Taenite kept his distance as Cymophane confronted the two Generals, and then watched as it devolved into a civilian getting killed and then one General with curly hair was getting in the face of another shorter General.
Casually, Taenite pulled out his communicator tablet and hit the record button. He wasn’t close enough to pick up any decent amount of their conversation, but it would be enough to have for later. That, and he was curious about both of the Generals and would ask Axinite about them at some other point. He was pretty certain he’d seen them all before, including the other blond General with… Jet…?
“Oh, hello,” he smiled when a Squire made their way around the corner towards the building. He put his tablet away and gestured for the young man to enter the building. “There’s probably people who need help in there. Hey!” he finished with a yelp, the Page not taking the bait and deciding to attack him instead.
Too close to use his magic, Taenite quickly stepped around the staff the untrained Squire was trying to use, using the inside of his foot to knock the enemy’s weapon away, and threw a punch of his own at the other young man’s throat. Which reminded him… someone really needed to teach their Generals how to throw a proper punch. They were definitely going to break their knuckles if they weren’t careful.
Throwing the man off balance, Taenite shoved him hard into the wall behind him, and not wanting to fall behind on his starseed count, plunged his hand into the man’s chest and withdrew it with the small crystal in hand.
He was waiting by the motionless body when Cymophane made his way back over, and shrugged at him in return. He had no idea what the upper ranked agents were doing, but he was there to follow orders. Which was why he went back to ushering civilians out of the building.

Kamacite followed as Faustite took off, leading the Super Senshi towards the building. Without his bright robes it seemed as though he was relatively invisible, or at the very least not as easily noticed. His aura was still there, but not as vivid as the burning General in front of him. It was fine by him, because he didn’t think his sore ribs could handle fancy jumps.
A hand pressed gingerly against his side, still cautious about the damage he received before, while also keeping an eye out for any other senshi or knights wandering in their direction towards the building. While Fausite was handling the Super Senshi, there seemed to be another Senshi who was having some difficulty with a youma. They had a broken chair they must have picked up from an alley, and were using it to swing at the creature that must have slipped away from the Negaverse agent that had been controlling it.
With Faustite distracted by the voices from the communication tablet, Kamacite dropped down to the alley where the Senshi was fighting. It almost seemed cruel to fight them when they were trying to fend off a ferociously mutilated animal of sorts, but they were their enemy and the less Senshi in the city, the easier it would be to control things.
Unfortunately for Kamacite, the Senshi didn’t take well to being stalked by both the youma or the Eternal, and swung the chair so hard that it knocked the youma into a daze, and let go so it managed to hit Kamacite as well. Right in the face. He hissed at the pain, his hand going over his nose and pulling his hand away to look down at the blood. Great. Fantastic.
He wanted to go after the Senshi, but could see out of the corner of his eye a great tangle of plant life growing up and around the smoke that indicated where Faustite was. Kamacite growled this time and teleported, leaving the still somewhat dazed youma to take care of the Senshi, and appeared between the start of the magical undergrowth and Faustite, and the Super Senshi with the leafy outfit.
“Solar Maximum,” Kamacite said, holding up his hand in the direction of the Super Senshi. With it being light out, he was sure the sudden blast of light would fade faster than it would have in the dark of night, but it should still give him enough time to untangle Faustite from the vines. Or at least give him enough time to burn himself out.

Faustite has backup this time! I hope you don't mind. orz
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Solar Maximum There is a brilliant flash of light causing temporary but immediate disorientation and blindness that fades into horribly spotty vision; can last upwards of thirty seconds. Additionally, devices with an electrical or magnetized charge (street lights, phones, cameras, etc) suddenly do not work during those thirty seconds. There have been cases of street light bulbs bursting from the electromagnetic surge. The attack does not cause physical damage and is intended as a diversion or distraction, as well as a hindrance. Has an effect radius of 10 feet (although the flash can be seen as one would see any flash), and can be used three times.

General Benioite.
Arsenopyrite, it it good to see you here." Reaching out towards where the other stood. "Come, we should go find something to do - some senshi or knights to kill...I'm going to run the streets red with their blood." Civilians might be off the table, according to the other two Generals but senshi and knights were still very much on the table.
Turning to face Jet wanted to laugh when he heard him, really he did, the other General was amusing when angry it seemed. Though they were intimidating, at least a bit, when they were right up in his face he couldn't say he was imtinidated or worried right now. But who wouldn't be intimidated with a General in your face, especially when there were two of them? He wasn't insane - just a bit homocidal. Really though, he was hoping that killing civilians without care would cause senshi and knights to either back down - after seeing how careless he could be. Or he was hoping to force the Royal to show themselves. Either option was fine by him. But he was really hoping to discourage some of order from fighting - make them turn away. It seemed his tactic wouldn't work, not with two generals clearly upset with him, not that he cared, he didn't need the drama here though. Not where order could see it.
He did laugh however when the brunette tried to take him off the mission and even mentioned filing some sort of incident report! Oh how amusing that was! He really hadn't been around much had he? Clearly he was one who hadn't seen much in the way of battles and the civilian casualties which some battles, some missions, piled up.
As his laugher calmed, and fell into silence, the communicators came to life and he had new orders. Turning away from the brunette he glanced over his shoulder. "It looks like I'll be off - new orders." He shot over his shoulder with a smile. "I still get to play." And out came his weapon again. "Come Arsenopyrite - we should go help Cybele." His communicator out and close he spoke up.
"Cybele, I'm on my way with another General. We'll back you up and help with moving the princess into the castle." Motioning for Arseno to follow him. "Let's go." For now he'd forget that Corsuvite hadn't responded yet, he'd bury his worry, he had to focus on the task at hand and deal with his own feelings later - they were personal.
Ganymede tracked the starseed as long as she could before it disappeared, but made no move to retrieve it.
“She’s baiting you,” she warned Megrez. “Don’t go after it. We’re stronger together.”
Once it was out of sight, Ganymede turned her head to glance over her shoulder, just enough to see the new page without losing Cybele in her periphery.
Ugh, she thought. Cosmos.
Ganymede did not see the transformation take place, but she knew, instinctively, that this Page was her mother-in-law. Her aura came into being exactly where Momma had been, just after Momma asked about a magical object. The way this Page spoke was the same. Her caring nature was the same. That style of dress suited her—peaceful, like a goddess.
Jupiter might run in the family, but it didn’t seem like her.
Still. Cosmos?
While the Page spoke, Ganymede faced Cybele again, offering her another sad smile.
A faint buzzing in the back of her mind alerted Ganymede to a message coming through on her phone. She summoned it and listened, eyes still carefully trained on her former ally. When her suspicions were partially confirmed — she suspected the building itself was a trap but did not expect to be personally targeted until she powered up fully — Ganymede sent a brief message in return, “Try to keep everyone else out of the building, if you can.”
She considered sending out another distress call, but didn’t want to draw more of her allies to the scene if it meant they’d unwittingly enter the building.
“Faustite has a plan for me, but I don’t believe I’ve met a Faustite before,” Ganymede said, lowering her phone, but not banishing it. The tone of her voice remained mild, conversational. “I assume you told them I was here. Do you get a reward for turning me in? If I go, or they catch me, will you be satisfied, or will you not feel anything at all?”

Well, she figured, at least it’s better than Perd.
Somewhere in the back of her mind, a voice that wasn’t her own began, Welcome to ‘Ya Heard? With Perd.’ I’m Perd Hapley, the Perd I mentioned a second ago—
Perdita groaned and rolled her eyes, taking out her annoyance on a poor, ugly, not-so-innocent youma, which yelped when she kicked it.
“Sorry,” she whispered.
They were drawing closer to the Farnsworth building. Every once in a while, Perdita would see another civilian, an agent, or a senshi, a knight, or a corrupted senshi. The scream of the fire alarms grew louder the closer they got. Entering seemed like a terrible idea, yet there was a part of her that thought they should, if only to help any stragglers evacuate.
When the youma she’d kicked gave up on her and went after Oberon instead, Perdita stopped to stare up at the building, indecisive. There were strong auras nearby, but still no sign of Oberon’s royal sister-in-law.

Super Corrupt Miyamoto
Watching the senshi suffer under his magic, at least she seemed to be suffering? It wasn't much but she did seem to be slow in moving and not motivated at all. A very odd thing for someone to be at a place like this if they weren't motivated. A battle requiered a good deal of energy and motivation to fight and deffend and she seemed to lack all of it.
Watching as she approached him and even made to kick him he wasn't concerned when the kick landed, he even sort of allowed it. It still hurt but not as muc has it could, of that he was sure, It did hurt though and he did stumble back before regaining his footing and he kicked back at her. "It's not very nice to try and ruin someones face." Seeing as her kick had hit his cheek and he was certain he'd be bruised soon enough, not that he particually cared about bruising. He had no reason to hide it or have any shame over it.
"You shouldn't be out here all alone little senshi. You'll wind up dead." He hissed out at her.

I hope this works. Wasn't sure on judging the kick. If it seems too light poke me. I'm half asleep right now so yeah. @.@
A buzzing told Puck he had an incoming message on his senshi phone. Summoning it, he heard Ganymede's voice directing him to try to keep everyone out of the building. "Will do-- ARGH" he yelped as an Eternal Corrupt (Kamacite) appeared and a flash of intense light suddenly dazzled him, sending him blinded and disoriented. He'd detected another Order presence nearby, though (Sumner), and to him he hissed, "Keep everyone out of the building! It's a trap!"
Rubbing his eyes, Puck opened them only to see spots blurring his vision. "s**t," he muttered. He couldn't figure out where that Corrupt was! Not that it mattered much -- his target was still Faustite, and vaguely toward him he charged, fists flailing out and yelling at the top of his lungs as if he could find the two Chaos agents by echolocation.
His vision still spotty, he managed to aim a flailing swing at Kamacite as he bounced off the small trees of his magical copse prison. "Augh! Bastards!"
More foliage up and around him. It separated the youma General from his cephalopod companion, but Squiddy had just enough space to reach the communicator through for him when Chambersite called. Compromising situation it was, and Faustite was frustrated by his temporary immobility.
He could feel his own burning as he was stuck in one spot. To Chambersite, he answered "do it." That the captain not only attended, but was smart enough to use his head once in a while, was heartening.
The comms were cut, and Squiddy floated behind him. He had only to wait and count the seconds — the wildling's magic wasn't dangerous on its own, but in concert with others — but the frustration of it escalated to concern when a Squire backed him (Sumner). He knew nothing about this knight, nothing about any magic at his disposal, and they could use him for target practice since they weren't close enough to burn.
His hands seized two fat yearlings of the copse cage, and he eyed the pair from between the tangles. Kamacite obstructed his view in an instant, the red on his face distinctive, and turned with the pulse of his magic. Even faced away from him, Faustite knew to duck his face into his elbow. Puck didn't, and the loudmouth went flailing into his own magic.
How perfect.
Faustite reached out for him. The copse wouldn't let his elbows through, but all he needed was a wrist or fistfuls of uniform. "Listen to you." He spoke low, voice venomous. "Trying to ruin my party. Trying to eavesdrop, you little ********>" His lip twisted into a snarl.

Captain Paracelsian
Paracelsian wanted to deny that he was responsible for the foolish lieutenant's actions, but that went against any bit of sense he had. Perhaps he could grow a spine and try to rein in his more chaotic (lower case c chaos, hopefully) behavior before it got too out of hand. Instead, he tried to object to the other point at hand. "As of right now, it's important that I rise through the ranks so that nothing like this ever happens again." Something about the words didn't ring true. He would be only one General in the Negaverse in a sea of Generals who favored destruction. Still, it would be a start, he told himself.
All the same, he handed his draining victim over to Pendour. "I will lay low, but I can't say-" At that moment, the transmission came to him: visuals on an enemy princess and a plan for Order. "A Princess?" he muttered, shaking his head. He was going to have to check the databases about this later. "I'll lay low. I have too many questions to do otherwise."

Eternal Sailor Megrez
"You were not chosen," Megrez hissed. "You were taken." She gasped audibly when the starseed was flung away, and she was unsure if that alone would break it when it hit the ground. Stunned, she stood there long enough for the surprise Page who appeared to put her 2 cents in. "There's no helping what's left of her," she muttered. In response to being told not to take the bait, she huffed, looked off in the direction it went in, and carefully tried to check her faith against her logic. “I-I know,” she stammered. “It’s a lost cause, but…”
When Ganymede inquired about the consequences of potential capture, Megrez’s face just about fell in shock. “You can’t seriously be considering going with them!”
Maybe Ganymede had lost her fear of death as well. That loss wasn’t something Megrez liked to think about often or deeply, but it was a fact.
Well, he had been given the go-ahead by the General so he was free to do what he has asked. Making a quick check that there were no Senshi or Knights waiting in surprise, he started to command the Youma to attack whomever he could see and could tell were from the Order side, with some even being given instructions to go out a bit further from the building in case there was anyone else they could lure in.
Quote:
Youma are now specifically going after and attacking Order characters to try to push/guide them into the building's first floor!
He was still mostly half asleeps and didn't really hear the conversation that Beni was having that didn't include him. Instead he decided to see what appeared to be a human-person and drain energy from them from where he was standing and immediately absorbed it for himself. It was like trying to pour a glass of water into a desert, but at least he was more awake now. He shook his head, trying to focus his vision.
He caught Beni's follow motion and decided that was the best course of action for now. He would have to ask about all of this later and why there appeared to be bad blood between him and what appeared to be a couple of other Generals. Something about this hadn't gone quite right, whatever it was. Or at least it was unexpected in terms of being outside of the plan. "We'll have to talk about this later you know." Even if he was drowning in pre-med, he still needed to be informed of what was going on.
Sumner was about to see something when a flash caught his eye after the... Nega Senshi? called something out. It only appeared for a moment and while there was a couple of spots in his eyes, it appeared he hadn't been close enough to feel the full force of the attack. He heard from the Super though that he had to keep everyone out of the building. "All right then!" He said, looking around to see if there were any others. He was sure he saw two of them, but it appeared that two Youma were now headed their way as well and all he could do was call out, hoping that they heard him! "Don't go in! That's what they want you to do! It's a trap!" He said, before he saw a Youma from the corner of his eye headed towards him reaching a claw out to swipe at him. He only just managed to jump out of the way, but clearly this was going to be harder to do than he had thought.
Puck's vision cleared just as he felt someone grab the front of his uniform and he found himself staring into the blazing eyes of Faustite through the trees. "Well, if you didn't talk so ******** much, you little arsehole, I wouldn't have heard you," he retorted. He was definitely not in a position to punch the General, as much as he wanted to; his own copse was in the way, for the most part, making it hard to get a fist through. At least it seemed that the Squire (Sumner) had heard him, as echoes of "Don't go in the building!" reached his ears. Maybe some lives could be saved that way.
He grabbed Faustite's wrist in one hand and a tree in the other and attempted to twist himself free, or at least cause the General some difficulty holding onto him. Pulling the hand up toward his mouth, he bit down as hard as he could on Faustite's knuckles. Puck knew he was in a losing position, with the Corrupt (Kamacite) there acting as backup in case he managed to get free or land a blow on Faustite. The Super Senshi was well and truly ******** at the moment, and he knew it. The best he could do was go down fighting.
Jet quickly affixed the earring in place, still scowling at Benitoite’s back as he retreated. The Negaverse did horrible things, he wasn’t going to deny that, but the Senshi and Knights were just as bad. Maybe Benitoite had never had the pleasure of being held prisoner by the White Moon, but he could still recall the crack his arm and ribs made as they were broken. The sounds of his comrades as they were tortured.
If Benitoite ever truly had orders to play nice with the White Moon, he wasn't going to accomplish much if he kept killing civilians in broad daylight. What naive Senshi or Knight would still fall for Benitoite’s niceties if they saw him covered in blood like that?
That wasn’t my intention, Jet thought back through the earring. He couldn’t just let whatever reputation the Negaverse had be completely tarnished by some homicidal, potentially rogue, agent.
Go ahead and follow him. Even if he doesn’t go after other civilians, you can at least make sure he doesn’t team up with Ganymede, if that’s who it is.
He didn't know if Benitoite would still be playing nice or if those supposed orders no longer applied, or if Benitoite was even telling the truth about it to begin with. To Jet, it seemed like a convenient excuse. Did Jet believe that Benitoite was that stupid (or potentially that much of a traitor; he didn't have enough information to make that assumption) that he would try to team up with a Princess, or offer her assistance? Probably not. But he also didn’t think Benitoite would have killed a civilian as violently as he had.
As for himself, Jet waited until a Senshi caught sight of him, and he turned to make his way into the building. He would draw them in one by one if he had to.
“Paranoid, are you?” Aquamarine said out loud. “Maybe there’s a method to his madness.”
Aquamarine didn’t care either way. Potential traitor or not (likely not; he’d been around long enough, someone would have caught him and dealt with him already), Benitiote was still a liability in Aquamarine’s eyes. If the Negaverse was supposed to be protecting the Earth from invaders, they weren’t going to be gaining the trust of Earth’s inhabitants by murdering them.
It was terrible for PR.
With another sigh, Aquamarine stepped away. Don’t do anything stupid while I’m gone, he thought.
Then he teleported, reappearing on top of a building across the street. From this vantage point, he could follow along and seek out the Princess, who couldn’t be that difficult to find even if she wasn’t at full power yet. Anyone who paid attention to the information in the database would know what to look for. Short, blonde, scrawny. Dressed in white, red, and black. She ******** glowed. How difficult could she be to spot? Assuming it was the one they thought...
Quote:
And now I must awaken the child from her nap so she doesn't mess up her bedtime.
Fitting that he was the weakest ******** link in his own operation. Planned down to the routes their victims would take, which dead ends they would find before they were drained, and his hastiness and impatience let Puck in on some vital secrets.
Faustite grunted through clenched teeth when he felt teeth — and they drew extremely bitter, carbonaceous blood — and he pushed his knuckles further into the senshi's mouth. He tucked down with the senshi as his growth of saplings withered and faded away, rolled into a sacrifice throw and kicked Puck off of himself and toward the building's broad, floor-to-ceiling windows. Better that he start with Puck as the first burnt offering, he decided, as he rolled onto his side and picked himself up off the ground.
There wasn't time to check on Kamacite — the Eternal proved he could handle himself, proved more efficient and more useful than Faustite in this instance — so he sprinted for this scurrilous Super.
Squiddy hung behind, however. More privy to its master's worries than any officer, it served Faustite's wishes by blowing concerned bubbles at Kamacite. A burbling sound came from it as it hovered in the air, serving as eyes for the cindered General that left them behind.

Y E E T into the farnsworth if you're cool with it! if not, hmu and i can edit!
Kamacite watched the exchange, having stepped aside from the Super Senshi’s wild, blind swinging. He dabbed at his face with the back of his hand, and then tried tugging on the ribbons at his side to mop up the blood from his nose.
And the more he watched the fight between Faustite and the Super, the more irritated he grew, exacerbated by pain.
When Faustite finally launched the Senshi into the building and raced off to follow, leaving his youma behind, Kamacite clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth. He spared a less irate glance at the bubbling youma and let out a frustrated breath.
“Come on,” he said to it and turned to try and catch sight of the Squire that decided to start yelling about not going into the building. It wasn’t difficult to find him. He was telling a couple of Senshi to avoid the building, but there was a youma attacking him. Good.
Kamacite teleported close to the Squire and aimed a kick to the back of his leg, hoping to make it buckle and throw him off balance. It should give the youma an easier time at eating him. If he needed to take on one Senshi at a time, while teaming up with youma, he would.
