Negaverse Sailor NiterNiter wasn't sure what to make of the youma in their vicinity, and Jet seemed keyed up about something, which compounded Niter's own anxieties. More and more he wondered what he was going to do with this unconscious girl, and he kept kicking himself for picking her up, that she was going to make him more noticeable, or she was going to notice him, and probably get mad that he had picked her up and was carrying her around (and he could understand that — he wouldn't want to be carried either — but there was a notable lack of beds around here, and he was too nervous to ask one of the youma to point the way. Or the officers, for that matter (including Jet), but he couldn't exactly explain that to anyone without them looking at him like he was insane).
There came a giant pretty wolf youma like something that came out of Bloodborne UwU Edition, and she(? they? it?) lifted the unconscious one out of his hands with ease. While he was grateful, he mostly stared — couldn't will himself to bring voice to his thankfulness.
He shook his arms out afterward, but they hadn't felt nearly as taxed as they would normally. Niter didn't dwell on it.
The rest of the room was converging on the lady who spoke, the Queen of the place, and the person who looked like the focal point of Jet's attention. She had a box in her hands, and it sounded like everyone was expected to take a medal. Briefly, Niter looked for the girl he'd punched at Jet's command earlier, but couldn't find her. The memory was enough for him to shake out his throbbing knuckles again. Maybe he'd grab that medal with his other hand. And get his knuckles looked at, because if he broke something? That'd be a drag for his channel.
He didn't exactly want a medal, either, but the compulsion was there. Couldn't really explain it — Niter was never the type to want accolades for anything, and he actually hated the ceremony of it. Knowing that the battle was over was enough of a reward for him, but something in him said the medal wasn't negotiable. Took some time, but he finally found some semblance of a line and joined it, then made the slow procession up to her where he would desperately try to avoid looking her in the face as he grabbed a medal for himself.
Slipped out of that tango line as soon as soon could be, and ducked around a column to give his heart a rest from trying to beat out of his chest. But there wasn't any privacy there, only more people, so he kept zigzagging from column to column until he finally found an exit and slipped out the door.
Jet could get mad at him later. He just needed some air.

Negaverse Super Adonis Well, wasn't that a whole-a** surprise. Albite had a real mouth on him, great giver of information there, and it was enough to make the boss blush. He could see it around the pink curls, colors on her cheeks more saturated than her hair. Not that he'd say anything about that — no need to embarrass her further.
Couldn't really tell what else the pasted senshi was talking about, though. Looked like he got sprayed in a shitload of well-overused motor oil, talking about firebrands and bleeding and, well, it all sounded like Not Adonis's Problem.
He wasn't cleaning it up. That was someone else's job.
"Sounds like a melluvahess, Albite, cool story and all that, but uh, the Big Boss calls. How 'bout I grab us all some medals while you guys sort all that out?" He asked, pointing neatly at everything that was the plastered disaster of Albite. Really, all the tears and whatever he was talking about was better suited to someone who knew him, and Adonis hadn't met the guy before in his life. He could say the same for Fulgurite, too, but he didn't have to get all chummy and bail Fulgurite out of the Social Awkward that they were all standing in; he could find his own excuse to leave.
Adonis didn't stick around for an affirmative from his boss; he saw better to just go, spare her the stress of more decision-making while she was caring(?) for one of their downed ilk. Let the dude blubber on about whatever insurrectionist that must've gotten gibbed.

General FaustiteWished he had enough blood in his body to raise his arms and hug Kamacite when his boy found him at last. Felt that deep pang of hurt for it, for his lack of strength to return the gesture and how much he must have worried Kamacite for him to be so openly devastated in front of the Queen. Tried to reach for his friend's hand when Kamacite abruptly straightened and stepped aside, so his slow gesture went unmet.
Alkene, too — embarrassing for his newest subordinate to see him like that, to have possibly seen what happened to leave him like that, but he could do nothing about it now. Couldn't ask him to keep quiet about it so the others wouldn't dwell on it. So Albite wouldn't find out, freak out, and goad him into setting his office on fire again.
The question was too much — felt his vision blacken at the edges in warning for pushing himself to say as much. Even the Queen was a little skeptical at him, from what he could tell from her miles-away voice and his blood-starved brain's sense-making of her polite tone. He trusted, then, that Taenite would drop him off at the infirmary sooner rather than later. Or pass him off to the strangest-looking youma he could find while Taenite himself departed to go party. Or whatever the ******** else he did with his free time.
"Yes'm," was all he could manage. Shut his eyes to the shifting world for a moment, tried to heave another full breath into his lungs. He guessed that was pointless. He assumed her answer meant she didn't find him rude as s**t and wouldn't have his starseed extracted upon reaching the infirmary. He wasn't sure how he felt about that.
He wasn't sure how he felt about anything, except for exhausted.(and the queen but he didn't exactly say much to her)

Half-Youma Captian LavendulanLavendulan nodded her head. “I’m fine,” she lied. Thankfully her voice was kept steady and didn’t betray her thoughts “Just wound up still,” an understatement if there ever was one. However, she was grateful for the fact she did not share Wolframite’s youma traits. Otherwise, if she had a tail it’d be tucked firmly between her knees and twin soft-pointed ears would be pinned back against her head in a mix of embarrassment and shame. Aside from a bruised shoulder and irritated sinuses, physically she was ok. Emotionally, she was a wreck. A maelstrom of thoughts seeking to overanalyze her actions, seeking to justify her own mentality in the moment when she finally gave in and let her youma instincts run free and revel in the thrill of battle. Until this day she had been mostly averse to fighting. Only engaging the White Moon when provoked, otherwise, Lavendulan left them well alone. Even then at her worst she usually just dumped a water orb on them or… Or… No, that’s not quite right. With Senshi, yes she was a fair bit more lenient. Knights, however… There was that Pluto one with the damn hammer that she got pretty agitated with, desired nothing more than to rake her claws across his chest. Or the one she had nearly drowned in the reservoir, an accident of course but still an attempt had unintentionally been made. Then there was what happened tonight. A Mercury Page left bleeding on the ground while she descended upon an actual Knight, a KNIGHT of all things; someone who was of equal rank as their Generals. What the hell was I thinking? Simple answer being that she hadn’t been thinking. It was all a natural response to orders that had been given. No, the orders were to subdue, and yet she wanted not energy or starseeds, but something far more feral. It’d be easy to say that it was for the attention, or Wolframite’s approval since he often pushed her to this point in their spars. That she sought acknowledgment from the Sovereigns since they were there watching. Or that she’d wanted to make Lopezite proud for performing well. To some degree, they’d all be true but at the root of it all there was no denying that Lavendulan found it invigorating and dare she admit… fun. The shame she felt was not from the smear of blood across her face and arms, or that she had targeted people who had done nothing to deserve her ire. But rather because she actually reveled in the chaos that overflowed from the generators and enjoyed partaking in the ambush. If anything she felt robbed of not one but two fights and wanted nothing more than to finish them. To find the Senshi that got away and the Knight she got pulled away from. That’s not right. That’s not who she was or has been. Lavendulan wasn’t a huntress, she did not stalk prey like a wild animal. I’m broken,
Her heart and mind both agreed and yet her voice remained silent, eyes downcast while her face stayed hidden against his chest. Help me…please. Before I lose myself…

Corrupt Super FulguriteThe reminder from Sylvite made Fulgurite shudder briefly at the memory, the image of the anglerfish youma jumping back into his mind. "Yeah, not sure I'd trust youma to hand out any kind of starseed food at all..." Honestly, it would probably be gone. Into their stomachs. Or... whatever they had. In the same way, he feared that the youma was going to take his starseed as a food until the others had shown up that he could hide behind-- Albite was going on about something, and Fulgurite rubbed his neck as he tried to decipher what he was talking about between his tears and distraction with medals and Sylvite's care for him. Taking on a whole team? Why would Sylvite's team need to take on a whole other team? Sylvite seemed to have the same question, and Adonis seemed to take this as a chance to slip away from whatever awkwardness was happening in front of them. Fulgurite might have wished for the same. Dammit. Still didn't want to abandon Sylvite, though -- or perhaps he should have, with the way she was blushing, were they a couple or something? -- but he did know Faustite, at least in the vaguest sense. Was he suggesting Faustite died? "Uh, if firebrand died," guessed that was a nickname that Albite had for him, "wouldn't the Queen have mentioned that? Moment of silence or something? Seems like a big deal." Unless the generals didn't even mean all that much to Metallia and her whims, he guessed.

General SylviteThe way that Albite said was twisted the knife in Sylvite’s chest that she was trying really, really hard to ignore. The blush faded from Sylvite’s cheeks as quickly as it had come up. Instead, she went all tense and tight-lipped as she scanned the crowd almost desperately. Fulgurite was right. Laurelite hadn’t said anything about casualties- And yeah. When she looked to the Queen, Faustite was right there. No, he wasn’t looking great, but his head was attached to him, and he even looked like he was talking, which Sylvite had never, ever seen dead people do. “Faustite is,” she insisted, propping Albite up so that he could see, too, and wiping his tears as much as she could before moving her hand out of the way. Only one person here was gonna have to deal with watching their mentor get splattered and starseeded. Sylvite inhaled sharply. Then, she turned back to Albite. It was easier, if she just focused on him. “Looks like someone’s getting him patched up, just like I’m gonna get you all patched up, ‘kay?” She stroked his hair again. It gave her something to do with her hands as she considered Fulgurite, who was still staring at her dutifully. Adonis had already slipped away, which was fine. He seemed like he could take care of himself. “You too, Fulgurite,” she said. “Patch up, rest up, party here, whatever. Let me know if you need anything. Otherwise I’ll see you in a week.” She managed a little bit of a smile, just for him. It was a quiet dismissal. Then she stood up, easily cradling Albite’s larger frame in her arms. She kept whispering little reassurances to him as she made her way through the crowd, towards the hallways and the infirmary proper. Shiningamisgirl Exiting to cart off Albite-

Captain Leifite
Oh good, he'd finally noticed. She couldn't give him him too much s**t though; there had been a battle going on and Ashanite had been mauled by a feral senshi. How they let that one out and about on the regular was beyond Leifite's comprehension. Spacewatch seemed more like a liability than an asset to be fair. Then again, that wasn't her concern or her responsibility. Out of sight, out of mind.
Their Queen addressed the aliens, who looked incredibly uncomfortable being here, and they wandered off into a different room or corridor. Leifite kept her face neutral through the whole interaction, though she desperately wanted to beam at their Queen and sneer at the aliens. It appeared they were staying for now, which was fine. They could have access to their tech - at least that's what Leifite hoped the arrangement would be - and they had dealt a blow to Order. At least eleven had been brought into the fold, offsetting the three they'd lost. One of those traitors was already dead, the rest would either soon be or returned to the fold. There was no question about that.
All in all, the operation had been a success for Metallia. Less so for the aliens, of course. Such a pity that they hadn't gotten what they wanted, but it seemed they'd had more than their fair share of 'defectors' too. Leifite did have to give Lyndin credit though; the man was willing to do anything for his goals. She admired that drive and commitment, mostly because she aspired to that. Though, she'd probably, ah, not lie to literally everyone about a mission to do it, of course.
As the meeting drew to a close, Leifite gave a salute to Ashanite and teleported home.

Corrupt Sailor Mizuki
"Mizuki... Mizuki of Lilacs," she said in response to Prehnite's question of 'what to call her'. Mizuki was content to simply sit and bask in the Chaos around her. Some part of her brain kept telling it her it should worry her, it should be fearful, but she couldn't bring herself to do so. It just seemed like home. Not that Mizuki really... could remember what a home was. Logically, she probably had one, but she couldn't remember their faces or where it was. Obviously, someone had given life to her, after all. She was aware of that much, but nothing else seemed to come to mind.
It was probably a blessing, she decided. Whatever had made her so terrified before Chaos took it away wasn't worth remembering anymore. Anyone who'd done that to her wasn't worth remembering either. In fact, she sort of wanted to hurt them.
Hmm. That was new. She couldn't say why that was new, just that it was. That somehow before she wasn't so... quick to try to turn to violence. Mizuki hummed softly to herself, thinking about that. Hrm, she couldn't remember what she was before, but it was less... what was the right word... blood thirsty? That seemed a little extreme.
It occurred to her as Prehnite was trying to help Hylonome with a name or sphere that Mizuki did not remember her civilian name. She'd have to pick a new one. Ah, she could pick one herself now that was rather... freeing honestly. She could name herself anything she wanted. How lovely.
A medal was presented to her and she smiled at it. She'd gotten a medal, even though she was very sure she hadn't done anything except fell into Chaos. How kind of this - her - Queen! She would treasure it with her life. She didn't have a good place to put it, so she tucked into subspace for now. Maybe she'd make a charm out of it for her phone...
"Prehnite... ah, while I don't mind staying here... I don't think I have ah ome to go back to... if I had one before. Do you know where I could stay?" she asked the Captain. As much as she wanted to simply stay here, with Chaos wrapped around her like a blanket, it probably wouldn't do to sleep in the throne room...

Youma Iolanthe
Iolanthe smiled down at the corrupt who offered her energy with a very rare kind smile, and plucked the orb of energy with one hand. "You are very kind, little senshi," she replied, before opening her mouth and eating it much like one would eat a plum. She was content to continue braiding Hatsya's hair, transitioning over to Hylonome once she was done.
She, unlike the little senshi and her Captain, could not really leave this place, but she would eventually make her way back to her garden to rest. Once her Captain and Hers were finished here, of course.

He would always fight. Calaverite saw absolutely nothing wrong with this. It was what his general wanted him to do. It was what he was supposed to do. It was what everyone was supposed to do. And they’d done a good job! The Queen said so. She said they’d succeeded. He loved to succeed. He loved to win. So why wasn’t everyone more excited about it?
Calaverite’s manic red gaze swiveled around to observe everyone else in the room, and the mood was distinctly unenthused.
Ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculousridiculousridiculous-
He could not even fathom how everyone could be so stiff and sad, like that was anything anyone else would be interested in dealing with. Yuck. Calaverite searched for Diesel. The fiery senshi was always happy to see him! And he’d probably have kitty with him, which was equally a blessing.
Instead, the first thing he spotted was his general, bent over some stranger and then helping him up, and then hovering-
Ugh. Ugh! What the <********>- Some weird boy just drops in, and that’s what Rakovanite cared about right now? Instead of, like, celebrating with his team.
Calaverite crashed his weight into Rakovanite’s back, looping both his arms around one of the other man’s and smearing his face against the agent’s shoulder as he peered around him to stare at the Other Boy. Another agent, even smaller in height than Cala was. He jutted out his bottom lip, and craned his head back to look questioningly at Rakovanite.
What did he care about this kid for? He should definitely be with Cala and Cervantite and making sure they were okay. They’d done good too, right? Right?

Surprised… Grateful… Bewilderment… Concern… Thankful…Worried There was a fine line between being a smart a** and a dumb a**, and to be frank, Hatsya wasn’t sure which side of the line her next comment would fall upon so she instead errored on the side of caution and said nothing. Let the moment play out and would save any witty remarks for when they were someplace more private rather than speak now and remove all doubt as to which side of the line she’d dig her own grave on. A little over a month and she felt, dare she say, blessed if Prehnite so much as smiled. While friendly if the mood struck him, it was rare to see him actually happy let alone displaying such a wide array of emotion in the span of ten minutes. It amused her greatly and would no doubt comment on it later. For now, though, Hatsya reached up and touched the flowers Iolanthe had placed into her hair, smiled, then felt the tension in her shoulders relax when the youma focused her attention on Hylonome instead. “It’s been a long night for everyone.” Her sunset gaze scanned the dwindling crowd of officers. A few were handed their medals and were quick to leave while the most injured were carried off to the infirmary for medical attention. “Why don’t we go home. Order some food for everyone. One, or both, of you can take my room to sleep. Otherwise, I can get a blowup mattress set up downstairs in the spare guest room.” The offer was open to boty Mizuki and Hylonome. While the couch was also an option, she wasn’t sure it would be any more or less comfortable than a temporary mattress from the store.

General LopeziteLopezite didn’t move, he just kept his arms wrapped around her, and seemed like he probably could have stood there holding her for as long as it took. He didn’t have to see her face to know that she wasn’t being honest with him. Maybe not lying; her delivery had been solid enough that he wasn’t immediately worried. But, something about all of it was still nagging at him.
“Yeah?” he asked again, but at that point it was mostly rhetorical. “Well, you want to step out of here? You know I’m not much for big celebrations. I can take you back to your place. Or we can go up to mine for a while. I could use some fresh air, we could get dinner, maybe. Just take a break from all of this.”
Or, talk. Somewhere safe. Somewhere comfortable.

Captain Half-Youma LavendulanA small nod followed by a period of silence before finally Lavendulan reluctantly pulled away, yet still she held onto the edge of his cloak. Her attention, however, seemed fixated on where the aliens had been standing. “I don’t think it’s wise for me to stay here tonight” Her knee-jerk reaction to the Velencian was worse than that of Knights. For one reason or another, it was easier to accept that monsters and magic existed as opposed to aliens. A walk would be good. Food, maybe. Honestly, she wasn’t sure if she could eat anything until she first calmed down. Given her current state, it might actually make her sick unless it was something simple like a salad. “I should…” She glanced at her hands again. Blood on her uniform would be if she powered down, but anything on her would still remain. “I need to get cleaned off.” Would have asked if she could use his shower or borrow a pair of spare clothes knowing it’d be loose-fitting and baggy given their size difference. But that would just waste what limited glamour time she had. There were still two rings left from the original set and for a moment she considered grabbing one. Use it for at least one extra hour of time but quickly reconsidered knowing that she’d push that single set of sixty-minutes into another and another until history repeated itself and she went mad with feral intent. No, it was best to leave those where they were and just sleep in a lake if it came down to really not wanting to home until the aliens were well and gone. Right now, more than ever, being a half-youma couldn’t be any more of an inconvenience. Didn’t want to be home; the thought of it made her feel agitated, frustrated and just in general restless. Even if Wolframite was there, she’d probably snap at him undeservingly simply because she felt like something was wrong but didn’t understand what that something was. Left only a few options for her to retreat to instead; her office space would offer little relief and it wasn’t as if she could crash at a friend's house without drawing unwanted attention because of her half-youma, Captian sized aura. Which left solitude beneath the waves or the Rift, a place she was tolerated but not necessarily welcome. Laven relinquished her hold on Lopezite’s uniform. “I’ll meet you at your place in a little bit.” Her expression appeared apologetic. Perhaps being surrounded by his dogs with their soft fur and many kisses would better her mood. At the very least it would bring her back to a place of normalcy. [Exit]

Captain Marialite
Of all the people Marialite might have expected at this party, the one who walked up to her was not on the list. She blinked once, twice, and then she broke into a broad grin.
They hadn't gotten Monoceros, but they had gotten Deneb.
"We have, as a matter of fact," she said. "And look at you! You look so good in black! I always knew you would."
Had Deneb chosen them, in the middle of that battle, finally? Or had she been unlucky, with the Chaos on the field? It didn't matter; Marialite was just glad to see her on the right side.

Captain PrehniteGrateful look Prehnite leveled Hatsya, as he realized how out of his depth he was, as he realized that, despite that? He wasn't about to leave the lot of them to the barracks - to the castle and it's dark corridors and dust laden alcoves. No, most certainly not. "Iolanthe, love, you're released from your duties...and thank you again." always always always - fond look cast her way - pride and praise leveled with ease before he sighed and pulled on just a little more power. Enough to stand and reach out to the rest. To offer himself up to Mizuki, and Hylonome and Hatsya alike -- "I believe -- and Hatsya is right. It's been an especially long night. I wouldn't wish to explain anything else and cause more confusion than I already have...and no..we're not leaving any of you here." quick cut and agreement with the senshi at his side, becuase he wouldn't be putting them on an air mattress if he could help it either.. Except for the dawning realization that the spare bed had become Hatsyas, and the living room was for living..and... "I promise you all. In the morning, we'll get things better sorted, yes?" he'd have to dredge up identities and claw together explanations of why they were at the battle at all, piece together lives with little bits of aid from them and his betters so they would stay -- so they could stay and live and thrive -- under his roof apparently!? "C'mon - lets go home." eager to teleport them out - this once - to burn the excess he had on getting them all gone. Saving face by showing face - by - and maybe if they learned a little more of himself and Hatsya as people? It'd be easier to -- to do everything else.

Corrupt HylonomeHylonome was ready to leave this throne room. She had felt her hair being braided and flashed the one known as Iolanthe a confused look but nodded her appreciation before nearing Prehnite, "I'm ready to leave." She wasn't sure what that entailed but she was willing to go along with anything at the moment.

Corrupt Richelsdorfite (Deneb)“Why, thank you kindly, I do look good in black, I agree,” Deneb said, preening ever so slightly; if there was one thing that wouldn’t change, it was the sense of smug satisfaction she got from receiving compliments. Appearances, it seemed, were definitely still going to be everything to Deneb, or close to it. Of course, perhaps it simply just that Marialite’s words reinforced the belief that the Negaverse was the correct place to be? “So we’re acquainted, then,” Deneb mused, still not remembering, but otherwise believing this information to be correct. Surely no one would possibly lie to her about their relationship, yes? “In that case, you should be able to help me then, yes? You see, I can’t seem to recall anything prior to only just recently…”
