Character Name and journal link Selenga, Squire of IdaHP: 51/75 Location: E5 Action: attacking his skeletons Interaction Roll: N/A Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 18 Quote: Selenga thrusts his blunted, decorative shortsword into the air as though it were a beacon. His magic pulses, radiating a feeling of safety. The area feels sacred, like a sanctuary, and there is an urge to cease the fighting and respect the sanctuary. The magic affects every character within an eight foot radius, and can last for up to 30 seconds.

Deep Space Sailor Lovas of FragilityHP: 38 - 12 = 26Location: Moving to F4 Action: Attacking Morgan's skeletons with physical attack to finish them Interaction Roll: N/A Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 6 As someone who had never seen fit to withhold praise, Lovas couldn't see a point in starting now. "Oh, you were right, you were right," he acquiesced with a little smile and playful roll of his eyes. "But we should move now..." Because they had to, and standing around wouldn't do them any favors. Lovas went with the others, undeterred by the fact that he was objectively slower and weaker than them despite how freaking long- But there was no point in thinking too hard about it now. He had fists to fight with and that would simply have to be good enough. Morgan swatted at the skeletons tearing at her clothes, and instead of focusing on his own (thanks, Regal!), he dove into the space behind her, kicking and punching any fungi-infested bones that tried to give chase after them. They were still after Regal, and Lovas could see a certain other Knight tearing him a new one for not helping Regal, but Morgan was being sweet and helpful and teasing, and how was he supposed to let her fend for herself? "Oh, it just seems so troublesome, though, but if you insist," Lovas sighed dramatically.

Character Name and journal link Mauvian LoganHP: 26/50 Location: D6 Action: attacking skeletons Interaction Roll: N/A Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 1 Logan didn't know what the hell he was doing, but he did know he wanted to help. Biting bones wasn't exactly a cat thing, more of a dog thing, but he still launched himself at a skeleton and bit.

Haldane, Super Senshi of DoubtHP: 75 - 24 = 51 Location: D3 Action: attacking skeletons w/ physical damage Interaction Roll: Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 2 damage Halane started pitching rocks or other debris at skeletons as he tried to make his way to the basin. However, his aim was abysmal. It did not occur to him, even as others flung magic around him, to use his own. Not that it probably would have had much of an effect on this type on enemy. At least, he doubted it. Ba-dum-tsss.

Under weapon and spell and Mauvian claw, the skeletons collapsed, group by group. Bones scattered across the ground as they were shredded, and the fungus even seemed to slough off them, as if it was truly being beaten back.
But there was a rumbling. A slow, steady rise. And out of the water came a temple, round and open, columns supporting a domed roof that had once been capped with copper that had long since aged to green and begun to crumble. Dead undersea plants clung to it, and the bones of sea creatures dead for centuries decorated the floor.
In its center was a heart, beating slowly, covered in Chaos fungus.
And across the path to it, made of massive step-stones with gaps of water between, lay a great, fungus-covered skeleton, on its side and still.
It seemed the fight was far from over.Quote: That's a wrap for this thread! Please proceed to part two! You are free to make final posts if you wish!

Character Name and journal link Super Morgan of GatewaysHP: 51 / 75 Location: F2 Action: Pause Interaction Roll: N/A Damage/Healing/Buff Done: N/A She looked back to keep an eye on where Regal and Lovas were in the field. Sure, they were pretty much strangers, but for the moment they were the only recognizable faces she could see--oh. Hm. Wait. Maybe she did recognize some others. Well that was a nice surprise. Still, she had her impromptu 'team' and didn't see the harm in keeping eye. Plus, Lovas had finished off the skeletons that had been on her tail. She owed him a return for that. His fighting was pretty good, and his magic seemed to have a far more destructive application than her own which was a double bonus. The Squire... she wasn't sure his on his skills but he was certainly holding his own in all of this-- The temple finally came to its full height, and Morgan focused on the site. Namely.... the immense skeleton that had risen up with it. Covered in the same fungus. Her smile was rueful as she considered it a fair move on her part to have withheld her magic till now... Indigo_Plateau finishing post/Morgan judgement lmao

Character Name and journal link Page Yetzirah of CosmosHP: 26 / 50 Location: B4 Action: Pause Interaction Roll: N/A Damage/Healing/Buff Done: N/A He watched in a new level of awe as the temple the pillars had summoned came to its full height. It was... not the type he'd pictured himself, but it was beautiful nonetheless. The amount of skeletal remains that clung to it or were heaved up from the water with it made him wary to get any closer, but something was inside the temple and he was extremely curious what it was… A skeleton collapsed to the floor beside him and he jumped, torn from his amazement by Kiringul's uh… was that his weapon? Made sense. Better than a feather. "Oh wow… you really beat them up," he mumbled, staring about at the skeletons that had been around the man before. Collapsed and broken. Huh. He himself felt really… good. Clear headed, which for him was an especial oddity that his mind wasn't racing in a billion directions at once. He grinned to the Squire, grateful for the boost he'd mentioned, figuring this effect was it. But in a slight unfortunate side-effect of such clarity, Yetzirah finally focused on the temple once more, and with it, noticed the fungus again was present. He blanched, staring at the immense size of the main skeleton filled with the stuff and… very much blocking their path. "...this feels like an unfair advantage for the fungi."

Creedence of Clearwater (cat form)Creedence had a feeling that Alekto wasn’t showing a badass fighter face at all, not with that kind of whining! This senshi was going to need to learn to get her hands dirty! And her legs dirty. And her hair…wow those skeletons were really doing a number on Alekto’s hair. Well, Credence wouldn’t mention it. What she didn’t know wouldn’t distract her! The temple rising from the depths of the water was pretty cool, to be honest. And the whole like, beating hard of the world was too. The grody fungus was cool too, but in a look but don’t wanna touch sorta way.
