As the chair fell to the ground, Dainne lithely jumped off and watched as the legs broke under the applied force. Raising an eyebrow he smirked and looked at Jewlet in bemusement. "You seem to think highly of yourself Lady Jewlet. I do hope that one day you will, however, learn your station. If I so choose to be dismissive to anyone other than Royalty, I have that right. Any act upon me otherwise can easily be dictated as an act of war if I so choose. Be careful with whom you choose to exercise your ideals. Not all are as forgiving as I. As I said before... do not threaten me. You of all people have no power to make me regret any of my actions. I try to be an amiable man, and have lived my life thusly, but you overstep yourself and that I cannot allow when I am here only to improve our relations.
With that he turned and looked at the green-haired elf. Quickly he appraised the man in all his splendor before turning to the newest arrival. Upon hearing his name, Dainne's eyes widened slightly. "It would appear I have met the entirety of the Royal Family's princes now. I look forward to speaking with you some time." He turned to Niro and smiled congenially. "I know what it is your Captain would like for me to do, but I have no intention of becoming a captain's messenger boy. If he has a better use of my talents, I will gladly hear of those instead." He walked by the three into the war room and stood near Prince Ric and the Queen. He took a quick glance at the table before them and gave a curt nod.
(( Yowza Dainne isn't in the best mood tonight. Sorry about that guys, I guess even a nice man such as Dainne has his boundaries. Should I try to reign him in?))

Jewlet kept her face hidden ashamed with herself. She stood there quietly and waited for him to finish. "Learn. I learned all to well of what this horrid world can really be. I have seen to much and learn to much for my own good. If you believe I am threating you. Then please take it out on me and not the kingdom I serve. It is my action and no one else should be punished for it. Only I should." She put her head up. Her expression was blank and lifeless. 'I can't escape that pain of the past I had lived. Why... I'll never truly escape as I will only have short times of peace.' She thought and then realized she was talking to herself. "Oh, dear..." Her head began to hurt as she entered the war room. Jewlet followed after Dainne. "Excuse me." She bowed. "Forgive me for my actions. I am not my usual self in this time of war. You will most likely not be delivering the message, Prince Dainne. I most likely will, as it is my job." She said grabbing her right arm. "So, please do not worry. None of us here would, surely, not put you in such a bad situation."

Alexander kept fighting and fighting, but there just never seemed to be an end of them. The tired Tou was also disappointed in a way they seemed to betray him. More than ever before did he hate the royalty and now, even his own friends, if Alexander could call them that anymore? While they sat in the castle, people were outside, giving up their lives for them. In Tou culture, their leaders were the first to engage in battle, standing at the front of the ranks to have their blade be the first to clash with the enemies. The people hiding in the castle were cowards to Alexander and even his Dirt Blood heritage seemed greater because of that. For this, Alexander would keep fighting, to the last breath. If he died, Alexander would show them what he gave up protecting his home and if he lived, Alexander felt he needed to put more of a role in the protection of his home. This council he had heard about seemed unprepared for such a battle and maybe he could find a way to make them more alert to the world outside their stupid chamber. Monarchies seemed liked the best source of cowards, if only Alexander knew the King before his illness; maybe he would be have more courage then all the fools in that castle put together. Those were thoughts for another time; Alexander still had much blood to shed before this fight was even close to over.
As Alexander kept using his daggers to trick the enemy to their death, he couldn't help but notice the bodies of fallen comrades on the ground. All this death and what did it serve? To protect people that couldn't pick up a sword and fight the hordes of enemies threatening them. The bodies among those dead were familiar to Alexander, but yet he had no names for them. Alexander used the horse of a fallen enemy to project himself up into the air and he descended on to another enemy, knocking them down off their horse and tearing them apart bit by bit with his daggers. All the blood Alexander had on his cloak turned it a crimson red; his style of combat was a little too close to the enemy and thus much of the dagger's attacks got him hit with their blood.

The Queen didn't make any move when Dainne entered and only nodded to Grant. "It is a good plan, but is there any more we can do? Surely we should still be able to flank the enemy with another division of military." She was grimly surprised to know that the city had already fallen. It had been a short time since the army had arrived, and already they were getting too close for comfort. She did not let it show on face however. She wished she could help in some other way then barking out orders. But of course, that was not an option. She threw up at the sight of blood. To get her mind off of actual combat, she further thought out her plan.
"If we move half of the swordsmen battalion from the south gate..." She moved a chess piece to emphasize her point. "Into the forest and sneak by the enemy while it is concerned with our direct force..." She stopped the piece. "They will be boxed in."

"That is a good plan your highness. I don't usually consider matters of attack due to being the guard captain. My first responsibility is to protect the castle." Grant responded to the queen. Though he didn't like speaking of the matter with the prince in the room. He never had anything against prince Dainne but his motives to coming here weren't clear to Grant and he never like adding members to his discussions due to the sensitive information they discussed. This was clearly shown by how he even excluded Jewlet. He would have excluded Niro too but he needed someone to bring the royal family in to the room.

"Yes well for now, I suggest we have the girl send out the defensive orders to Zireno and the others" Prince Ric spoke up, staring at he messenger girl who's name he was unaware of, "When the enemy is so close, there is very little time to waste!"
"Hmmm, so Zireno is out on the lines. It figures, always out looking for a fight, kinda makes you wonder what he's compensating for," Prince Cyrith smirked as he leaned back in his chair.
"Cyrith this is no time for joking, this is serious business," Ric scolded his younger brother as he began writing out the commands that Grant had spoken of not minutes before.
"Who said I was joking, I am simply sayi-"
"Cyrith I said enough!" the soon to be King's temper seemed to flare as he raised his voice for the first time in a long time. With the orders complete, the Prince folded the parchment and handed it to the human girl, "Take these orders immediately to the line."

Jewlet turned to Ric when she heard him say 'messenger girl' She walked over and stood there quietly. One of her eye's twitch when she heard Zireno name said. She still was mad at the self-centered prince for putting her in jail. She agreed with Cyrith on how Zi always seemed to want to fight. She sighed under her breath and looked up. She flinched a little bit when Ric yelled. She took hold of the parchment and nodded her head. "Yes, sir." She bowed and went on to do as told.

The Queen felt how strongly the foreign prince wanted to be out fighting. She could never understand such a thing, but keeping him here would only make the others more restless. She turned to him and sighed a little. "Prince Dainne, I can see how much you do not wish to be here sitting idly." She paused for a moment to look at Grant. "And I have decided that perhaps barring your participation from the battle was too hasty a choice. You believe that you can be a great asset on those plains, and so I trust that you will not allow yourself to be slain in war. You may go." She wasn't sure what the Captain would say about her decision, though she made it anyway. She truly did trust the Prince to have as much, possibly more skill then her own sons. When she was done with that thought, her mind abruptly switched gears.
"Cyrith, your brother is correct, poking fun at Zireno is not to be done during a session of strategy. Ric, I know this is a stressful situation, but it is no time to snap at people." She reprimanded both of her sons. It was strange thing, to be talking to Ric so normally now. She knew he was still troubled by it, and indeed, she was also. She took a breath and spoke this time to Grant. "The orders are reaching your soldiers, perhaps now is the time for you to command them on the field as well."

Grant nodded to the queen. "Yes your highness." He responded before turning to leave the room. "Niro, follow!" After he left the room and had gotten a ways away from the blue room he spoke out loud "This is madness. We are in the middle of battle and the queen is letting foreign dignitaries run around unsupervised. It's not safe for her and it's not safe for the castle." Grant made his way to the left tower of the castles gate with his long bow. "Niro! front and center!"
