Katana 01
Technique Name: Hebi no Kiba: Spirit Chain
Description: Whilst designed to look like an ordinary sickle, the Hebi no Kiba houses an emitter, and when in use creates a long chain converting the weapon into a deadly Kusari-gama.
Technique Effect: Chain has a power of Shun’s Spirit +A, and is 10ft in length per 10 Spirit.
- Trip Attack: An attack aimed for the legs to harm the opponents movements or trip them up completely. Speed +B; If the opponent is unable to react then they [Prone] and take a reduction of C to their Reaction against the next attack, and must spend one attack to get up.
- Binding Attack: Less an attack, Shun ties the opponent up in the chain of his weapon. Speed +B, if hit the opponent is bound by the chain unless they can break out Str/Spi (whichever is higher) vs the power of the chain. When bound the opponent suffers a reduction of C to their Defense until they are freed.
- Disarming Attack: Power of the Chain vs Opponent’s Str; on failure, the opponent loses whatever weapon (if they have one) and their bonuses to attacks as well as receiving a reduction of C Strength for three (3) posts. If the opponent has no weapon, then they take 1/2 Shun’s Spirit in damage and the debuff to the opponent’s Str is B instead.

Technique Name: Hebi no Kiba: Vipers Bite
Description: Shun’s Kusari-gama, Hebi no Kiba, is outfitted with a Pioson-Type Emitter, allowing the weapon to use a potent venom to coat the blade.
Technique Effect: The poison used in [Vipers Bite] is one of the more deadly ones. Not only are the opponent’s poisoned based on the [Poison-Type Emitter], but they also suffer a physical debuff. Reducing Opponent’s Speed by A, Intelligence by B, and Resolve by C.

Description: having trouble making hand signs, Ellie devised a way of manifesting her chakra into a small featureless smarm of bats. This can be done without hand signs, and with a little concentration. She is able to move them at will, and even combine them into hands or return them into a swarm. This swarm is only as fast as she is and as strong as her. They basically act as her hands, she can use them for hand signs, to defend, attack and pick things up. However they are limited to being within five feet of her in every direction.

For every 1000 words White Rabbit spends in the same thread as someone without initiating combat, these bonuses increase by +A, +B, and +C. These bonuses represent his knowledge of a potential targets, and can be carried from thread to thread. The bonuses against a target reset at the end of the duration. This ability only allows WR to track 1 target at a time.

Along side that, this combination has granted the her a new organ and ability… creation and control of Bio-Electricity.

Cause id prefer the latter. Like, throughout the battle you had drained 10k. You activate this ability and you have the 10k bonus until you stop paying. And then you begin "charging" the ability again.

Description: While perhaps smaller than land-based kingdom, Silent Rain is certainly larger and more populated than most airships, with thousands of people living aboard the flying city-state, each with unique and interesting lives complete with jobs, families, homes, and troubles.

Technique Effect: Silent Rain (the city) is it’s own thread/sub-village that can travel from subforum to subforum (via updates). Silent Rain (the city) must be in a subforum to participate in combat in one of the threads there (as a normal airship)

There are thousands of unique (stat-less outside of RP) NPCs living aboard Silent Rain, under Sylas’ reign. While posts from the POV of these NPCs receive or grant no bonuses to word count from interaction, they do count towards [Time is Mine], and Sylas receives the word count for ONE of them per day. This ability removes the 48 hour grace period for post locks stipulated in [Time is Mine]

Many of them lead very interesting lives as Sylas’ subjects.

Technique Name: The (literal) Silent Rain
Description: The primary and original defensive system of Silent Rain is literally named The Silent Rain, a defensive system in two parts.

Firstly is a constant barrier around 30 feet from the ship and including all of its systems that very simply eliminates sound originating from within it from projecting beyond. With this barrier, the ship, its weapons and systems, it’s people, etc. are completely silent if not on-board the ship itself.

Additionally, ports can open up along the bottom of the ship’s hull that begin to emit a thick water vapor that obscures the sky, condescending into a layer of rain clouds and mist that completely obscures the ship from sight from below if flying above the generated cloud layer

This combination of silence and heavy clouds serve to hide the ships coming and going, obscuring the ship from sight and sound-based perception at a distance, especially if combined with actual storm patterns.

Technique Name: Secret Technique: Puppet Training
Description: Following in the footsteps of her father, Isis has begun to tap into the ancestral heritage behind this that she had puppetized into human puppets. Allowing her to mold them into their prime state.
Jutsu Type | Element: Passive | Chakra
Technique Effect: Able to teach puppets any missing clan techniques that they did not have when they were alive.
Cost: 2x Technique words. Does not gain the chakra.

Technique Name: Asura Path: Jutsu Storage Device
Description: Through mechanical modification and science, Isis has constructed a series of compartments upon her arms that unlatch to release stored Jutsu upon the opponent she is fighting.
Jutsu Type | Element: Ninjutsu | Element or Chakra
Technique Effect: Use an Action to Store 1 Ninjutsu during combat. One Jutsu can be stored per 50 INT. Jutsu can only be stored during combat, and does not maintain after combat.
Jutsu cast do not use an action on the post used and deal INT+A additional damage.
Cost: Ax25 Chakra + ½ Chakra cost of each stored Jutsu per post

Technique Name: Asura Path: False Deva Field
Description: Through her knowledge behind the uses of the Rinnegan Eyes, Isis has developed a shield mechanism that is build directly into her body in order to defend against incoming attacks through a force similar but not entirely the same as the Deva Path.
Jutsu Type | Element: Ninjutsu | Chakra
Technique Effect: Intelligence +B vs Opponent's Speed: If Success the incoming Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu or Taijutsu is immediately blocked. Attacking opponents take Intelligence +A Chakra damage, as if a blast of force smashes into them while defending the attack.
Cost: A+B x25 Chakra. Can only be used Once per Post. 1 Post cooldown.

Technique Name: Animal Path: Dark-Prowler
Description: A deadly serpentine creature with two muscular clawed front limbs. It uses stealth tactics to stalk and eventually take down it's designated prey with a combination of it's claws, tail and sharp maw.
Jutsu Type | Element: Summon | Creature
Technique Effect: Speed +A, Strength +B, Intelligence +C, Defense +D | Dark-Prowler can turn invisible using it's action. Intelligence vs Opponent's Perception. Dark-Prowler becomes visible again after it attacks.
Cost: A+B+C+D x25 Chakra

Technique Name: Animal Path: Hydra Incarnate
Description: A large Hydra creature, consisting of the Likness of a dragon without wings and seven heads. Like a normal Hydra, it is both highly elemental based and highly resilient.
Jutsu Type | Element: Summon | Creature; Elemental
Technique Effect: Spirit +A, Defense +B
Elemental Breath: Spirit +C Elemental Damage: Element Depends on which Head attacks
Cost: A+B x25 Chakra per post | Cx25 Chakra for Elemental Breath attack
