Special Abilities: At first glance, she seems like a normal blade. However, she is infact one thousand senbon carefully placed together to make the katana. Special groves in the sheath hold them together, and Luo's chakra holds them together when unsheathed. Using the hilt to control each and every senbon's movement using strings of chakra, Luo can cause the blade to "bloom" having the senbon burst out towards the opponent for attack or defense. Luo has created a few special moves for the blade for offense and defense. However, if the hilt is knocked out of his hand somehow, the blade falls apart completely, or if in "bloom" the senbon in the air will just drop since they aren't being fed chakra strings through Luo's hand and the hilt.

Personality: Luo tends to be pretty quiet, only speaking freely to those close to him, otherwise only when important or spoken to. He is a very intelligent individual, being able to reach satsubatsu, and then kage at his young age. Because of this, he's often lost in his own thought, even in battle causing him to seem aloof sometimes. He doesn't like the idea of fighting, and will try his hardest not to unless necessary for his village. Luo is also known to be more than meditative, as his clan has molded him to be. He doesn't outwardly show it much, but he is a very caring person, especially when it comes to his village and his friends.
Nindo: Words can heal, the sword cannot. Help anyone in need that is not the enemy. The pride of the mist will be upheld with my life.

Luo grew up and trained in the mist. He entered the academy at four, and by sixteen, had gone through it and in fact reached jounin because of his high aptitude. Taking two years off to train alone, Luo ventured deep into the mist and trained so harshly in suiton in order to gain what some would call a sage-like mastery over it. He then signed a contract with the sharks, and returned to serve his village. Since his beginning as a ninja, Luo has never failed a mission. His father an ex ANBU and his mother a shinobi from the rain. It was his mother who taught him how to use the senbon, and during his training, he mastered them as his primary weapon as well. After training with his mother, he trained heavily under his grand-father in his clan's jutsu, and under the former Mizukage in water jutsu. While training under the Mizukage, his friend and squad-mate Zane who was more apt at wind jutsu and sought to learn puppet mastery, left to train under the former Kazekage. It was after their training, and the moment they both reached jounin that disaster befell both kages. Since both villages were allied, a coup was set up by a renegade group of shinobi, and both kage's were killed. In each village, Luo and Zane both sought revenge, and slaughtered each and every man involved in the coup. In doing so, their battle prowess was seen, and seeing as how each of them were personally trained under both kages, were best suited for the positions. So Luo, remained in Kirigakure under obligations not only to his kage, but to his village under the silent treaty signed by his clan, and became Nindaime Luo Ushio, and Zane who remained in Sunagakure under obligation to the village, supposedly became Nindaime Zane Hajime. Since that moment, both countries became allies for life, and the two instantly began rebuilding the villages to their best abilities. After this tragedy, Luo became the head of the Ushio clan as his grandfather resigned and gave him the full chakra burn on the back of his neck. He resides in Kirigakure with his family and friends, although he thinks of his best friend quite often.

Fordon Cordell was abandoned as an infant with his name written on a note with him. He was a strange child according to those around him. He never made friends and would talk to himself. He had stuffed animals, which he would cut apart and sow back together. He also had a sort of fascination with blood. The naive elderly people who took his in had no idea why a child would be casted aside till he was five. He was born with an unusual bloodline which did not show up till he was five. The house was being robbed and the little boy walked in at the wrong time and was grabbed by the criminal. The criminal held a knife to the boy’s throat and was using him as a hostage. But at the last moment before they made it out the door the old man looking after Fordon tried to jump the robber. The wrestling resulted in the old man getting stabbed in the throat and Fordon losing his hand. The boy then use his bloodline to sow it back on. He then laughed as he used the ability to rip out the terrified robber heart as vengeance for killing one of his parents. His other parent became terrified after witnessing the whole incident. See screamed and called him monster. Then in a fit of anger he killed her by wrapping a tendril around her and strangling her. Fordon was found three days later wandering the streets covered in blood by a shinobi of an unknown village who turned him over to a medical scientist. The scientist did many cruel experiments on Fordon. But the result was that the boy hand unnatural muscle density and extraordinary stamina. He also helped master the bloodline a great deal. The strange boy had become the scientist’s greatest experiment. The fascinated scientist began to teach Fordon new ideas, jutsus and human anatomy. The boy then was able to become a great killer by the age of ten. He also taught the boy a good deal of tactics and strategy. At ten the scientist lost fascination with Fordon and sold him to a feudal lord of a small nation as a bodyguard and servant. Even after the experiments and casting him aside Fordon never hated the man. He never loved him either. Fordon did respect and rather like the man. He still calls the nameless scientist master and sometimes wishes he could see the man again. While working for the feudal lord Fordon did a variety of jobs and because of the roumors about him was viewed as a freak by most of the household. One day he meet the feudal lords daughter who was the same age as Fordon. He soon became her playmate and bodyguard. The two became very close friends. Fordon became so attached to he girl in fact that he promised that he could give his life rather then let any harm come to her. So for two years he worked in relative bliss till the feudal lord began to fear what might become of his daughter if he let the relationship with the boy continue. So in order to get rid of the boy he sent him of to a village to be trained as a shinobi and gave him a letter saying, “If you never return to my house and become a ninja you have your freedom.” With a smile he left never to return but always remembered the princess. When he got to the mist he did so with no real purpose till he met the current Mizukage after that he dedicated his whole life to serving as the deadly blade of the Mizukage. he quickly flew threw the rank and his whole being was devoted to being a hunter ninja that his lord Kage could send out to kill anyone. He never questions the lord Kage and carries his orders out completely.

Kurgistar@ you have only have one clan or bloodline. So you need to pick one. Your rank so should only have one element plus if you go with the tendrills threadings you will have to get all your hearts by RP it at. Plus I want you pick you jutsu's. There is no ninja out there have knows all the jutsu don't cheap s**t it. You also should have only one taijutsu style your a chuunin.
Luo1304@ Same for you pick you jutsu's and Combination I have to say you can only have a max of 3 plus you will need someone to help you use them as a character, NPC, or a clone. Same for you too do you have the left eye sharingan transplant or the Ushio clan?

i fixed the clan thing and ill but im not sure how much money im supposed to send. i dont agree with your me having to get all of the hearts through rp because if i have learned anything from guilds is that characters rarely die. if were are just starting off i wont be able to find any hearts till about a year from now. my character in the last guild was able to get enough hearts do to some people that had already died around my village including my previous character. he even does not have all of the chakras. the only way i would be able to get all of the hearts would be in a crappy post that would pretty much be bs so it would save everyones time eyeballs and memory if i just start out with them. the jutsu i also disagree with. it is perfectly reasonable for both luo and my characters to have outrjutsu. not to mention my jutsu are only ninjutsu and only to the chuunin rank. i wont know ever jutsu nor do i plan on trying. my character is no where close to god. i never saw anything in the rules for jutsus aside from other villages. and please dont even try to talk to me about cheap shitting or god moding when in the other guild that i have never seen you have to learn a technique and your characters are nigh on god. i know what its like to start at the bottom and work my way up. its mostly just boring to learn all of the jutsus and once again in the rp i can just go back and learn then all again but it will be a waste of space and time. im sorry but ill just have to ask blue to take a look at it. i mean if he agrees with you then thats fine and ill go with it. but right now im leaving it.

Yuudai’s parents were immigrants from the hidden mist village. Yuudai was a little kid with very strict parents. They told him what to do and how to do it. He was always on time because of this and grew tiered when people were late. His parents also corrected him whenever he did anything wrong, so he was on his best behavior as much as possible. He aimed for perfection and anything less was a disgrace to his parents. As a result he became a very good ninja who did everything on time but grew tired of all that is around him. Yuudai hates his parents now and thinks this whole town is discussing. They have the ability to do more but instead they just sit there and are at peace with the other nations. He plans on one day to fix this and he wants to be one of the best ninjas in the world with or without his village.

Alright looks like I'm stepping in on this....
May: Since their characters are already starting out at a higher level, they won't get to rp much. If you start out as a an academy, then you have a lot of time to build up your rpc and do many things. But they're not like that, they're starting out already at a higher level, meaning that the experiences that comes from being in the academy and a genin are skipped. Now that that's been said I grant you permission to accept profiles.
Kurg: I will allow one heart, since you're starting out at chuunin and we can assume that you consumed a heart at genin, and considering the fact that you're from the bloody mist. Also, you think you can put a picture up for your rpc, I kinda wanna see what 'hangman' would look like
