Velencian Name: Cypher, but also responds to Cy
Uniform Style: The bodysuit activewear offers no physical benefit but is form fitting to stay out of the way.

Cadet Weapon: Reference IdeaMeta + Pre-Meta: blaster weapon capable of firing every ten seconds and causing a tingling and numbing sensation for 5 seconds upon contact. They are powered by crystals in the same color as the primary color of their uniform.
Corporal Weapon: Reference Idea Semi-automatic rifle that can fire every 5 seconds and cause a stinging sensation that lasts 5 seconds in 6" area where the energy shot was aimed. As a precaution, his upgraded weapon is linked to the data in his ComTech to avoid friendly fire.
Commander Weapon: Reference IdeaAt a glance, his weapon looks almost unevolved from the previous stage with the exception of it being slightly larger and a scope added. Cypher's semi-automatic rifle at this stage has a scoped and unscoped mode. As a precaution, his upgraded weapon is linked to the data in his ComTech to avoid friendly fire.
Standard Mode: In the normal unscoped mode it functions exactly as his semi-automatic rifle at Corporal stage; he can fire every 5 seconds and cause a stinging sensation that lasts 5 seconds in 6" area where the energy shot was aimed.
Sharpshooter: When he holds his trigger back for fifteen seconds, it will accumulate the power of three shots which is released when the trigger is pulled back fully. While he is holding the trigger down, the barrel will extend out and the frame to mimic a full sniper rifle. The blast is difficult to dodge within fifty feet, and anyone who is hit by it will be struck with a blunt force energy blast that may knock them off their feet and leave a painful, tingling numbness within a six-inch radius. The blast is easier to dodge beyond fifty feet but if it strikes someone it will not have the same blunt force damage but it will still have a ‘dead limb’ feeling for fifteen seconds. If he releases the trigger after firing a condensed shot, it will revert back to its standard mode within ten seconds.
