Gregar828 @Gaara: We really dont have a main house or branch house, now that I think about it. It just seems like that would give main house people an unfair advantage of being able to turn a branch member's brain to jelly whenever they wanted. But I think we all know wha the Byakugan can and cannot do, so placing "Byakugan" as a shinobi special skill is fine.  I said main house hold because of the rule under the Byakugan Jutsu's. And i quote "Rules - Must be a Hyuga clan member with the byakugan - The Tenketsu cannot be struck without the byakugan being active - Branch family members are not actually allowed to learn the higher forms of Jūken, they can only be taught up to stage four of the style before they must either "try and develop their own style" (like what Neji did), or they could try and steal the scrolls necessary to learn the higher stages. - To proceed to the next stage, any abilities from the current stage the practitioner is on must be learned." Is this rule no longer in affect then?

How can you manipulate shadows at all, let alone beyond a Nara's level. Change your shinobi special skills to the appropriate ones. Even if it is a Naginata, how do you handle a weapon 10 feet long? Change your shuriken, makibishi, and light bombs to something reasonable. Suna is closed. Please choose Rock or cloud As a correction, by musical jutsu I meant genjutsu cast by music. and proof of these jutsu are shown through Tayuya of the Sound Five. As for the shadows, they were part of the bloodline, but since you are not accepting anymore, that is a moot point. I'll make sure to change the rest.

So she often left to explore the mountain areas of her home, perfering to train in private and meditate. It was through these little journeys that Riko bumped into another Konaga around her age and learned about the shinobi villages. Thanks Luo. Just curious though, who handles customs? I've also sent in a custom weapon application which needs to be approved.

To avoid confusion, take off the monkey summon for now.
If you have been approved for Ranmaru, your chakra level is medium
@Gaara: No, that rule is no longer in affect, so your still approved
@Gensuikage: Put in your shinobi special skills
Please change light bombs to 10. Your an academy student, so having more bombs than shuriken is unreasonable
@Waterlily: I hate to do this after Luo said yes, but theres a few small things.
Technichal ninja is not a ninja type.
Putting chakra into weapons is a Hatake Bloodline power. I'm not sure those will get approved.
And I'm gonna PM cobra about the Konaga clan, as your chakra level might be high, not medium
@Calypso: Taijutsu is not a ninja type. Go to the thread that says "Ninja types". Look for taijutsu specialist. Underneath taijutsu specialist will be a list of bonuses this ninja type grants. those are SHINOBI SPECIAL SKILLS! Now seriously, was it THAT HARD that you had to be told 5 times?!?

Dang it, knew there was a small edit I forgot. Sorry about that, meant to say 'tactical'. In regards to the weapon idea, it just sorta came to me, didn't know it clashed with the bloodline. I can give up on the custom idea if it clashes or at least until I come up with something else. Yeah, I wasn't to sure about that too but since the guild rules stated that only clan heads and high ranking ninjas could have 'high' level chakra, I just wrote down medium.

Cobra took a high chakra level because lance told him to, even though I'm not sure how thats possible.
As for the weapon, its because your version of chakra enhancement is even more powerful than the Hatake version, which requires one chakra point each time it's used, although it can be used on any and all weapons.
