above her head Sailor Pherkad grasps a hold of a magical partially transparent closed fan bringing it down to in front of her face. With a snap of her wrist the fan opens up, and brings her arm back and with a sweeping motion waving the fan directly at her opponent. The fan disappears once she finishes the sweeping motion.
This attack produces three 1' gold glowing crescent-shaped blades which are propelled forward at staggered distances by wind with the equivalent speed of someone running. This is a frontal cone effect with a spread of 45 degrees and reaches 10' from Sailor Pherkad. It is possible to dodge the blades but still get brushed by the gust of wind (easier at a distance). The strength of the wind isn't enough to knock a person down (unless they are already off-balance) but it can make a person stagger backward a step. The blades cause the sensation of shallow cuts if they successfully hit an opponent and disappear after contact or when they reach 10' away from her. The lingering sensation lasts for 30 seconds and this attack can be summoned twice.

Yuki said, watching the roots intently.
“That is the origin of the tree. During my lifetime, I sealed it away, the Chaos Seed. But I did not seal the wounds in my own heart and so darkness remained, hidden, in its roots all this time.”
Rainier felt more discombobulated than anything. Break the barrier, attack the tree and now there were roots to contend with. The next thing she expected to see was for the whole damn thing to uproot itself and start chasing after them. The whole thing reminded her of an old movie she watched as a young kid, but instead of cartoon figures and dancing bears with symbols on their stomach; this was a lot more real and far more frightening.
No amount of training at the police academy could have prepared her for this.
Still- she listened to the Knight and turned her attention to the new source of danger and ran over to a younger knight that had similar symbols on her uniform as Alphubel; Polaris, if she remembered correctly. Perhaps after all was said and done, she could confirm her suspicion. But now, unfortunately, was not the time.
Rainer grabbed hold of her weapon by the handle instead of the cord and drove the v-shaped top part into the roots repeatedly until it cut through them completely.
